We sat down already knowing Guy Fieri ate here but didn't know much else. Somehow through pure chance we ordered the three dishes that are the locals favs as we noticed on a card at the table after ordering. The breakfast burrito was the bomb. Yes, you should order it! The eggs with crispy hash browns inside and your choice of meat, I did bacon, was so tasty with the green chili poured over it. It was plate licking good. The 7220 burrito was also a fave with the pork and the same green chili sauce. The chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy was also so tasty. We didn't stop there because we heard about homemade pie and homemade cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon roll was medium sized with home made icing and lots of cinnamon so decadent. My husband had the turkey basil cheddar sandwich on homemade bread, and I had the very generously portioned Bombay spinach salad. They were excellent, the service was prompt and attentive with a smile, and we said, afterward, that we would make a point to come here every time we go through Laramie, which is usually two or three times a year. However, another element of our experience set this establishment even higher in our estimation. Following our lunch stop, we were about 3 hours and 150 miles north of Laramie when I discovered I was missing my purse. I remembered I had slung it over the back of my chair at the deli, thinking, "Don't forget this!" and I DID. It had my wallet, driver's license, credit cards, cash and passport inside, and we were on a road trip from CO to WA, where I would be for a month. Couldn't exactly come back to get it too easily. I called, and one of the staff confirmed they had found my purse, and it looked to be intact. Well, long story short, they sent it to my destination in Seattle, Priority Express Mail, and they wouldn't even let me pay for the costly postage, let alone give a gratuity to the person who so kindly took time to box and send it from the post office. I was just floored by this above-and-beyond service -- not to mention the relief I felt, knowing that all my important financial means were in that purse, for nearly a month's worth of traveling. Thank from the bottom of my heart to this wonderful team. I am so incredibly grateful to this kind and caring staff, and I recommend their food very highly, too! Be sure to stop here in Laramie. The food itself was below average, but what really stood out was the poor service from a waiter with long hair. He seemed inexperienced and inattentive. After we finished a shared dish, he cleared not just the serving plates but also our personal plates without asking. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like utensils. He also appeared to pick and choose which guests he wanted to serve water to, ignoring others at the table. When we politely asked for water, he seemed annoyed, and even placed items on the table with unnecessary force, as if to show displeasure. At times, his facial expressions made it clear he was not happy serving us, especially when we spoke with an accent. That felt very unwelcoming. Despite the service, my uncle still left a generous tip because he didn't want to give 0 at any restaurant, but we left with a bad impression. I truly hope this staff member gets retrained. If you're working in hospitality, basic respect and professionalism should come with the job -- no one should feel like they're being a burden just for dining in.

Now if you're from somewhere else, it may not feel this way, but being from LA, the bill was about 1/2 of what I thought it would be. Given it was very affordable, we left a very generous tip as the staff was great. We can't wait to go back one day. My partner got the lettuce wraps which had a yummy tofu scramble that we also really enjoyed.
