No sense of urgency. I shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Pathetic.

Food was overcooked/burnt, and made to attempt to correct or replace it. I attempted make contact with them and heard nothing from them.

The food here has always been great to me. But the service is horrible I sat at the screen for 15 minutes before someone even said hi to me

We walked into Town House and were greeted by a few local patrons and a friendly server. My colleague ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese with fries which she stated was good. It wasn't over the top fantastic but was a good solid choice. I chose 12 traditional wings- 6 were BBQ dry rub and 6 were Cajun dry rub- I'd say they were excellent. All 12 had a good amount of meat on them. Also, the dry rub was the perfect amount. Often you get wings coated in the dry rub or you're looking for the dry rub in the basket. Overall, I'd recommend Town House if you're in the Marietta area.

I got the chef salad. Someone else got the grilled salad, someone got the ribs, and the club sandwich. The salads were decent size. They did forget the hard boiled egg and we got it later on a dish to add. The ribs were cold and so was the baked potato. Not sure if it sat for a bit. Service was ok. She had a lot of tables. We were just one. We weren't too needy. But I would have liked more water. The reviews were decent which is why we went. But everything was just slightly average. I'd probably try some place else next time.

Parking is street parking, which is very limited, especially on the weekends. I used to go there regularly when I lived in Marietta, but it had been years since I'd eaten there, and I'd forgotten how good their food is. I ordered an appetizer for dinner (chicken and black bean quesadillas). My sons both ordered the Cuban and fries, and my son's girlfriend had an Alfredo penne pasta with grilled chicken and a salad, which looked delicious! They ordered nachos with beef for the table, which were just okay. Made a quick stop in the ladies restroom, I found it to be nicely decorated, but definitely in need of a cleaning. It wasn't terribly dirty, but they should have someone regularly checking on it, and it looked like it hadn't been checked on for a while. Service was decent. Waitress was busy, but helpful. She wasn't super friendly, but was professional. Prices are on the high end for the area, but portions are adequate. Overall, I enjoy supporting locally owned restaurants, and this one is one of the better options for the area.

We ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks and the spinach artichoke dip. Both came out piping hot, the artichoke dip was definitely my favorite. A great mix of flavors and is definitely homemade. Our waitress for the afternoon was outstanding! Professional, checked up on us a lot and talked with us quite a bit. Definitely a good place to stop if you're in downtown Marietta.

And I'd like to add that this is not my first encounter with her on a previous visit with a friend she overcharged him, then grew an attitude when he asked her to correct the check. This is always been a favorite place to bring people from out of town, but I am going to change that policy. I know that things change and that people get older, but you could always count on the service being friendly instead of rude. My tip reflected the service and I only do that when it is very upsetting the way we were treated servers are usually very hard workers, and I acknowledge that with my generous tips. But not in this case.. and while we were there, we saw a gentleman dropped something in the kitchen, pick it up and put it back in the fridge. Obviously things are slipping. So unless I know that there have been some definite changes, I won't be recommending the net anytime soon.

Along with Garlic Cheesecurds. Then as I had teased Gabby our severer I would follow coffee with donuts. I had the Donut Stout and my spouse had the Mexican Lager. So of course we had to have the Bavarian Petrels to go with it. Of course by this time the creative ideas start to flow so our next choice was a beer we shared a 1/4 of coffee stout and 3/4 of donut stout. Oh my! Good thing I am retired or this would my coffee choice each morning! We both loved the mix and then I talked to Zach about how I hoped both will be available in January when I am back in the area. He liked my input or talked like he did. I am so glad that we have a local brewery for when family come in but that we can stop by and say Hi. So when it comes to service it was excellent, thank you Gabby. When it it comes to the food it was awesome and the decor. I still want the lights in my home or at least may she shed if my spouse won't rewire the house.
