My partner has strict dietary needs (particularly no red meat) and this particular instance was one where we needed to return the food (something we never like to do). Instead of begrudgingly switching out the food with half-hearted apologies... A woman who is either the owner or the manager met me at the door and extended a sincere apology, offered an explanation for the mistake, and refunded the sandwich.
