I started driving to the restaurant around 11:15 a.m., and my order wasn't started until 11:28 a.m. I walked up to the counter at 11:38 a.m. to check on it, and an employee told me it was a large order and that they would let me know how much longer it would be. I explained that this unfortunately isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. I frequently place large catering-style orders, and this seems to be the only Chick-fil-A where I consistently run into delays. The employee was very kind, apologized, and assured me they would update me soon. The problem was that no one ever did. Since this location doesn't have indoor seating, I stood outside waiting with no communication about how much longer it would be. By 11:52 a.m., I was still waiting. The order finally came out shortly afterward. To be clear, the staff members I interacted with were polite and professional, and my order was completely correct. I also understand that large orders can be challenging. However, the majority of this order consisted of Chick-fil-A sandwiches and fries, with only one salad, 1 nuggets, and 1 specialty sandwich. The whole reason I order ahead is to avoid long waits like this. Better communication and more realistic pickup times would go a long way. I love Chick-fil-A, but this location has repeatedly disappointed me when it comes to online orders.

I noticed right away that this shop looked clean and open, which was reassuring, and the team was polite. I was surprised that the pizzas are no longer $5/6 and I didn't see any "hot and ready" pizzas available like it remembered from my pst experiences with Little Caesars. Although the price was higher than I remembered, a cheese pizza and crazy bread came out to about $14, which still isn't bad. It actually took quite a while for my pizza to be ready, and as I stood waiting, the shop filled with many families coming in to pick up dinner. When I received my order, the pizza smelled great and I was excited to get it home. A couple of thoughts here: the pizza was delicious and, because it wasn't sitting in that hot and ready area, it felt much fresher than I remembered and very tasty. The crazy bread on the other hand had a strange aftertaste and it was more of a rolled breadstick vs. the flatter cut up version that I remember. I don't know if they changed the recipe or just the shape, but the crazy bread was not good. Mine also didn't come with the marinara said that I had ordered, so that was a bummer. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza and it hit the spot, but it's no longer just a quick stop at a Little Caesars (bank about 20-25 minutes or more for your visit) and I'll skip the crazy bread next time.
