Quick and efficient! The place was clean and well run. Everyone spoke kindly and clearly. They seem to have a lot of options but I just got a regular manicure and pedicure. It was $25 for the pedicure and $37 for the manicure. They took that or time. No rush and I left happy and satisfied read more

Paid by card. QT Nails is located in the same plaza as Sushi o Sushi and offers plaza parking. The technicians are Covid ready and wear masks. I randomly found this place on Yelp and went in on a Wednesday afternoon. Oh man... I enjoyed myself so much here during my acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. The technicians are so nice and funny. Lol! They did an awesome job on my mani and pedi and the acrylic nails lasted over a month. (so much better than my last acrylic mani from another place where it only lasted a couple weeks before peeling.) I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back frequently. read more

The nail techs at QT Nails are just the sweetest. Obviously, everyone is different on how they want their nails but if you want something simple yet cute, this could be a good spot. They do take walk ins but I recommend booking an appointment especially during their rush hours which seems to be weekend mornings and/or after 4pm on weekdays. More quality and care for appointments during busier hours. I usually like my manicures short, gel, one solid color, and almond shape. For pedicures, just one solid color. It's such a relaxing experience. Their customer service is top tier and tries to assist everyone as best as they can. read more

Honestly, this little hole in the wall is a DREAM COME TRUE! Not only because of their service, but the PRICE is the best pricing I've came across getting older in the Bay Area and going to different salons to find a reasonable and fair priced salon. Kim was my pedicurist and she was AMAZING! She literally greeted me as soon as she was assigned to me and made sure that I was accommodated. Kim literally asked me if I was ok or if I needed anything every 15mins of my service and I swear to you, that's the BEST service I've ever received in general. I am coming from outside of Santa Clara and coming from Contra Costa County visiting for a party and finding this gem was the greatest discovery I've ever made for self-care. I literally got a gel-pedi on Saturday and after Kim was done, I asked her what I owed her and when she told $42 for a GEL PEDICURE, I literally died in my chair because I have not heard of that price in YEARSSSS! Honestly for that price and service she deserved that $25 tip (should had made a $30 instead - LOL!). For me, if I can find a pedicure salon that not only charges fair PRICING and the service was AMAZING, my tips will be getting bigger as I keep making my way out here for Kim's service. Also, please keep the foot traffic here light - LOL! I want to be able to come here when I can without everyone hogging the wonderful ladies here. Worst nail job I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for 15 years. I got a new set on Thursday morning and by today Saturday afternoon 4 of the nails fell off. I then proceeded to remove the others and it took me all of 2 mins to take the rest off. For anyone who has had a fresh new set it would be almost impossible to remove brand new nails without breaking or damaging them, as you can see they came off intact. Not to mention it would incredibly painful and they came off with ease. I knew when I walked out of there that they were bad and was not going to ever go back but not this horrible. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. It's 3 days before Christmas and I now have to try and go get another set somewhere else with very little time. read more

I recently fractured two fingers and was hesitant to get acrylics on them but with Ana's expertise, she insisted that it was doable. I've come to this salon twice now in the past few weeks because I've just had such great experiences. I made appointments both times and had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it was really busy both times so it's totally understandable. Everyone is always in a good mood and it just adds great energy to the environment. I had two different nail techs do my nails and both took their time to make sure everything looked good and asked for my input. I also appreciate how they double check on the color because I almost accidentally did a blue instead of the purple color that I had originally wanted. I've been loving my nails when I come and will now regularly be coming back to this salon. read more

I've been going to QT nails for over 12 years, and they have been incredible the whole time. I moved to SF almost 2 years ago and it's been incredibly hard to find a salon that does a good job so I've recently decided to come to South Bay to get my nails done and it's so worth it. They are so efficient and fast with acrylic/dip removal and getting your nails done, I swear I'm in and out in under an hour. The price is also so good! Highly recommend!! read more

I'm from out of town and decided to get a my nails done before heading home. Ana is the young lady who did an amazing job on my nails. Ana is also the owner. She is very personable, an amazing attitude and she also does an exceptional work. Even though I live over 2 hours from this nail salon, I'll definitely make sure to come back! 3 stars-- it's unprofessional to speak with their language while looking at you. I feel like they're talking about me. The lady who did my nail was good but not the best. She asked how much do I give as a tip. And asked if I have cash. The other customer took a little longer cuz they're trying to figure out Zelle account etc. for her tip. I normally go to their sister shop T Nail Salon off of Steven's Creek. But T Nail Salon closes at 7, and I needed my nails done pretty badly. I found out that QT Nails was opened till, 8pm. I called and made an appointment for 7. I was eyeing this place for before they sold it to the new owner. Now, I also heard Ana from T Nail Salon, works at this location now. I called, and asked for her because she is great with nail art. Turns out Ana picked up the phone and pretend to be someone else, and said she wasn't there. That's really DISAPPOINTING, she felt like she needed to lie. However, I have to give Vivian & another woman who was very nice. The customer service was great from those two! I'll be back eventually. read more

I went here a couple months ago with a friend. I was looking for a place that was simple, relaxing, professional, but also where they do a good job. I got the basic manicure, with basic pink color. It lasted 7-12 days without chipping, which I cannot say for any other place I've tried. This place was very well priced also!! Would definitely go there again. read more

I had been going to Queenie's Nail in SJ for yrs but their service & quality has down with their prices skyrocketing so decided to try QT Nails. Quality was not only better (did a pedi and my toenails were all filed evenly, nail polish was evenly applied, including the pinky toe which seems to always be missed) but pricing was actually cheaper too! Just had the most refreshing gel mani and pedi at QT Nails! I had the pleasure of meeting Anna who did my gel mani and she is the sweetest person! Tam did my pedi and she was also so kind. Wow! So I came here for the first time since I was in the area and I would like to say that it will be my favorite. Aside from the best service, clean space, and beautiful decor, the people are soo nice. They're all polite and make you feel super welcomed. I had Ana as my manicurist (since 2018) and she's literally the best. She knows what you want and does a great job with your nails - design and everything. I found QT on a yelp search when I was in town (left the kids at Great America) I chose them because they take walk-in so I decided to take a chance glad I did I wanted a gel pedicure - straightforward but also hoped for a rescue for my nail bitten hands! I was greeted right away by the store owner,Anna, who took one look at my sorry nails - and knew what I needed Minh took great care to transform my hands with a gel manicure and Kim took care of my feet- the hot stone massage was a real treat ! They've a got six massage chairs and four mail stations, clean and welcoming they do gel, dip, as well as the usual stuff TV was on with classic tv (Superman) so I didn't get bored Easy parking too! read more

I have been going to this Nail Salon for years. Loved everyone who has ever helped me. Recently, QT underwent some transitions to new owner. Ana is amazing. Kind, professional and personable. She listened to what I wanted and understood the vision! Mira did my full set and I could not be happier. I told her I wanted fall colors and she went above and beyond my expectations. I am really impressed by the updates in the shop and the continued professionalism of the crew. You definitely feel welcome and like you can relax in some "you" time. Been here three times now- the first two for a mani-pedi, and the third because I broke a nail. Ana did my (gel polish) mani the first two times, and insisted I come back if I got a chip during vacation. Lo and behold, one of my nails broke off on one corner (darn luggage) and Ana took care of me even though it was a nail break and not a polish chip! The person who did my pedi both times did cut a bit too short the first visit and I didn't realize until it was too late (-1 star). She commented on how short they were the second visit, so I'll be sure to keep a close eye on those clippers from now on. Ana, the owner, is very personable. She and the rest of the crew here are very cognizant when it comes to making sure the customer is comfortable- they offered me a drink during my first two visits, and even put my bag on the chair nearby (it wasn't too busy with customers) so that I'd have more room in my seat to relax. Went here for the first time & was super impressed with Anna, Tam & the rest of the ladies. Upon walking in they were very welcoming, even at the early 9am appointment. One of the free Nail Tech ladies who wasn't working on my mani/pedi asked if I wanted a cup of coffee. They serve G7 which is Amazing. She was super friendly & everyone engaged in conversation. This was the worst wax I have ever experienced. I do not want to blast the specific esthetician because I feel it is the standards of the establishment it self. I will not go into detail it is very personal but I will say that the standards of this establishment are unsafe. The front desk attendant gave ok service. She did help me and was very apologetic for the horrific experience I had. One big piece of advice I would give her is be more welcoming and ask about the service AFTER the room is clear of the esthetician. I will never be coming here again

I felt very comfortable with her and relaxed during my facial. She really went to work on pore extractions, which not all salons do correctly. The last salon facial I received did not perform extractions, so I was glad that she gave me a deep cleansing. I decided to make the most of this facial that I added on a additional chemical peel, it was very gentle yet made my face feel soft and radiant. I also purchased a gift certificate for my mother, because I wanted to treat her to the same experience I received.
