So initially I did not have a good experience and left a review. However I got a call the next day apologizing about the quality of nails I received, and that they would redo my nails for FREE. Thats almost unheard of for nail salons. So I came in today and got lexie she did an AMAZING job fixing my nails and the shape is perfect. I have been going here since they opened. Yesterday I went to get a pedicure by someone new because my lady left to another salon (I made an appointment by the way keep in mind), and it was by far the worst pedicure I've ever received. Her name was Kim by the way so everyone can steer clear. She rushed through it in less than 15 minutes (I am not exaggerating I timed it because her vibe was off from the beginning rushing my 77 year old grandmother and I into the chair), didn't bother to massage my feet or legs which the pedicure came with, she slapped on one towel for BOTH of my legs for the "hot towel soak" when it comes with one each leg, kept staring at me while I waited for my grandmother to finish her COMPLETE service, and knew she did wrong because she rushed to the register when it came time for us to pay. I didn't say anything at the time in fear of being "that customer" so I said something that evening and received no response from their texting service (as I usually would because that's how they book their appointments). I was already pissed because the last two times I was in they OVERCHARGED me resulting in me saying something the most recent time and they texted me an $8 gift card. When I went to use it the (male) owner acted clueless and like they never sent the text when I saved the thread for this very reason. Nothing pisses me off more than spending my hard earned money on a joke like this and being treated the way I was. God knows what they said to each other in their language as well while they were talking and Kim didn't say but 5 words to me the entire service. Needless to say I won't be returning because of this and their poor, poor, customer service. I'd rather do my own nails than experience this BS again. If I could I would give 0 stars. It also seems like they have no problem losing customers as I've further read their reviews. read more

I'm updating my previous rating. The second time around Kelly took great care of me, my nails, and the design which I know was difficult. Waaaaaaaay better than my previous experience. I got a mani pedi and Kelly gave me the design exactly how I wanted. She was funny, friendly, and provided great customer service. I will definitely be going back. read more

I have been coming here for over a year. I come every two weeks and spend well over a $100 for services each time. I noticed the costs was creeping up and finally asked about it. There were all these little $5 dollar fees, which I'm not opposed to, not being told however, not cool. So I go in this last time, and I do mean LAST TIME, and the man who was doing my full set was incredible aggressive. He was rude, rough, and I don't know if he was having a bad day, or regretting his professional choices but he took it out on me, my already fragile nails, and my cuticle beds. I had to pull away and he told me to "stop moving!" And even when I told him he was cutting me he said ," I have to do this (meaning the filing)" he then finished and there were lumps and bumps he insisted would be covered up with the gel coat. When I asked him to fix it he YANKED my hand towards him and said "what do you want lady?" To which I threw my hands up and said "get me someone else" He used the table to push himself back which means he pushed it into my stomach. Not hard, but should have even gotten there? I walked out. My nails are sore to the touch. My hands burn when I wash them because he damaged the skin all around my nail beds and they aren't done. I have never had a worse experience with nails or customer service. How is is allowed for people to behave this way? It's unacceptable to me and I let my half dozen friends who come here know as well. read more

The salon is immaculately clean and comfortable. Both my daughter and I had a rebase and pedicure. I cannot say enough on how amazing our nails came out! Acrylic is an art and the artists here are very talented! Many colors to choose from and the regular polishes are all higher end. The polishes are also new appearing without being congealed or thickened that can happen over time. I highly recommend this nail salon! get my shellac manicure and the man seemed upset with me for how short my nails were and that he kept messing up when painting them. He was again very aggressive, yanking my arms around. The final product is fine I guess, just not what I was expecting. I chose a light color which needs a few coats to be opaque but he only did 2 leaving them looking extremely streaky and see through in spots. It's hard to capture it in a photo but trust me they do not look great. I will probably be painting over them because they are embarrassing. Overall I felt like the employee was very unhappy and didn't want to be there and was a little rude at times. This might have been my most stressful nail salon experience because of how I was treated by the staff. At the end my total was $94 which felt like a lot of money for the quality of service I received. I gave this experience a 2 solely because I was happy with the product of my pedicure but I was overall unhappy with everything else. I had heard many nice things from friends about this salon so I had high hopes but I was ultimately disappointed. read more
