I had tried 7 Brew before in Wichita, with poor results, but decided to give this place a fair shot anyway. During their grand opening I stopped by and had a decent cup of coffee. Nothing remarkable but good for a latte. A few weeks later I returned and had one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had. Weak coffee. Flavoring was weak. Not enjoyable. Just not a good experience. That second visit was much more in line with my experience at the Wichita location, which doesn't help their case. On the plus side, the service was fast and they keep the line moving. I think there are better options for coffee in the Hays area...While speed and convenience of 7 Brew are great, I will gladly trade it for quality and a good tasty cup of coffee.
