So, we stopped in for a quick bite after seeing Christmas lights. We ordered by kiosk thinking and hoping that our order will be correct. Surprise! Again it is not. The worst McDonalds ever! Ordered on the app (breakfast) while arriving and ended up having to sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we gave them the code but their "system was having issues" and was told to pull forward (10:28). When we arrived at the window (10:32) the lady informed us that breakfast had passed and they would not be able to serve us what we ordered that the manager had told her to stop taking orders. She was nice enough but this is not the way your run a business. We were passing though on a travel day and this took almost 30 minutes on a very long travel day. Don't stop here, go to the next exit as the staff here seems woefully incompetent it's not fast food and no food. read more

The people working here are amazing! I came through the drive thru at about 8pm 11/1/24. I did a mobile order and I called beforehand because I wanted onions on my chicken big mac but there was no option for it in the app so I wanted to ask how they wanted me to put it in to make it easiest for them. By far the best McDonald's I have ever been to, playing classical music?! What is this? What cool and clean vibes to treat my ears. I love it! Quite clean bathrooms for such a busy interstate exit, good service, to go food turned out well too, maybe the first time in all time a busy Golden Arches got an order correct. So OK. Ba da da da da I'm lovin it! This is one pimped out McD's with a cozy lodge feel to it. I walked in and did a double take since it reminded me more of a Caribou Coffee than McD's. Even though I went in to beat the ridiculous drive through line (which seemed to be moving very quickly), I wanted to sit there and enjoy my coffee instead of hopping back on I-70. For those who are traveling with trailers, there is tons of space in the back of the lot to park. Employees were super friendly and they currently have a promotion going on for $1 coffee-any size. What a surprise on our way home from California. As soon as my husband and I got east of denver we were with out cell service. The initial reason for stopping at mcdonalds was for wifi but we were shocked upon walking in. A beautiful restaurant, good service and excellent food. I exclaim because with road-weary kids it was a very welcome surprise to this mom. Very cozy feel with a fireplace. Great service. Perfect stop along the way to get the kids out of the car. On the road, I needed a place with Wi-Fi to get some work done. I looked for a Starbucks, and, alas!, the only one was in the student center of the local college. I wandered into this McDonalds, and, man, I'm close to delaying my departure just to hang out here longer. Comfortable, clean... It really has ambiance. I called this McDonalds asking them if they could deliver when the rude man immediately interrupted me to tell me to speak louder and rudely told me in a mocking accent that they don't deliver. He then told me that he didn't give a 'shit' about me or my 'fake' accent. I responded and told him it wasn't fake, which it is not. He continued to be rude to me and further told me he didn't care about me, a customer.
