They informed me that the new owner would've had 10 years and that I as a second owner would have five years and still have a years warranty on the unit, I ask them to come out for service. I called that morning around 8 o'clock. They told me someone would be here between 9 and 11 and they met that timeframe perfectly - Patrick was the service guy and he immediately found the problem. It was a backed up drain line he took the line apart and flushed it out blew it out actually cut a piece of the line out and put a new piece in and it was fixed in no time and back up and running there was a $99 service charge and of course labor and while he was here, he asked me if I would like to be signed up to have them come out and check it in the spring and the winter to make sure that the unit is in proper operation so I signed up for that and went ahead and paid for that service also.
