Quadratec is a big name in aftermarket Jeep parts. They boast the tagline, "Essentials for Jeep Vehicles." That's it in a nutshell. Their website is fairly user friendly. Often I forget the names of certain accessories, so I have to search... usually producing the correct part or something I think I've just got to have.. Because Jeeps are manufactured by generation, it's even easier to conduct online searches tailored for your Jeep. The product listing in my experience thus far has been legit. I haven't had issues with incorrect information or poor customer service - which has been the bulk of complaints based on their online reviews (not just on Yelp). I'm satisfied with the timely response, delivery & quality of the products I've ordered in the past month through Quadratec. Here's to spending waaaaay too much money on my JL in the future! Cheers! Shocks show In Stock, they are not. Received one shock, two weeks later, still waiting for the other. Chatted with customer service, was told they would research it and send me an email update, eight days later, still no update. Called, was laughed at when I stated I knew not to hold my breath, but I wanted to know where my other shock was and I was told another week before it would ship. They taker your money immediately, but have not intentions of getting the products they say they have in stock to you. I had problems with Quadratec before, but I know that sometimes things can happen, so I gave them another chance - BIG MISTAKE!!! It takes forever to get a live person on the phone for customer service, then the service is sub-par at best and you're still left hanging without any resolutions, just empty promises that are not fulfilled. I would recommend reading all reviews for this company before any purchase. Ordered a simple heat shield, site said I would have it in seven days. Ordered march 16th, called nine days later. I was told part shipped third party would have in seven days. Fast forward too April 23rd still no part no email no calls. I call requesting a cancelation and money refunded. Buyer Beware!!!! I bought new seat covers for my new Jeep. They were shipped out and I received them in a timely manner. However, I received the wrong seat covers. I needed the ones for "no rear seat arm rest" and received the ones with "a rear seat arm rest" making them useless. In fairness, I do not know if I ordered the wrong part or was sent the wrong part. It does not state on the receipt or the invoice the type of covers they are, (arm rest vs no arm rest) so I do not know who's fault it was or if I could have caught the mistake during the order review process. I attempted an exchange via the website and was emailed by a customer service rep. After a couple of emails I was sent a return authorization. I only needed to replace or exchange one piece of the item so I attempted to call their customer service. After 40 minutes of being on hold I gave up and began to research their reviews. It is well documented that they rarely answer their phone and that the customer service is poor overall. They did not offer me any return shipping and it cost me $110 to return a $220 dollar item. I bought some steps for my Jeep on 1/16/26. Never got an order confirmation. Called and they sent one with the incorrect tracking number. Called again. They said they would get one to me. Never happened. Got the steps the next day. No hardware for install. Called again. Someone named Breanna assured me it would be sent. Emailed and called several times more. I either get transferred to a voice mail or no answer to emails. It is now 1/28/26. Called again and after another 20 minute hold spoke with someone who took the order number and said hold a second. Then was again transferred to voice mail. Not sure how to resolve this yet, but I will. If you order anything from this company I wish you luck. I have owned multiple Jeeps since 1989 and have ordered several parts from quadratec through the years, without issue. Their prices are competitive and customer service has always been good. I was going on my past experience when I placed an order on April 3rd, 2024 for a part for my CJ-7. Their website stated that the part would ship from a "3rd party vendor". That didn't really concern me at the time, because I realize the Jeep I'm ordering for is 40 years old at this point, and they may not always stock the parts in house. It's now been almost 3 weeks and all I can see on their website parts tracker is that it has been shipped from the 3rd party vendor. It doesn't show where in transit it is. I have called customer service several times and at different times of the day and it makes no difference- I'm always on hold for at least 15-20 minutes before I get frustrated and hang up. I'm starting to wonder if they actually employ a customer service staff that answer calls? I'm very disappointed in Quadratec at this point and feel it's no longer the reliable and reputable company that it was in years past. I have been a loyal and long-time customer of Quadratec but they are having major issues in 2022. They claim the parts are "in stock" but weeks go by and no shipment. No response to repeated customer service contacts and every phone call is a minimum of 45 minutes to get lots of promises but still no products shipped. Finally a very helpful customer service rep got my product to "shipping." But that turned into a trick, as it was only a "label created" shipment with no actual product ready to or actually shipped. It has been weeks of waiting for a shipment that has still not arrived. Bad customer service response and delivery. Try another company until Quadratec sorts their internal mess out. Update: Quadratec made good on the order and I was able to get great customer service response and my items were finally delivered. Hopefully these issues are temporary and will be corrected. 12/30/21 I ordered a set of front and rear doors from Quadratec. Item # 111471012. Quantity is (1) which means a single quantity includes four total doors. Price $799.99 + tax. 3/25/22 the doors shipped, and my Amercan Express card was charged twice for $859.03. There should have only been a single charge of $859.03. I emailed Quadratec on 3/25/22 and 3/29/22 and have not received a reply. I've attempted calling numerous times but have never reached anyone. I've only reached an automated voicemail which places me on hold and no one ever answers despite waiting a half hour or longer. As of today 4/4/22 I tried calling and reached a busy tone. I submitted an order for several parts to Quadratec online. Quadratec split the order into two separate charges to my debit card. I realized that I needed to order an additional part and immediately put in an order for that part. This resulted in three charges being submitted on my debit card within minutes of each other. Payment on the third item was declined, presumably because it triggered a fraud alert. When I got the first order, one of the parts received was totally unrelated to what I ordered. They send damaged parts. My winch box had been opened before and the rope was badly frayed. They got this return, knew it was damaged, and sent it to me at full price. This is extremely dangerous, but they did so anyway. Their attitude on returns is ridiculous (they compared buying parts through them to betting on horses) and they expected me to pay for returning their garbage to them. Save yourself the headache and don't order from them and don't order Quadratec brand products. They have no regard for customer safety. So when I tried to contact customer chat at 2:00pm Tuesday afternoon I got the message that chat was only available Mon-Sat during business hours???? My issue is that I was replacing my 11 year old worn out quadratec center console arm rest cover with a new, better one. The old one was awesome, heavy well made but just simply wore out after 11 years and over 100,000 miles. I bought the newest/improved version of it and discovered upon opening a dime sized burn/melted spot on the covering along with a couple dots of bleached out spots on the cover. To me they looked like manufacturing defects... also inside the covered tray was several small spots of uncured adhesive. OK this is cheap chinese made crap, so what, my jeep is 12 years old and has over 140k miles... I'm not upset that a part has blemishes and imperfections, my jeep is late middle aged and has plenty of blemishes and imperfections. What upsets me is that part was almost $90, thats OK if it was high quality and perfect but it's a very bad value for the cost. At $35 I would have been thrilled. I installed it because my time is too valuable to deal with returning it and re-installing a new one. Also i did try to contact customer service and couldn't get through. I did also leave a similar review on their website to warn future customers but as of now it along with my pics have not been posted, so i guess they censor bad reviews, That makes it difficult for customers to get an honest idea of user experiences with their products. read more

November 8th, 2020 I placed an order with Quadratec for bumpers for my Jeep YJ. It took Quadratec several months before they shipped the part. This was understandable considering supplier chain issues at that time. Upon attempting to install the item I discovered the tire carrier portion of the bumper was the incorrect part and some of the installation hardware was missing. I have spent months e-mailing and calling Quadratec customer service. This would be dozens of e-mails and about a half-dozen phone calls. They repeatedly tell me that they are working to fix the issue and blame the manufacterer. Quadratec has failed to resolve the situation by either refunding me my money or getting me the correct part. It is now January of 2023 and Quadratec has been nothing but failed customer service promises. read more

Over the last few years, I have spent about $4000 on parts from quadratec. Most transactions go fine, but you should NEVER order from them if they don't have the product in stock. The best advice I can give is cancel your order if it doesn't get shipped within 2 or 3 days. If it doesn't they will lie to you about ship dates and string you along. My last encounter was ordering floor mats on August 18th. The promised ship date was Sept 4th. These aren't critical parts, so no big deal. On Sept 4th, they change the ship date to the 25th. Ok, I've waited this long what's 3 more weeks. On Sept 24th, they change the ship date to Oct 23rd. Really, give me an honest date instead of lying to me and stringing me along. Over 2 months to get an order shipped is insane. If it takes that long, you shouldn't offer them for sale. Take parts you can't supply off your website. Terrible customer service, or lack of it! I ordered two items, a cargo liner and a cab cover for my 2 Door 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The cargo liner that was shipped to me, was for a 4 door unlimited! The cab cover delivery was moved back to December! I wouldn't have order it, if I was made aware of delay at time of purchase! I called and waited for about an hour without a real person answering!
