The staff here has always been so unpleasant and unfriendly. Food should be good unless they are giving you a HUGE chunk of nothing but fat and making your experience awful and Waste of money . 24$ for two bowls of rice , beans and some good ol' fat. Driving cross country, stopped in for dinner wanting a change up from fast food. It wasn't terrible but I want impressed. The service was fine, portions also fine but taste wise I was not impressed. If you are in Laramie and it is crazy windy, stop by QDOBA. Holy crap that place is windy. Anyways they did a nice job making a steak burrito and chicken bowl. The portions were plentiful, the employees super friendly and the restaurant was clean and fresh. Great stop when driving through Wyoming. If you have to get fast food this was a good choice. Bonus points for having the soda machines where you can make a ridiculous mix of sodas (graveyard). But holy cow I don't know how people can tolerate that wind. Oh, dear. I have worked in a variety of restaurants for many, many years. Cleanliness is one of the first things I notice when I enter a restaurant. THIS place was dirty. I'm not talking about the little spills that come along with a lunch rush - I mean the kind of filth that builds up over months and months of neglect. The service counter was covered with debris and food splatter. The floor had black build-up in the grout and in the corners. many of the tables were littered and slimed with the messes of people long-gone. The beverage area was also atrocious. Unlike the other place in Sioux Falls (see that review also), this time out I bravened up and got the fire roasted shrimps I was debating before. I got it in a bowl with some tasty meat and some not very tasty and somewhat astringent cilantro rice. Definitely can miss me with that next time. I did thoughtfully add some lettuce and some Queso Diablo to the festivities, which was smart of me, but they were rather stingy when creating my bowl, which was kind of annoying of them, so again, mixed results for this chain. This time the Coke Freestyle mix was on, brownie was still awful, though and the regular Queso is more or less dreck. Had this place not been so stringy with my bowl contents, I think my impression would have better. As it was, while I would probably hit this chain again, it's definitely not a priority and if I do, I will have to both tune the menu as well as urge the server on to be a lot more forthcoming with the goodies. This one is more like a 3.5 instead of a 3, but definitely not enough to push it all the way over. Super centralized location so it's a quick drive! The staff are always super nice, the food is consistent, and it's quick!

I eat here often enough to be on a first name basis. Whether it is a breakfast burrito or three-cheese nachos, they know how to make it and how I like it. I've never ever, not one time (in about 30) had a bad experience here. Over the summer they got rid of their "free drink with student ID" and it made me sad, but they've brought it back, and it is why I keep going back time after time. Even if the price of my drink is somehow fit into the burrito, I still enjoy getting something free. They also have my birthday on file and I LOVE getting a free entree for my birthday. They know how to make their customers happy and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Way to go Qdoba! I eat here 1-2 (sometimes 3!) times a week. Or DID. Service has gone to crap. Last 2 times I've been in, I was told it was going to be THIRTY MINUTES to cook caulirice. And I'm tired of having to wait 10 minutes for fajita veggies. You don't wait for something to be out before you start thinking about replenishing it- especially during peak hours. But it's not any different during slower times, either. SO disappointed because it used to be great. read more

Usually QDOBA is amazing in Laramie. Not the case today. Workers were not polite, no manners what so ever. Trash cans were over flowing, workers were throwing receipts, lids, and any other garbage over their head. Missing the trash can. Chips, cheese, and meat were all over every surface. Kitchen was messy, straws and lids were not stocked. Workers were also standing around when they were "out of meats". I understand busy but with how many employees were there the restaurant could've been cleaned up a bit. read more

Stopped by on my way back to Wisconsin for a quick lunch and...yikes. The restaurant was so, so dirty. The floors were filthy with wrappers, chips, salsa, and I'm not sure what else, but it was nasty. The tables were mostly dirty with leftover food from other customers. I visited the restroom and the toilets looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. They had black rings around the water line in the toilets. The food was alright (we did enjoy most of it, but the salad looked pretty old and the chicken tasted rubbery). The best part of the experience was that one staff member was so friendly and nice! The one making our food was very happy and always had a smile on his face. Sadly, the girl finishing up our order was very short with us and didn't even look at us when giving our money back. I come here quite a bit because I love Doba and everyone who works here is super friendly. They just remodeled it which looks very nice. Sometimes the food isn't quite as warm as I would like it to be, but for the most part, a nice place to enjoy a cheaper meal. read more

Had dinner here while in Laramie yesterday. The food was very good and they did a nice job with preparing it just the way I wanted without rushing and throwing it together like some of the other Qdoba's I have been to. The place was cleaner than the previous time we ate here in the past which was good to see. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were here twice on our trip to Missouri and back. Both times we had excellent attentive service and one time they even gave our kids free cookies! It's Qdoba, so the food is as good as expected, hence the 4 stars, but a family favorite of fresh food and you can't beat the price. read more

all but one visit here were good! we love their food, their service is friendly. The line was covered in crap, the sneeze guard must have taken artillery from a frequent flu outbreak and the burrito roller girl would have a hell of a time rolling a doobie.
