The worst case scenario was that a new concrete counter would need to be considered in addition to a new sink if the counter was to crack. Once a date was set to start, all went better than anticipated! Because of some additional house work being done by a different work crew on the same day, there were multiple workers and equipment through the house but this didn't interfere with Tony's professional and focused work ethic. Trying to contact tony to get them fixed is such a hassle that you're honestly better off paying for stone.They look good for a month or two and then become scratched. They scratch far too easily and if they become damaged good luck trying to get Tony in to fix them. I'm currently going on week 3 of "cool bro I'll hit you up next week to fix it!" No answered phone calls, no texts. Price other options out, then factor in the hidden costs of not being able to get your specialized product repaired, never being able to contact tony, and factor in replacing your countertops with stone after a few short years.

Jasko saved the day!…read more After a complicated and frustrating week working with Coles Fine Flooring, with poor communication, and many complicating issues, it became clear to me that Coles was not going to schedule my tile installation within my required timeframe. Concerned, I called several tile installers. Jasko at Topalovic Tile and Stone answered immediately and stopped by that afternoon for measurements. I met him a few days before Christmas, and he started work the Monday after Christmas. He and his team were neat, quiet, organized, professional and friendly, with excellent communication. He showed up exactly when we said he would. He worked diligently and speedily, finishing the installation on New Years Eve. Another installer, I imagine, would have taken the holiday off. He is a true artisan--he clearly takes pride in his work. I was lucky to reach him as he begins ramping up his business, and before the jobs he has scheduled in the new year. I've attached pictures to show the before--grimy carpet--and the after--porcelain tile that looks like driftwood.
