I highly recommend Danny at D&M Appliance Repair!…read more My 2009 Kenmore 800 top-load washer suddenly stopped working, and the lid had stopped clicking properly. I described the issue to Danny over the phone, and he was able to expertly troubleshoot the problem before even coming out. He then went out of his way to squeeze me into his schedule the very next day, which meant a lot because, as anyone with a family knows, you can't go long without a working washing machine! Danny has the experience and knowledge to quickly diagnose problems and get them fixed properly. Just as importantly, he charges fair and reasonable rates. We've continued to use D&M Appliance Repair over the years because we trust Danny's expertise, honesty, and workmanship. It's hard to find someone you can genuinely rely on these days. If you need appliance repair, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danny and D&M Appliance Repair. Five stars all around!

They now operate as Leotech Solutions…read more They were sent out to us by PC Richard to fix a Samsung frig. If I could give negative 1 star...BELOW ZERO, I would. This guy almost turned our house into Chernobyl. Burned propane to see what the issue was, smoke all over the kitchen...set off the fire detector which was impossible to turn off until we shut off the power in the entire house. THEN, he almost set the kitchen on fire with some wires in the back of the frig. Horror show. Then he said he would write a report to PC Richard that its unrepairable. We called them today and they said that apparently they will get new parts for it and fix it. We told them the story of Chernobyl and that this frig is dead and we can't have a dangerous machine in the house. Now they're saying "under review" and they'll get back to us. Leotech...horror show. PC Richard...borderline retarded and possibly frauds. (They are "under review" by me ;) ) If these guys don't replace the frig outright, it's time for lawyers.

I contacted Premier Service and spoke with Giovanni. I couldn't help but think at 12 years the fridge might need to be replaced. However, Giovanni came over, diagnosed the problems, and repaired both issues, and provided a 90 day guarantee. His fee of a few hundred bucks, was more than reasonable. He further advised that as long as the compressor continues to work there was no reason to think we couldn't get several more years from this fridge. It's very hard to find trust worthy competent service professionals these days, but we found one in Giovanni and his company. I highly recommend Premier Service of NY for any appliance service you may require.
