Eaten here a couple of times. Really wonderful Aisian food. Mostly Korean and Chinese but they have a few Thai selections that great. I enjoy sitting at the counter and watching them cook. At lunch food is flying out. Highly recommended. read more

Best Asian in Toledo! Once you eat here, it ruins all other local Asian cuisine!!! There's usually a long wait... but it's so worth it. Definitely in my top three favorite Toledo gems. I usually order the Bi Bim Bop. It looks like just a plain salad dish but it's one of the best things on their menu! The kimichi bacon fried rice is also to die for. Honestly, everything I've ever had here I've thoroughly enjoyed. If you're in town visiting and you're craving some Asian, this is definitely the place to go. I gave it a couple of tries and it was even worse the second time. The egg rolls were dark the first time and loaded with oil. This was due to them cooking too many at once. The second time they were just loaded with oil. Tasteless both times. The shrimp and broccoli was easily the worst I've had in a long time. Both times they were identical, it was just some broccoli with what appeared to be soy sauce on it, with white rice that was the best part of both meals. I can make white rice at home, for a lot less. The shrimp fried rice was pretty tasteless, again, the worst I've had in a long time. Compared to the great fried rice at B.M.Chen or Golden Lilly, it was just sad. Between the cost, the long wait for both orders, and the disappointing food, I won't be back. I don't understand the popularity of this place at all. There are so many better places not far away, and they are cheaper too! read more

This food is simply amazing. I have been very adventurous, which is not generally my nature, and have not been disappointed. Each order is freshly made, and even with carry out, we have never encountered subpar food or errors. How refreshing. Went there trying to find a great Pad Thai, and it was indeed delicious, then tried the Drunken Chicken - mild with complex flavors, and then I went way out of my comfort zone and ordered the Bi Bim Bop - well, you just have to try it. So good. Sad they are not open on the weekends, but everyone deserves a day off. Very obvious that nothing is left to chance there. I would never hesitate to recommend it - the most selective eater will find something they will enjoy. Once you try it, you will become a regular. read more

Wow. The service here is absolutely atrocious. As an earlier poster commented, they refuse to serve people walking into their establishment after 9:00 PM (although this policy is posted NOWHERE online, on the door, or in writing anywhere in their establishment) despite having posted hours of 9:30 PM. We pulled off the road for dinner and walked in at 9:04 PM after driving nearly six hours. We were coldly refused service and proceeded to, at first very calmly, describe our circumstances and were again harshly and rudely refused service. This would be forgiven if this policy was reiterated somewhere and if there weren't people who were seated literally moments before us walking in. We were, though, after multiple recoils allowed to order food to eat out on the sidewalk, like dogs. And I feel foolish for even giving them my business but sheer frustration from a long drive and overwhelming hunger just caused a breakdown. Dinner was gelatinous pseudo-flavored slop. Humanity should avoid this poor excuse for a restaurant like the bubonic plague. Oh also, the cashier is a waste of human breath and space. read more

Update: As luck would have it, the owners of this establishment happen to know a coworker of mine. Upon hearing about my experience, they graciously reached out to me through this mutual friend, with a note of apology and an invitation to come back and give their business another try, on the house. I'm happy to say that I'm looking forward to taking them up on their offer and updating this review even further with what I hope to be a stellar experience. My girlfriend and I walked in behind 1 other gentleman who was picking up a to-go order. Grabbed a menu, looked right at the girl at the register, and sat on the seat by the door, perusing the menu while she helped the first man to walk in. During this time two other groups of people walked in behind us and stood by the door, waiting too. When gentleman 1 was done being helped, the girl immediately sat the first group to come in behind us. That sucked. Then she came back and sat the second group that came in behind us. At this point we're standing up exactly where everyone else who got helped was standing since it seemed like you had to be standing right there if you wanted any service. While she was seating the second group, a group of people who'd finished eating came up to the register to check out. She wasn't really going to neglect to seat us, in favor of another group, for a third consecutive time was she?! Sure enough, that's exactly what happened. This place serves amazing Bulgogi! It is a Korean dish, bbq meat served with a variety of rice or lomein. The portions do not seem big, but it definitely is a fulfilling portion. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for good Asian food. read more

This is purely base on the Pad Thai. I ordered take out and the food was ready on time. The staff is very friendly. The crab rangoons were delicious and the Pad Thai was average. It lacked flavor and the noodles were dry. It was by no means bad but I've had better. I want to go back to try other dishes. The portions were huge for the price! read more

Definitely a neighborhood gem! I order takeout one or two times a month from QQs, but now with there newly renovated dining room I've found myself wandering in for a drink and meal. The chili shrimp is to die for, especially if your into spicy food. The only thing that prevents them from getting a 5 star review is that they will not go the extra mile to make your food any way other than how it comes according to the menu. So no substitutions or up charges for a preferred side. They don't even let you request certain sauces with meals that don't come with them. Another issue is the long gaps when they are closed for sometimes weeks at a time, and they are not open on the weekends which is pretty disappointing. So as long as you stick with what they have to offer and do not try to ask for any changes to their "special" spins on traditional dishes, not to mention you have to catch them while they're open, Then you just may have one of the best Asian dining experiences Toledo has to offer! read more

Came here for the first time today and my family really liked it. We ordered shrimp tempera, crab rangoon, General Tsao, Mongolian beef and Happy Family (chicken and shrimp). Everything was very good. The chicken and beef were very tender. We arrived a little after 1 p.m and it was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait long for a table. I liked how the kitchen was open so you could see them cooking when you walked in. The only thing I didn't like was how close the tables were to one another but I guess that can't really be helped because of the size of the place. Food is great but, the phone is always busy. If you do get them to pick up the phone it's a hour wait for carry out. If you decide to eat there the place is so small they can only handle a handful of customers so waiting for a table is the norm. Moreover , it is always very hot inside especially in the summer. The owners really need to get a multi-line phone service at the very least. Or better yet move out the strip mall and get a proper building. read more

This resturant has greatly grown since it first opened. We have been here many times, and find ourselves craving our favorite dishes more than once. My family enjoyed the seafood noodle soup, black bean noodles, tansuyup, and the ganpung chicken. Ever since they expanded, we rarely have to wait. The staff is friendly, and the resturant has an enviroment that is suited for the whole family. All in all, you can expect nice people and great food at qq kitchen. read more

I first tried this with a good friend of mine and it was a very nice place, its like one of those family owned restaurants that each town has that's like a secret gem. The food was amazing and my favorite is their crab ragoon. Friendly staff, good food, relatively fast service. Good for a lengthy lunch break, definitely better than other restaurants. read more

I love QQ Kitchen. I always get the Pad Thai. My hubby gets the Chicken Fried Rice. My 2-1/2 year old loves the plain noodles with brown gravy. It's a great place to go because I get my Thai, my husband gets Chinese and my daughter can get something too! I wish it was bigger inside, so we could stay and eat. It's always packed and people are waiting to sit at a table. It's more of a take out type of place. The staff is always friendly. I recommend it all the time! read more

I definitely had better Korean dishes, but these ones are not bad for Toledo. The appetizers could be improved though.

Excellent food and great customer service. Authentic food, generous portions, and affordable.

This place is my go to take out! My favorites would have to be their curry chicken and lettuce wraps! Yum!
