A few things... 1) No it's not exactly "authentic" Asian food (they also don't claim to be), but that's hard to find anywhere here not just in Hays since most Asian restaurants try to cater to their mostly American clientele. It was a true fusion restaurant and the food and flavor was A-MAZING! They took it and made it their own instead of trying to copy a generic Asian restaurant. 2) Holy shitake mushrooms, they give you SO MUCH FOOD for the amount they charge.
