We don't know a whole lot of what they did down there and there was a big lack of communication. Almost 11000 dollars later and they left the door like this (picture included) . The project manager couldn't answer the phone but normally was able to call us back. Brantley Saunders came out for the initial inspection to find cost and options. After that we could not get ahold of him at all. We'd call and leave messages and never heard back. I can only assume that the job is done correctly but I'm not sure it was worth 11000. This company didn't have the best time management.

I was shown pictures of the inspection and have a good grasp of home repairs, so I asked to be shown the suggested issues and the person from Four Star suddenly said oh, no big deal. Just so you know. Then when I asked about if he was going to replace the filters, he said he didn't have any and he only changes his when he remembers. And they "looked clean anyway." I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan. I will be choosing a competitor from now on. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb.

We had 5-6 total estimates for our project and Eastern Crawlspace Solutions was far more affordable than the others, while using materials some of the other companies were listing as an up-charge to their already much higher cost estimates. Some estimates we recieved were nearly DOUBLE and included less for that money!
