Where to start...I'm glad I didn't get food poisoning from eating here. I was looking for a cheaper meal and came in here at 6PM on a Saturday Night. Qdoba was very understaffed for this time, with only 2 people at the front. Due to a family arriving before me, I got to wait about 5-10 minutes to even place my order, and this should have been my first warning. This was my first time at a Qdoba, and they were nice enough to give me chicken samples to try. Went with a Chicken Quesadilla that was frankly lousy, large but with zero flavor, and I threw half of it out. The whole location looked like it had not been cleaned much during the day; all of the tables were dirty. Finally, I got to see the register employee get verbally chewed out by another customer for having his head phones on when taking orders, and I wish I could have stayed to thank that customer. Overall poor performance, no way this place lasts, and I would avoid. read more

My naked burrito in a bowl with roasted veggies instead of rice wasn't half bad. Nothing mind blowing, but for $6.50 I had a somewhat healthy meal of grilled fajita veggies, topped with seasoned grilled chicken, lettuce, black beans and salsa. It stopped the hunger pains and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Not much in the taste market, but it got the job done. The place is large, clean and the employees were nice. Three stars. read more

This business may be suffered a lot from these one-star reviews. Fairly speaking, it is not that bad. True, it is a very slow and low pace place, considering its location in a busy town center. Last night, I went there with two exciting coupons with me. I ordered two chicken blows, one regular grill and one lime-chicken. As I request a taste before ordering, the nice guy gave a few piece of lime chicken compared to grill chicken. They taste exactly the same. Surprised by my comment, the young men also join me for the five-minute long taste contest. Almost finished all the meat behind the counter, we reached the same conclusion: there must be two buckets of grill chicken down there or someone forgot the lime. At this point, I am half full already. Anyhow, the portion is not large compared to other Qdoba place. I also had one of their new shrimp blow, a $0.60 more than chicken one. Huge burrito fan here. This place does satisfy my burrito craving but in terms of customer experience, it's a two at best. Been here numerous times and although you'll eventually leave with a full belly - you'll also be greeted and serviced by employees who appear to hate their job and are very unenthusiastic in hearing you place your order - which is tough since you have to deal with them throughout the ordering process. Once more disheartening is after feeling terrible for requesting the unhappy staff to make your order, they will then end the journey by requesting a good sum of $$. I think I'm done with this place and will instead go to the area of Morristown by CVS which boasts an abundance of Spanish cuisine and an better experience for less $. read more

I've become a fan of the Mexican Gumbo served at Qdoba. Of course there's nothing New Orleans about this so-called "gumbo", no seafood nor sausage in it. But if you can get past that, the red sauce is deeply spicy and very flavorful, and then you choose the rice (white or brown), beans (black or refried), meat (chicken or pulled pork) and some toppings like cheese and tortilla strips. All I'm saying is, if you get dragged here as I am on occasion, the gumbo is an interestingly spicy option. Chips cost extra here and are not much better than tostitos from a bag, not really worth it, even tho I agree that eating tex-mex without chips just feels wrong. The mild salsa is an utterly flavorless chopped tomato concoction, try the green instead. Burritos are still solid here, a huge tortilla packed with your choice of meat, choice of rice, choice of beans, choice of salsa etc. etc. You really can customize it, and the price tops out at about $8. If you have to arrange a big party and don't feel like cooking, getting massive take-out from the Qdoba catering option can work well. We did this years ago for a volunteer organization's dinner, and the crowd simply loved it, it was a far better choice than the usual suspects like trays of baked ziti. read more

My review and rating are for a delivery via Uber Eats of a burrito and quesadilla, each with Impossible meat as primary protein option... I found the food to be quite tasty, which I would rate at 4 stars. I have reduced the overall rating because both dishes arrived cold and required reheating. Reheating the quesadilla somewhat ruined it. There were two other problems with the quesadilla, one being that it was quite small, and the other being that even for its size the fillings were disappointing - two of the four sections had a modest amount of filling in them, while the other two were essentially empty. The quesadilla is a very poor value. The burrito, on the other hand, is a fair portion. The Uber Eats delivery driver was very nice. He didn't have long to drive, which is one of the reasons I have downgraded for the food having arrived cold. Reading reviews left by some patrons who visited this location in person I am inclined to skip future business. It sounds like it is not well run, there might be quality control issues, and it might not be a clean place from which to get food. read more

This location is fine. We didn't experience the service reported by others, eating at lunchtime mid-week. One of the people behind the counter was still being trained; she was fine with making the food, but needed a little instruction at the register. I informed her that there was more to my order and that one customer at a time should be taken care of. She ignored me and continued to help the customer behind me.
