So, we stopped in for a quick bite after seeing Christmas lights. We ordered by kiosk thinking and hoping that our order will be correct. Surprise! Again it is not. I do not know what exactly the problem is here. It's not that coming to make food correctly and give it to someone. How they feel if every time they ate somewhere their food was always wrong? I can't have onions, I throw them up and my stomach hurts really bad if I do. Management needs to do something about this. This review will also be on Trip Advisor, Facebook, and Google read more

McDonald's - What on Earth??? - Fast Food Near Me - Hays, Kansas

I thought this would be a normal McDonald's but I was wrong the fries were crispy and salted to perfection I don't know what in the sprite but it's too good I recommend! Collin out! Fast service too. read more

The worst McDonalds ever! Ordered on the app (breakfast) while arriving and ended up having to sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we gave them the code but their "system was having issues" and was told to pull forward (10:28). When we arrived at the window (10:32) the lady informed us that breakfast had passed and they would not be able to serve us what we ordered that the manager had told her to stop taking orders. She was nice enough but this is not the way your run a business. We were passing though on a travel day and this took almost 30 minutes on a very long travel day. Don't stop here, go to the next exit as the staff here seems woefully incompetent it's not fast food and no food. read more

Wildly disorganized, mass amounts of people waiting for food, I myself have been waiting 20 minutes. Employees not moving with a purpose. Definitely. A management issue. McDonald's has been on the decline especially since they have moved to the ordering kiosks. read more

It was a pretty fast moving line and they let me sub in a latte with my breakfast meal. Got the egg bacon biscuit hash brown and latte. Forgot to use the app but the lady at the window scanned it for us which was great. All staff were super nice and we were quickly on our way. read more

McDonald's - Iced Carmel latte - Fast Food Near Me - Hays, Kansas

i pull up to the drive and I ask for a second to decide what I what. when I tell them my order nobody is there for 2 minutes. they get back and take my order with such a attitude. At the first window I see this lazy eye bitch glaring at me. after taking my card she proceeded to call me slurs. my shake was just so watered down and my burger (only cheese) was drenched in ketchup. read more

Been waiting 30 minutes for our meal, inside dining. while waiting 5 people came in that had gone thru the drive through and their order was wrong. No one helping people going to counter. Finally got our meal. Worst service I've ever gotten at a McDonalds! read more

The people working here are amazing! I came through the drive thru at about 8pm 11/1/24. I did a mobile order and I called beforehand because I wanted onions on my chicken big mac but there was no option for it in the app so I wanted to ask how they wanted me to put it in to make it easiest for them. They were super nice. Especially the lady who handed me my food, Taysia, was really sweet! One of the best experiences I've had at a Mcdonald's! read more

By far the best McDonald's I have ever been to, playing classical music?! What is this? What cool and clean vibes to treat my ears. I love it! Quite clean bathrooms for such a busy interstate exit, good service, to go food turned out well too, maybe the first time in all time a busy Golden Arches got an order correct. So OK. Only one of us ordered, the basics burger and fries, still must commend big kudos to this manager and team here and can highly recommend this particular location for those with food pains and expectations expectations below Taco Bell's Chalupa and Beefy Frito Burrito and right above the rest of Taco Bell's menu! read more

Ba da da da da I'm lovin it! This is one pimped out McD's with a cozy lodge feel to it. I walked in and did a double take since it reminded me more of a Caribou Coffee than McD's. Even though I went in to beat the ridiculous drive through line (which seemed to be moving very quickly), I wanted to sit there and enjoy my coffee instead of hopping back on I-70. For those who are traveling with trailers, there is tons of space in the back of the lot to park. Employees were super friendly and they currently have a promotion going on for $1 coffee-any size. Yep, I'm lovin' it! read more

McDonald's - the inside of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Hays, Kansas

Looking for food place open past 9pm. the line was wrapped around building but we got our order taken and food timely. They were understaffed greatly for traffic this night but all worked hard and everything was perfect on order! Thank y'all! We had a great dinner-everything was hot, fresh and delicious! read more

the food was amazing but when me and my friend went to pay in the drive thru the man was making us very uncomfortable so once we pay I rolled up the window really fast but I couldn't move forward much. He kept staring at us and he opened the window and looked out at us. it made us very very uncomfortable. read more

We sat for 3 hours at the second drive through window, there was no traffic cone or sign to signal it was broken. Very disappointed, step yo game up. read more

What a surprise on our way home from California. As soon as my husband and I got east of denver we were with out cell service. The initial reason for stopping at mcdonalds was for wifi but we were shocked upon walking in. A beautiful restaurant, good service and excellent food. I never thought I would write a review on a McD... but this one is so different. You wouldn't know it from the outside, but there is a PLAY PLACE inside! I exclaim because with road-weary kids it was a very welcome surprise to this mom. Very cozy feel with a fireplace. Great service. Perfect stop along the way to get the kids out of the car. Filing it in my brain for future trips. read more

Clean, well managed location with super friendly staff and a great indoor play place. We travel a lot with little kids and I wish I could duplicate this place in every state haha. read more

Why are you even open 24 hours when I pull up at 430AM and you don't even bother to answer the monitor. The person before me in a van was yelling at the monitor to get a response. They also pulled up to the window with no response. Very disappointed first time in Hays and terrible customer service. The date was 7/1/2017. read more

This has to be the most cozy McDonald's I've ever been in. Somehow my burger tastes better here. Free WiFi, fireplace, kettles, and cozy chairs. I could spend all evening here! read more

Last weekend I went through the drive through at the South McDonald's to get a Coke, I had to order twice at the speaker, once at the window where you pay, and once again at the window where you pickup your order all that for something as simple as a large coke..... The atmosphere in this McDonalds was amazing! The staff was so incredibly kind. It felt a little more like a small town diner than an industrial restaurant. They have a small fireplace and nice brick walls. A very cute McDonald's. read more

When is a mcdonalds more than a mcdonalds? The owners of this place obviously have a reverence for this brand -- the building is every bit a lodge, complete with hand hewn beams and stone fireplace. Impressive. read more

My Sausage Burrito had 2 Gray Hairs on the INSIDE layer of the Burrito. I'm young, and don't have Gray Hair. 10/10 Won't Go There Again.

Very interesting McDonald's. It has a cottage/diner theme, with lots of wooden interior. It feels like I'm having dinner at some dine in restuarant. Very comfortable! read more

Wow! This McDonald's is as good as it gets. Fireplace, some rustic decor, beams, comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, pleasant locals hanging out all morning long. On the road, I needed a place with Wi-Fi to get some work done. I looked for a Starbucks, and, alas!, the only one was in the student center of the local college. I wandered into this McDonalds, and, man, I'm close to delaying my departure just to hang out here longer. Comfortable, clean... It really has ambiance. The fact that I did a review on this place before Pappy's awesome bbq in St. Louis really says a lot. No, this is not an ironic review. Must-visit if you are hungry or need internet in Hays, KS. read more

Really? NO. This is just fast food. It's not good for you and it's boring "food". Be adventurous and go to Gella's. It's a fantastic Microbrewery! read more

I called this McDonalds asking them if they could deliver when the rude man immediately interrupted me to tell me to speak louder and rudely told me in a mocking accent that they don't deliver. He then told me that he didn't give a 'shit' about me or my 'fake' accent. I responded and told him it wasn't fake, which it is not. He continued to be rude to me and further told me he didn't care about me, a customer. I proceeded to inform him I was writing this review and I hung up on the very rude man, as he was still being rude. read more
