Wish I could give 0 stars. Called them on Tuesday to explain my problem and get an estimate. Carlos 1 answered and asked me to call Carlos 2 which I did. Carlos 2 said he was on a service call and the earliest he could come that day was between 4PM and 6PM. I said he could call me the next day to schedule a visit. I texted Carlos 2 my contact info on Wednesday at 8:17am. He answered my text at 10:58am so I waited for his return call. Instead I got a call Wednesday at 12:34pm from Carlos 1. Same story as Carlos 2 ... blah, blah, blah ... earliest time was 4pm to 6pm that evening. I said OK and waited. Of course, nobody showed up and nobody called. These guys are a complete waste of time but at least by being a no show they didn't get a chance to charge me a non-refundable service fee. read more

After using this guy Carlos to purchase a washer, dryer and refrigerator spending over $3000 with him, I went back bought a deep freezer and he promise to remove a old fridge for the deep freezer in the middle of delivery he changed is mind and we went back and forth about it. My samsung dryer was not getting hot. I called c& c appliance repair and they sent a repairman the next day. The repairman Bobby was very nice and very effecient. He said he had to order a heating element and it would take 3 days to come in. In 3 days I got a call from Bobby and he came that day. He replaced the part and I am so happy with their service. I called on on a Tuesday afternoon they were there by Wednesday morning to repair my GE Dryer . Ed did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem (blown heating fuse). He was done quickly and no mess left behind. The price was Excellent !! Definitely saved them for future use !! read more

My stove knob broke today on a Saturday morning and the burner wouldn't turn off. We had to disconnect the gas line. I wasn't sure who to even call for repair. I found C&C here on yelp and saw there was a few great reviews. Now I know why. I called and left my info and Carlos called me back a few hours later. He was able to come same day and promptly fixed my stove! Nice, professional, prompt service. My oven wasn't working and I called Carlos. He told me to unplug it and plug it back in. I went home that night and did exactly as he told me and miraculously the oven started working. Any other appliance company would have charged me for the service call. I thought that that was the nicest thing that he could have done and I called him the next day to tell him so. My washing machine broke, my dryer wasn't drying, my dishwasher wasn't going on and I called C & C for repairs as I didn't want to replace 3 large and expensive appliances. They called the next morning and came that day and fixed all 3 appliances. I thought I had to replace the washer and dryer and he said absolutely not. These are great machines and can be fixed. All 3 machines cost me just over $300. to fix. Needless to say I was very happy. He was honest, showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do. He was at my house for 4 hours. I went to buy a right handed refrigerator the guy has a left handed one and he promise me that if I buy it he would make it a right handed refrigerator, but two months later I never heard back from them. Stackable Samsung washing machine broke (after 5 years-dont buy Samsung). Bought new Samsung replacement washing machine from PC Richard and had C&C install it with the working stackable dryer above it. Washer and dryer are located in a closet area that had minimal room. New washing machine was an inch and half deeper than old and space was an issue. PC Richard would touch installation. Called around and not many people would do this "complicated" of an installation which required some creativity. C&C came in disconnected washer and dryer, stacked dryer on top of washing machine and hooked everything up and took away old washing machine. Also found creative solution by installing somewhat smaller vent hose for dryer which made everything fit. Prior to that called Carlos a few times and walked me through things and answered my questions. Even told me to see if PC Richard would do the installation as part of the delivery (which they wouldn't). Everything worked out great. Would definitely recommend C&C for appliance installation. read more

Atrocious!! DO NOT USE, SCAM ARTISTS!! What started out to be a blessing in disguise with a company that was responsive to send someone to fix my washing machine less than 24hrs after I called turned out to feel like a ponzi scheme. I had a washer thats spin cycle wouldnt work and was filled with water that wouldnt drain. So I called these guys based on a friends recommendation. They said its $45 to look at the machine (which is kind of ridiculous to begin with, but ok) and then if they can fix it the $45 would be deducted from the price. I mean we are talking about a washing machine. There arent ,many parts in it. If you can fix it, then you should fix it and charge for that. Not $45 to look at it. In any event, they send a guy who could barely speak english. He looks at my machine for literally 3 minutes and says its a lid switch. I have no idea what that is, and they know that, so I say ok, how much?? He says $175. I figure since my machine isnt too old and I dont have the money or time to buy a new one i say ok. He says I have the part in my truck, I ask how long it will take and he says a few minutes. He comes back with it and puts it in, spends literally 2 minutes installing it (a few screws and its in). Then he finishes and asks for the money and I said I have a check. He says, oh no, cash only. I told him the boss said cash or check on the phone and he then told me ok, make the check out to cash. I said no, Im making it out to the company. He then said, ok make it out to me, heres my ID. Thats when I knew something was up. So I said no Im making it out to the company you work for. He then says ok, Im taking the part out and leaving. He proceeds to go to my washer and start to remove the part. I said call your boss and confirm thats ok and Ill do it. He ignores me. I say it again, he says call him yourself. So I ask him why he cant call and he still ignores me, takes the part out and puts back in the old broken part. Then he asks for the $45 I and told him "absolutely not and get out!" I speak to his boss (owner) and he has nothing to say, not even apologetic or saying he would handle the situation. Just said that shouldnt be, and I can send someone else. YEAA RIGHT!! #STAYAWAY read more
