Quadratec is a big name in aftermarket Jeep parts…read more They boast the tagline, "Essentials for Jeep Vehicles." That's it in a nutshell. Their website is fairly user friendly. Often I forget the names of certain accessories, so I have to search... usually producing the correct part or something I think I've just got to have.. Because Jeeps are manufactured by generation, it's even easier to conduct online searches tailored for your Jeep. The product listing in my experience thus far has been legit. I haven't had issues with incorrect information or poor customer service - which has been the bulk of complaints based on their online reviews (not just on Yelp). I'm satisfied with the timely response, delivery & quality of the products I've ordered in the past month through Quadratec. Here's to spending waaaaay too much money on my JL in the future! Cheers! Lol.

Chatted with customer service, was told they would research it and send me an email update, eight days later, still no update. Called, was laughed at when I stated I knew not to hold my breath, but I wanted to know where my other shock was and I was told another week before it would ship. They taker your money immediately, but have not intentions of getting the products they say they have in stock to you. I had problems with Quadratec before, but I know that sometimes things can happen, so I gave them another chance - BIG MISTAKE!!! It takes forever to get a live person on the phone for customer service, then the service is sub-par at best and you're still left hanging without any resolutions, just empty promises that are not fulfilled. I will definitely take my business elsewhere from this point forward. You can't count on them, they do NOT have what they say they have and you will be left hanging without the parts you need and ordered, but paid for.

Buying my V85TT was a pleasant experience. Salesman Mark was efficient and easy to work with, and…read moreowner Mark worked out a fair price with accessories for me. I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.
