You guys are terrible I went there yesterday and got a chicken quesadilla and chicken bowl and ALL of your chicken was burnt and you threw the quesadilla sloppy and cut weird into the container with no care and did not even give sides. Food was okay- service is what needs to improve- don't be rude to customers!!! Put up a sign that says please do not lean on glass food covering and then don't say " it's common sense!" There was a guy in the back with a beard that yelled at me for having my arm on the glass. I hadn't made it down the line to see the sign. He was rude and completely inappropriate. Also-They were out of chicken and when asked how long he was rude again to the lady behind me. All the other workers were great. But this guy has a Serious attitude toward the customers. Our family has been to dozens of Qdoba restaurants in different states and this one is one of the best! The employees were extremely helpful and courteous. We have celiac disease and a wheat allergy in our family, and the staff immediately offered to switch out all of the utensils, wipe down the counter, wash hands, and get new gloves. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Bathrooms were clean. The dining area had lots of table options and was also clean. Highly recommend! read more

You do not raise your voice at customers, I don't care how long the line is if someone doesn't respond you say "sir" or "ma'am" you don't yell at them. First off, the food we did get was good. Not all great, but tasty and we ate every last bite. With that being said, it was a fairly shabby experience. The online ordering system worked pretty well, even if it was annoying to only type 26 characters additional instructions for each menu item. But it didn't work well for the employees. 1) I arrived 4 minutes earlier than my requested time, granted, but they hadn't even started to make my 3-entree order that I had submitted 45 minutes earlier. Plus they had a full house and a long line. Of course it's busy, I understand that, but it seems like there should be a system to incorporate online orders to meet the time goals since that is offered to customers. (One idea: have one staff member caring for all online/app submitted orders between 12-2pm to prevent mistakes and keep to the time promised.) 2) They made me a kids size quesadilla instead of the regular size like I ordered because the receipt said "kids" for the name on the order (because I was giving it to my kids...). I immediately addressed it and they apologetically made me a regular size. Nbd. 3) I had asked for my salad: "Ranch & queso on the side". Clear as day. They both had been added to my bowl. When pointed that out, the cashier offered to remake the bowl, but I didn't feel like wasting any more food nor taking up more time from our road trip, so I just took it as it was. It wasn't gross. Just way creamier than I wanted. 4) They forgot sour cream on my husband's smoked brisket bowl. 5) The "grilled fajita peppers" were completely raw. Nothing "grilled" about them. And the ground beef was exceedingly greasy. 6) The actual food line counter was clean enough, but the floor was covered with food and the counter behind them had tipping over towers of dirty dishes. 7) The utensil/condiment bar was bare boned stocked. 8) The screen on the drink machine was barely responsive to touch. It took about 30 clicks to achieve ice and water. I mean, we got food and so far no one is sick, but I think standards could be raised a little bit. Those employees were working hard. 2 guys working around 8:30pm 9/13 I was not greeted when i came up to the line, second guy just looked at me and went to the back, stood there for a couple of minutes waiting on the other guy to come serve me, lead me down the line fine. rung up my food didn't say a single word during that, didn't tell me my amount, didn't say a single word. looked at me as if i was a burden coming and getting food from you. get some more people who have better customer service working. dreadful experience. The service was horrible. There were 4 young men working. None of them greeted us and they seemed irritated that we were even there as they had just received a long to go order. They were complaining about the order and arguing with each other. It was very uncomfortable. One guy got mad at the other guy and called him stupid (and no, they weren't playing around). They continued to argue and be rude. The food was just ok however, the chips were covered in salt. Like, we couldn't eat them and you could literally see all the salt on the chips. They were out of a lot of things and the one guy kept telling the other to fetch stuff for him (I think his name was Chase). They barely had any tortilla soup so our serving size was super small because they didn't feel the need to stock anything. We were the only people in the restaurant and almost all the tables in the main dining room were dirty. This is not the service or atmosphere we are used to at Qdoba. Very disappointing. read more

I paid for a delivery order thru the app. They delivered the wrong order. I called and they said my order was there, but I would need to come pick it up. This Qdoba was Trash, Straight up Mustard Gas!!!! The workers in this Qdoba were Rude and not welcoming at all. Me and some of my teammates walked inside and the first thing they said to us was "Do you guys not know how to use the damn phone". Now I don't about you but that's not what you say to customers. Now we had around 15-17 girls to serve but when we walked in they had only 5-6 people sitting down inside and we came in around 3:30 so it wasn't anyone but us in the line. There were three workers there specifically that had bad attitudes towards me and others. There was a light skin dude there that had box braids that was very rude and was cursing under his breath because he had to serve us , Next it was this white guy who had glasses, long hair, and a beard that was yelling at us about not leaning on the glass , and he also was walking away from us and being very impatient with us. He was saying that us pointing and leaning to see what they had (because they didn't have anything !!!) was a safety or health hazard but he had his hair out with no net so isn't that a safety hazard as well? And lastly there was this short Mexican man that was folding the burritos and putting the toppings on everything. This guys is a follower i believe he could be nice but he was following after the other two guys ! He needs to be his own person and grow a pair. Overall, this place was not good at all . I've had good Qdoba but this was by far the worst . The workers there most definitely made me lose my appetite! I would've rather gone to Taco John's than this Qdoba! I'm passing through and had never heard of QDOBA but I was craving Mexican food. When I went inside I saw that it looked a lot like Chipotle style food. I ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla. Two things, One I was surprised there was a Qdoba in this small town off the interstate. Two, I was surprised at how good it was! Nice newer location with a cool look and feel, friendly staff, and great food! There wasn't but a handful of diners when my family popped in for a meal on a road trip, but it was around 3PM local time. There were 2 friendly ladies behind the counter and they got our order in quickly and got our food to us. Sometimes in a small town, the food and service lack quality, It was not the case here. Nothing but good things to say. also, I liked how they had a small seating area with electrical outlets to plug in your charger! Super cool idea to have especially where we were. Literally the WORST Qdoba I have ever been to! I got the brisket nachos and if I didn't do take out I would've asked for my money back! The brisket was basically just chunks of jelly fat mixture, and the pico was not edible! The tomatoes were so old they were pure mushy/ grainy texture I couldn't eat them! I took my girlfriend here for the first time on the promise it was the better version of chipotle. she agreed immediately. On top of the great food they had amazing service!! The employees were extremely nice and friendly. I forgot to order a drink and when i went back up to pay for a drink the employee behind the counter told me not to worry about it and gave me one free of charge (not that this should be an expected occurrence for everyone). I eat Qdoba twice a week the same thing each time in the entire United States during traveling. This specific Qdoba not only didn't give me what I paid for it also only gave me half the size of proportion for one of the protein balls. I paid for double meat which is pro Tien didn't get that. Traveling through to Missouri from Colorado and popped through one of the few towns off the highway to get gas and a quick bite to eat. Walked in and there were several groups sitting around eating and several people in line. Hopped in line and waited on our food. Two employees seemed to be working up front. When we got up front to order one employee realized he never finished making a burrito for the order in front of us so he scrambled to make that. My daughter ordered what we thought was off the kids menu a small bowl. They didn't inform us until we were paying that it wasn't a kids meal so nothing came with it. They finally continued making my burrito after the order in front of us was finished. I asked for guacamole on it and received a scoop in one spot on the burrito and he went to fold it. I asked him if he was going to spread it out at all or just have one bite of it. He proceeded to take the edge of the tortilla and smash it down in the same spot and then proceeded to stare at the pile of guacamole for a good ten seconds before what I can best describe as folding a napkin in fourths and rolling it in a ball. My husband ordered one of their quesadillas off the menu that was supposed to have steak, cheese, fajitas, pico, cream sauce, and guacamole. He asked for no pico so logically they also left off the guacamole and cream. $40. Employees were running around not doing anything in a manner that can best be described as being on some sort of drugs. While waiting for my food to be made I watched one employee "wiping" down the counters where the food was into a trash can but pushing multiple items off the counter into the food holders so that was gross to watch. Needless to say we won't be stopping by here ever again. Attempted to eat my burrito and lost half of it into my lap due to the way it was folded and ended up almost being sick due to something hard and sharp that I bit into. Sucks considering how much our Joplin MO location is really good. Management should probably spend some time training employees better to start off with. Bathrooms were pretty clean so that was a plus on a road trip. read more

Wow! We got married in Colorado and we were driving back with our family. We were so excited to see the Qdoba sign because all five of us love it. As we were ordering it was no big deal but then when it came time to pay we said we need chips to go with our bowls. The cashier was super rude and said we had to pay extra for chips. We have eaten at Qdoba multiple times and the chips were included. The problem wasn't that we weren't willing to understand chips were extra, it was her attitude about it. After paying $5 for the chips we were willing to just put it behind us. Then we all started to eat them and they were stale! I went back up to the front to let her know the chips were stale and she proceeded to argue with me about how they were all fresh, then gave me two new bags and wasn't until my husband got involved. I went back to the table and everyone was mostly happy eating their meals and she begins to talk to customers and other employees negatively about our family making our children feel bad for not wanting stale chips. Meanwhile, there were other customers not being served because she was too busy venting to her manager and other employees for the remaining customers to be taken care of. Fortunately, we have had multiple positive experiences at Qdoba across the nation. I would steer clear of this location. read more

I typically like QDOBA only because it's like Chipotle, but this one was gross. The staff all looked sloppy, dirty, messy, and not well groomed at all. I got a burrito and the whole thing was cold. The lady didn't warm up my tortilla long enough, beans, rice, and steak were all not hot at all. The lemons by the drinks were all super slimy.
