I would give it zero if I could. Came in and waited 15 minutes while there was at least 5 employees standing around talking and doing miscellaneous tasks(it wasn't busy). We then proceeded to order and they were either low on all ingredients or they were severely old and terrible quality. I got a bowl and the portions were tiny and a joke for the price. The queso looked like it had been sitting since 11am. Not coming back. Don't recommend it. Not worth writing anything else. read more

My wife and I went for lunch at the QDOBA in Yukon. The food was ok portions were so much smaller then ever. The service was just ok. What really bothered me was they had no trays no paper plates to put your food on just dirty tables. Got me for the last time no more. read more

This is the only Qdoba i've been to, although i've seen many on my travels. It's a chain, it's fast food and overall a Chipotle by another name essentially. They have good eats though. I've had the chips and queso, the quesadillas and the knockout tacos. I personally prefer the real thing to these so called "Mexican" restaurants, but if you want a quick fix on Mexican takeout, this isn't a bad substitution. They offer a lot more authentic food than say, Taco Bell, and tastes better too. read more

My husband and I ate here for the first time the other day. I loved it. The staff was really nice and the food. So good. I had the vegan version of a Mexican bowl and I loved each bite. I cant remember the actual name but my husband got a variety of 3 taco/burrito. He loved it. We sat outside and wish the view was different but so enjoyed the food we didnt care. We will be back. Went here for dinner on the road. We are in a huge surge of the pandemic. Not a single worker is wearing a mask. Did not feel comfortable. Happy it was a short line and we could get our food quickly and then leave. No idea why businesses do not have their workers wears masks. Food was okay. Staff was friendly. We go to the marietta location on a regular basis. Most of the time I go in with my 3 children. All 3 are under the age of 6. Which can me crazy! When I go in everyone is super friendly. The accommodate all my needs. Every time someone helps me with my kids, brings the food to my table and even helps me when I'm done. Its store like this that make me come back. Idk if to give this a 2 or a 3 star. Used to love the place LOVED it... till I got a piece of metal in my burrito and chipped a tooth. Idk if it was a tongue ring or a piece of tong or what, but was pretty gross. I took pic of it, and then took burrito up to counter and they were kind enough to make me another. I contacted their corporate and they were so gracious to send me some coupons for FREE CHIPS! lmao... free chips after dropping a tongue ring into my burrito, how kind how kind lol. Idk what I was really expecting but just seemed like the polite blow off. I didn't go back for probably a year after that. Have been back a few times as its one of the few fast/healthy options in the area, but it still sits uneasy with me. Go to Moes if you can, but its a drive away. I'll resist the urge for a single star because I know the food is good. However I just sat down and unfortunately this being the first time inside the impression left is thus far sour. The servers rushed us through the line. The gentleman new hire did make a mistake but rather than helping him succeed in his task the more experienced lady called him out on his mistake and went about rushing the people behind me giving me the feeling of being corralled like cattle along a chute. Patiently as I waited on my quesadilla I noticed the overall uncleanliness of the area and my opinion is that either they need more help or better training. read more

This is a nice stop for good Burritos and tacos, convenient to the freeway and with outdoor seating. It's typical Qdoba menu -- counter-service tortilla or bowl made to your specifications. The staff is friendly, the area is clean, and the building is fairly modern. We were through the counter and paying within minutes. I like the selection of ingredients compared to Chipotle. My only half-complaint is that the air conditioning was too strong -- it was pretty cold inside on a nice summer day. Thank goodness there's a patio. Oh, and they make a good guacamole. read more

This was my very first time at Qdoba, and I was excited to finally eat the food here. When I walked in, the staff at the counter were casually talking to someone unrelated to even placing an order, and I stood there at the counter waiting to place my order until they finished their conversation. Once they were done, the young girl at the counter asked if I was ordering food, and I replied "yes". She then said that I have to order food at the other end of the counter. I told her this was my first time here, and I'm unfamiliar with how the ordering process works, and I also apologized, to which she didn't even say anything back. I'm beginning to place my order and the girl preparing my food seemed unfamiliar with how to properly prepare a burrito with steak and chicken (double meat). I let this slide, as I slowly make my way down the line to continue explain to her what I want on my burrito. Once my desired ingredients were on the burrito (steak, chicken, lettuce, salsa, white rice), she embarrassingly admitted that she could not properly fold my burrito. It took a different employee to fold my burrito, and when he did, it looked like a softball, maybe a little bigger. At this point I knew this first visit was a disaster and I'm already disappointed. No manager or any other staff even questioned the quality of my burrito that was just made that resembled a softball. When I went to find a table and sit down, I could hear snickering among the staff at the counter, probably about the monstrosity that they just prepared for me. When I attempted to take my first few bites, I could hear one of the female staff behind the counter whisper to another staff member "Shh, stop!", in an attempt to quiet them because I knew they were discussing me trying to eat this rolled up burrito-softball thing. I finish up my meal with complete and utter disappointment. The staff at the counter were some of the most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. Although I did give them 5 stars for appearance because the young high school girls had probably $30 of makeup caked on their face. I expected a better experience for my first time eating at a big chain like Qdoba. The staff need extra training for customer care, and maybe a class about professionalism I think would help too. I hope no one else has to experience what I had to. Just Horrible. The food was not of good quality, the meat was very skimpy, Even though we were sold drinks with refills the drink machine was turned off because they were closing, there was no hot water or paper towels in the women restroom. We are here when we stopped in town on our way to Cleveland. I asked the employee if the chicken on my quesadilla was all white meat chicken and he replied yes. Well I know that was a lie because the first bit I took was into a piece of dark meat chicken. Disgusting. My parents were also overcharged for their queso when they told it was free. Such a substandard experience with this place. First off, be careful what you let them talk you into putting on your burrito-they will up-charge you without prior warning. The person who made my burrito didn't only wrapped half my burrito with foil and left the uncovered side down on the cash register area. The burrito was soggy and by the time I got where I was going, it had soaked through the bag onto my car seat. They do not have a meal option but will still try to sell you chips and a drink. When I asked for water, I was given the tiniest cup they had, despite the fact that my bill had come to ten dollars. While waiting for my change, I was dripped on by something from the ceiling. When I told the cashier, she did not apologize or offer me a napkin, simply told me, "yeah they're working on it." Who "they" were or where "they" were was not clear.
