Parts are good, but don't order anything if you need it in a reasonable timeframe. I ordered a new radiator fan for my Jeep. I found the exact replacement part on Quadratec and ordered it. Afterwards, I waited... and waited... and waited. The part was in stock and the order status showed "Warehouse Processing" for days... and days... and days... Other parts that were sent directly from the manufacturer arrived and were installed, but the one part I needed to make my car function never came. I ended up having to go to AutoZone to pick up the same part for twenty dollars more. Quadratec is good for accessories and non-important parts, but if you need something right away and a reliable vendor to supply it, you'll need to go somewhere else. read more

They rely on vendors and so what you are ordering may or may not actually be in stock. In my case they accepted payment for two parts (brackets) that their vendor(s) but actually only had one of them in stock. I paid extra for next day shipping but the part went out a day late and only one of two ordered brackets arrived. At no point was I told the bracket was unavailable or on back order. I would have not ordered from them if I had known that. I had to call their 1-800 number to find out this information. On March 3 2022 I ordered a ZAUTOMOTIVE TAZER JL MINI PROGRAMMER. The order was promptly delivered and a few days after I received the Mini TAZER I installed it in my Jeep. It is not an easy install and on March 22 2022 I decided to return it to Quadratec. On Thursday March 24 I called their customer service and after waiting 45 minutes on hold I was told that "they will process it shortly". I am still waiting for their return authorization. I ordered a $1300 lift kit that was fully in stock. I was notified it shipped out. When two of the three boxes arrived I noticed one box had nothing to do with my order. I called them, they realized their error and asked me to give that box back to FedEx and my correct box would be shipped that day. Long story short, it never shipped and then the item went "out of stock" I waited close to two months with no completion to my order. Now I called to return what I had for a refund. They sent me return labels and of course sent me a label for the box I never got. I was not once able to speak to a manager any time I requested to do so. They tried to blame FedEx until I pointed out that the order still says "shipment pending". I was now scared to send the items I did receive back in fear my refund would be held because I didn't "return" the box they NEVER shipped. Let's see. Horrible experience! read more

Waited 2-3 weeks for them to ship which is no problem. I'm just excited to receive them. FedEx tracking said it was delivered but I never received them. So I contacted both parties; fedex doesn't have their stuff together (they don't have gps's in their trucks lol) so I called Quadratec but I can't get a hold of anyone from calling and email. I have purchased several items from them in the past couple of months. They are certainly prompt at processing your payment and seem fairly prompt at shipping your item(s). However when it comes to returns, they're poor. Anytime I have needed to return anything, it's extremely hard to get an RMA (no one to communicate with by phone or chatting). Once I finally get the RMA and ship it back, they don't get the return processed as promised and I have to always follow up and get them to return my money. Customer service is NOT good. If you want to buy from them, be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort if you need a return. read more

I never received a tracking number so i looked on my account and it says wharehouse proccessing my order. It also says ships from vendor. I emailed to cancel my order. I do not do business with companies that falsely advertise products as being in stock then after an order is placed it says ships from vendor with shipping dates that change everyday. They have a "No Hassle Return Policy". I ordered some brake lines on March 23rd. Returned them on the 25th, and they received them with all the proper paperwork on the 29. I paid the return shipping. It is now April 18th and I have still no received my refund and I had to start a dispute with my credit card company. Their prices are high. I have had to cancel other orders that they could not fulfill. In one case I paid for expedited shipping and they never shipped it. I was able to cancel that order to avoid paying a high premium for a product they could not deliver. One final note. I am finding parts are cheaper at my local parts store. They accepted our card, charged our card and when we inquired when will we get it they emailed back telling us it would not ship until mid January. These folks don't seem to know jeeps. They only know a couple part numbers. Ask any type of technical question and you get transfered around until you give up. The guy tried to sell me pinion bearings when I asked for axle bearings. Only when I asked why so expensive did I figure it out. Then only sent one bearing after charging me for two. When I do get the second one, I tried to do the job only to find out they don't fit. No one knows why they were wrong and no one cared. Then some lady says I'm being mean because no one could just say they sent me the wrong parts so I was getting frustrated from getting hung up on and having to call back over and over. This place is one of a kind. They pretty much have any item that you could possibly want for your Jeep vehicle. They don't always have the best prices but they price match. If they don't have the item available then shipping is usually free. That has been the case at least twice for me. I've ordered from Quadratec for years but things have changed. I placed an order a week ago, on a Friday night, and after noticed that it had an old address. I immediately tried to cancel the order, and tried to chat, call, and email. They have no customer service after 5 PM EST Friday until Monday morning. I call first thing Monday morning and I'm told that they're reaching out to the 3rd party company (I thought I was buying from Quadratec) to change the address and they would change it in their system so it doesn't happen again. Last night I ordered a wiring harness, however this time I took my time to check the addresses, and they were wrong! Then this morning I get an email telling me that they couldn't change the address from the supplier and it was going to ship to the old address.
