1/7/2021 I called…read moreTiso appliance store, and Peter C., the owner answered the phone. I asked Peter to please dispatch a repair person, to look at and (hopefully fix) the mechanism in my stove's oven ... which had suddenly stopped working -- on New Year's Day (Jan. 1, just a few days ago). About 2 hours later, Mike from Tiso called me when he was on his way, and he gave me his ETA. He arrived in less than his stated ETA -- and of course (smile) he was wearing a face mask -- just as I was. Within about 8-10 minutes, he had fixed, and tested the oven ... after carefully explaining to me what had been wrong. I paid by check, and he gave me a receipt. One, two, three!! All done! :). As I have before, I HIGHLY recommend Tiso Appliance store -- whether you live in Pelham (as I do) or not.
