My food was unremarkable, but he had ordered a rib eye steak (I forget the actual menu name) as MEDIUM WELL. It was served as MEDIUM RARE which was completely inedible for him. Not only that, but the server did not bring the tortillas that were part of the meal. He ate the small portions of beans and rice and the peppers and onions that were on top the steak but this was not a meal. We spent almost $40 and ended up going to Burger King after we left there! Not acceptable at all.

If you order the same thing a couple days later, it tastes completely different. Sometimes the salsa is good, sometimes it's runny garbage. However, the service is unbelievable in its consistency. The servers always look like you've interrupted them, they are not friendly or approachable. They go missing a lot when it's time for a refill or to get the check. The ambience is... just awful. I don't know what it is about the acoustics in this place, but it's so LOUD, you can barely hear the people talk that you're eating with. There are other mexican places with better food and service.
