I was at Taco Bell last week and went through the drive-through and I have to say it has gone downhill fast. The burrito supreme that I received was watery and slimy and wasn't good at all. What is going on with the ingredients at Taco Bell? Please do better. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell until they improve their food and use real beef . slowest Taco Bell night shift I think I've ever been to. And it's constantly slow too. also the light flickers by the drive through and there's pot holes you could grow a garden in on the way out. I hate being negative but pay these people more and maybe they'll work harder. they do stay really busy and deserve enough money to live. read more

I get a cheese quesadilla here! Not the greatest i have but on the better end. Service was quick. The restaurant was bright and clean.

I honestly really like Taco Bell's menu and appreciate being able to customize my order to exactly what I want added or taken off the specific item. With that being said, I don't go crazy; extra lettuce here, add tomatoes there (you get the gist). I've lived in Marietta for 3 years, and I don't think I have ever gotten a full order for my family 100% correct from this Taco Bell. At this point, I'll probably go to Belpre or Parkersburg when the Taco Bell cravings hit. I order and pay for extra verde sauce and don't get any at all, there have been burritos or tacos completely missed on an order before on several occasions, adding potatoes is literally 5 small pieces for an entire power bowl. Adding anything really is like paying for a baby spoon full of the ingredient, IF they remember it at all. It makes me so sad because I have given this Taco Bell so many chances; and I actually love their food, and I'm not a snob about little mistakes here and there with orders, but the ability of the employees to get orders right when you pay extra to customize things is atrocious, pretty much all of the time. The food is good but, our order usually comes wrong in some way shape or form. The service inside takes so long. My most recent visit was the worst because I waited for 31 mins. And we were the only ones dining in. There were 3 cars in the drive through. They had more pickup/mobile orders than anything. I think our order got skipped a couple times because we saw the cars that were in the drive through leave and we were still waiting. 31 mins is ridiculous. One of the staff members kept touching his hat and shirt with the SAME GLOVES THEY WERE PREPARING EVERYONES FOOD. FINALLY after 35 mins, they asked what we were waiting for. Inside the tables were dirty and the floors had food on them. Someone came to pick up their food and waited for ever, they decided to use the rest room. When they came out, they said the women's bathroom had pee on some toilets or on the floor. The drive through seemed to move much quicker. I don't know if I'll dine in again or even come back here for that matter. I've work in the food/restaurant industry and this was UNACCEPTABLE !!! read more

My first review ever and this happened over 4 months ago I just can't help but leave this on here for real. My girly friend and I went to Taco Bell around 2:30am on what I believe was a Saturday or Friday night (first mistake) there was probably 10+ cars in front of us but we were both down to wait. It had been probably 40 minutes and only a couple of cars had moved at all. It was now around 3:15 am. Again another 30 minutes pass and there is still like 3 cars in front of us to get to the speaker to order. Remind yall we are the LAST car in the drive through, we waited over an hour and a half. I am TIRED but so hungry at this point. It's around 4:15-4:30am now and I know they close at 4 but they took the order of the person in front of us just moments before so I ASSUME they will take mine as well. I was the LAST PERSON IN LINE AND THEY TELL ME TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEYRE CLOSED. We ended up going to McDonald's when they opened at 5 am because I was so irritated that point. read more

I ordered food and not one thing was correct. . They couldn't even get the drink accurate. Seriously. ordered a #10 (Steak Burrito), with a soft taco, 3 additional soft tacos, a cheesy Gordita crunch. came home with 2 bean burritos and what looks like flatbread with lettuce. never ever ever ever will I visit this store again. what a waste of hard earned money and fuel to drive there. read more

Long wait, sloppy kitchen, stale shells fpr tacos and chalupas. They constantly get your order wrong, tacos are always broken in pieces. Also, recently a picture was circulated of an employee with their hand down the back of their pants, repulsive... I never have good food nor service here. Needs new management! read more

I worked in fast food for 5 years at a McDonalds as a swing manager. Myself and 2 coworkers have managed to get through 40 full orders of at least one meal of food each in under an hour. It is absolutely unacceptable that myself and my fiancé sat in line for 50 minutes at 2am and did not manage to get our order even taken. I know it gets busy. I know it's hard. I know there is probably not a lot of people working. But i saw a man walk out to his car 3 times in that span of time. The last vehicle sat there for 20 minutes before ordering and as soon as they finished, they shut the lights off at 2:54am. I don't know if people in OH just have a garbage work ethic, or if there was just one singular person working the whole store. Either way, get this place in order. Wow. Just wow. read more

We ordered dinner thought the Taco Bell App. It allows for substitutions, you can pay with your card, and the food is made hot when you request it. Its incredible. This is our Go To Taco Bell location. They are so much more responsible that the locations in Parkersburg. Will return again and again as long as they uphold their standards. read more

We like Taco Bell, but this is not only the worst run Taco Bell we have ever visited, it is the worst fast food ( of any brand) experience we have ever had. Over several years this place has dropped from reliably good to horrible. We swore it off the last two times we were there. No more! Whoever owns this place should sell it, or give it, to someone who cares about selling a great fast food experience. We have encountered workers here that were nice and trying hard, but they obviously weren't trained, well-supervised, or supported with a fully-staffed team behind them. Slow!!! Place was dirty, too. The two big problems here have nothing to do with service or food, but the location of this Taco Bell. The size and construction of the parking lot is small and akward to navigate, plus cars from the drive-thru will back up and prevent anyone from getting in and/or out. It's also on the corner of an intersection which, during moderate-heavy traffic, can make getting in and out difficult. read more

I used to eat at the old taco bell and the food was great, but this new one on the menu the combo's shows they come with a drink I questioned this at the window, they had to call the assistant manager to check it out, and it doesn't even though it's in the picture, and the food I got was taken from a refridgerator and not heated, I think it is made far away elsewhere. read more

Some of the people working there are friendly, but the service is absolutely terrible. Taco Bell is my favorite splurging fast food, but every single time I order something here, the order is wrong. They forgot stuff or completely give me the wrong order. At worst, I've had a couple orders pt together so half-assed and sloppy, it was disgusting. I will start off by saying, I have been to this Taco Bell several times in hopes that the food will change. Due to the fact that I love Taco Bell and this one is the closest to me. However, every single time (yes....E.V.E.R.Y. T.I.M.E.) I have purchased food from this Taco Bell it is always bad. (am I going at "crappy food" time???) The very first time I came to this Taco Bell, I saw workers in the "break room", which has a window facing the drive-thru, making out. Kind of grossed me out since they were on the job and clearly did not care if customers could see them or not. Made me think, "how is my food handled?? Are hands washed?" I then get to the window and am told they are out of all sauces I like, Hot, Mild, AND Fire. Aww. That sucks. Ok. No biggie. There are mostly teenagers that work here and the person who I met at the window was very nice so I simply thought, "crazy kids" and drove away with my food. When I got home, I bit into the churro that I ordered (I love churros from Taco Bell) and one side was as hard as a rock as if it was sitting all day. No big deal. Just one churro. Just one odd experience. Another visit: I am not sure if these employees were all on break simultaneously but due to the fantastic window to the break room, which I'm not even sure if that's what it is or if it is just a good place to sit and hangout on the job, that offers a show while you wait in the drive-thru line, I saw 3 employees in the break room. One came in and out of the area grabbing a cold slice of pizza from a box that was siting there, took a bite, walked back to the front. Then came back into the room, proceeded to eat, put the slice back in the box again and went back to food prep area. Where is the manager when these things happen? Food was okay this time. But drove away with another fond memory. Yet another great visit: I wanted a side of rice with cheese and a soda (that wasn't my whole order. lol) but they were out of both. Ahh fine. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito at this visit, simple enough? I guess not because the beans, tortilla AND cheese were cold. The burrito obviously was never warm since the cheese was cold and in shredded form when I opened the burrito. Whatever, another bad item...mistakes happen Another chance? I didn't learn my lesson... I went to taco bell today since my boyfriend wanted it and he got a beef combo burrito and a soft taco. The burrito had no meat when he bit into it and the soft taco was COLD and the tortilla was breaking!! On a soft taco, really?? Should we get a discount since we have to "cook" our food?? We came straight home from Taco Bell which is a 4 minute drive and he immediately had to throw the taco into the microwave?? Not acceptable. If its not the food that is cold or rock hard, this Taco Bell is out of items. Soda and hot sauce are a big one. If your food is good and they have everything you want, you might get a show through that window. I simply can't go there anymore It is ruining my love for Taco Bell read more
