My SİL and Niece recommended this place. Mind you they are long time patrons of the other boba place in Hercules. I'm so curious that I tried it that day. I order passion cooler and I fell in love with the boba. It's chewy, soft and just cooked perfectly that the texture is on point. Location wise, it's nestled in Pinole plaza next to dollar tree. There are parkings available every-time we go so it's not a problem. Customers service is great helpful and approachable. If I have only concern, is that the amount of boba they give on my orders are so small on quantity. My daughter's order has more boba ever. I was here on a Monday afternoon. I loved being able to take my time viewing the drinks and order at the kiosk. The place was clean with a gender neutral restroom and 4 tables to sit at. Parking was easy in the large lot. They started making the drinks as soon as I submitted the order and it was ready in just a few minutes. I ordered the Matcha Blossom and it was perfect! The ratio of matcha to strawberry was balanced and the boba was soft and chewy. Our drinks were brought to our table rather than left on the counter for us to pick up. TERRIBLE! DONT COME HERE. there are too many other boba places to try. Went here 3 times first time was great, 2nd time was ok and by the 3rd visit it was horrible. One of my drinks tasted like it had powder not mixed in very thick and goopy, another had hard chucks of taro paste. While the other two lacked flavor. These are the same drinks each time but made completely different every time. They have a sign that says they'll remake them but when I spoke with the manager he said he would not remake them or give a refund. Even offered to bring back the drinks. I never wanted a refund just my drinks remade. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't remake them but offered me a free topping. I stopped by here while I was in the area and was immediately met with a warm welcome by what I assume was the owner. He let me know if I had any questions he was there to answer them. The establishment itself is small but inviting with plenty of seating for a boba shop. I used a self service kiosk since I wanted to take my time with the menu and ultimately decided on the créme brûlée. My sister got the same and she really enjoyed her drink. I didn't like it as much since it didn't really taste like créme brûlée to me it was more like sweet cereal milk. If I'm ever in the area again I'd probably try one of their specialties! read more

Small, cute little spot we just found. It's tucked away in the left corner of a plaza by planet fitness. We went around 630ish and it wasn't busy at all. This is such a cute and small boba shop close to my house. I got the jasmine milk tea and while it was a good milk tea, the boba balls were a bit hard so it made my boba experience be a lot less satisfying than expected. The customer service is very good here and it's hard to find that in any boba shops these days. They do have a kiosk but it's hidden and tiny so don't feel like you need to wait in line for the cashier to take your order. New business for those boba lovers hoping there would be something new in Pinole. Well I stopped by to check it out. They have plenty of tea and milk tea options to try. I love their boba, chewy and soft. I decided to try their house asam black milk tea. I personally didn't like it only because it tasted watery and less taste of tea. I still recommend to support and try other menu drink items. They have indoor seating and a separate kiosk to pay credit card instead of ordering at the cashier. It was our first time here today. I ended up ordering the taro infusion with oat milk and tapioca balls. I ordered 70% sweetness and light ice. I would order this again, but their tapioca balls are a bit firm. I would recommend them to cook it longer or change brands. Customer service was great . They offered so many options and customizations of their drinks. Very clean as well. We waited maybe 5 minutes for our drinks although we were the only ones in there. Qualitea has certainly become my family's favorite local boba spot. My family and I always get 0% sweet in our drinks because we feel the fruit flavor is much more enhanced this way and we love it. The service is also top notch! I will occasionally go by myself after the gym, and today I did just that. I had forgotten to adjust my sweetness to 0%, and when I went to pick up my drink, the man who frequently makes our drinks (whom I believe to be one of the owners) let me know he had made it with regular sweetness (as that is what I had put) but to let him know if I wanted to add more tea. Love it! I'm so glad a place like this opened up relatively near me. I love a strong tea base and they do it just right here. My husband and I are polar opposites when it comes to our drinks, he likes his 10 thousand percent sweet and I like mines little to no sweetness with extra ice. They make it right every time. I would give them 20 stars! With other boba shops around the area like Teaspoon and Sharetea, this is my go to boba shop every time. My usual go to drink is the Dirty Panda with no sugar and no ice. I'm one of those people that doesn't like sweet drinks. The sea salt cream cheese with the Oreo dusted on top makes it delicious! It's a small and cozy shop. The staff here is amazing.
