Toward the end of the multi-month process, which included time to get a new roof installed, we passed city inspection with YES tech, Dario, an extremely courteous young man, present to ensure we made it through that last step and PTO (permission to operate). Coleby was very patient and great at explaining what to do. Luckily I had some DIY experience so it helped with the troubleshooting. It ended up taking a few weeks to trouble shoot cause there was snow on my panels but they were good to follow up and see if things were back online or not. Their effort and responsiveness really impressed me. My solar is back online thanks to them, and sooner than anyone else who reached out. You can tell they care about the customer, their reputation, and provide excellent value. This company is great and I have nothing but good things to say about them. When I called, I was treated very nicely on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Diagostic appointments are $89 during the week and $149 on Saturday. Our technician, Wes, was very professional, on time and easy to talk to. He came out and checked the unit (we needed a different fuse) and turned the unit on and got it running. I was very happy with the service from the ladies in the office to Wes our technician. Just a heads up, they have a monthly maintenance plan ($12.95 a month) that they will try and sell you. It includes an annual check of your A/C unit and of your heater. Any additional work or service calls are then 20% off. They also had the best price and were available the soonest to replace the inverter. He seemed genuinely interested in helping solve the problem and did not try to upsell additional panels or equipment. Since the original installer of my system is no longer in business, I also needed to transfer the system monitoring to a new company. Blake helped move the monitoring over to Sologic Solar so the system can be properly monitored going forward to ensure it's performing at its best and to identify any future issues. I found Blake to be very honest and trustworthy throughout the process. I also had them wash my solar panels to help improve performance. In addition to solar services, the company also offers window washing and gutter cleaning. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

It took them weeks and they had never installed these devices before, and ran into numerous problems that required assistance from one guy who appeared to know what he was doing. They do not appear to be working properly. For instance our Ford EV trips the entire system and the system has to be booted back up. The power sold back is so low we are looking at a higher PG&E true up's than when we had no Power Walls. Synergy pointed the finger at Tesla, who said everything appears to be OK, but it really is not working and my PG&E bills show that. Synergy has taken no responsibility to help us diagnose what is happening and maybe it is because they have their money now so why bother with me? Without going into all the back and forth and very little help from Synergy, I will say that they simply stopped returning my phone calls or emails and are offering no more customer service in any way. These systems were put in 6 months ago and yet we know people with NO battery backup systems that pay nothing in true up's, so I ask myself why I wasted $25,000...unless this company does not know anything about the Model 3's and they were installed incorrectly. My only recourse now is to bring in a competent 3rd party company at my expense to look at the system. So the best I can say about Synergy is "buyer beware" and you have been warned.

Then I just google searched & found this company with 5* rating and thought of giving it a try. What happened: When I called 'Pacific Edge Electric & Solar' it went into voice mail, but within 2 minutes I got a text message - " we will be calling you in 10 minutes". I was so surprised by their fast response as I tried connected with other companies as well and never got response from them. Adem from Pacific Edge called me in few minutes and he asked me what's the issue. I explained him & he assured me that he will stop by within few hours. Then a representative called me and took the details from me. It was very fast moving service & response from their end. Their services: Adem texted me the time frame when he will be coming. He came & inspect everything max within 15 minutes and found the issue. Fixed it. & he explained me the issue - why it happened & how it needs to be fixed. Also he charged a nominal fee. I was extremely happy with his prompt service starting from responding me. He considered it as priority work & made it done.

However, whenever we followed up, they were responsive and ultimately addressed the issues. In the end, the project was completed in a timely manner, and when we encountered issues with the system, they did take care of them.
