I just visited this place earlier today and can say it was such a fun place to be at, SUPER CUTE c: place is small inside but i would say really nice for dropping by or just hanging out with a person or two. I was here on a Monday afternoon. I loved being able to take my time viewing the drinks and order at the kiosk. The place was clean with a gender neutral restroom and 4 tables to sit at. Parking was easy in the large lot. They started making the drinks as soon as I submitted the order and it was ready in just a few minutes. I ordered the Matcha Blossom and it was perfect! These are the same drinks each time but made completely different every time. This is such a cute and small boba shop close to my house. I got the jasmine milk tea and while it was a good milk tea, the boba balls were a bit hard so it made my boba experience be a lot less satisfying than expected. The customer service is very good here and it's hard to find that in any boba shops these days. They do have a kiosk but it's hidden and tiny so don't feel like you need to wait in line for the cashier to take your order. I love their matcha blossom and passion cooler, but I wish the drinks were consistent. I ordered a matcha blossom and a house boba milk tea. The matcha blossom was sour and I asked for 70% sweetness, yet there was no sweetness at all. The drink wasn't good and I barely drank it. The house boba milk tea was even worse. I saw the worker make it and it looked like he was only adding black tea. He poured the tea into the cup and the other worker added oat milk to it. Usually, the milk and tea is shaken together then poured into the cup. I'm not sure if they made it wrong and knew about it and still served it to us. It wasn't my drink so I didn't want to drink it there.. but I had a feeling it wouldn't taste good. On top of that, the color was unappetizing like a light brown color instead of a milk tea color. The odd thing was there was also a milk tea that looks like it was made properly left in the shaker, but wasn't given to us. Anyways, I'm not sure if they were training someone new, but it's a bummer that their name is Qualitea and their motto is "quality matters" yet that wasn't showcased in my recent visit. What bothers me most is the worker who poured the oat milk is usually working there and I have a feeling she knew the drink was made wrong yet still served it. Qualitea has certainly become my family's favorite local boba spot. My family and I always get 0% sweet in our drinks because we feel the fruit flavor is much more enhanced this way and we love it. The service is also top notch! I will occasionally go by myself after the gym, and today I did just that. I had forgotten to adjust my sweetness to 0%, and when I went to pick up my drink, the man who frequently makes our drinks (whom I believe to be one of the owners) let me know he had made it with regular sweetness (as that is what I had put) but to let him know if I wanted to add more tea.
