What is not to love about Qdoba? If you haven't been here you're missing out in a big way. Moe's, Chipotle, Salsaritas, Qdoba. Arguably the Big 4. Shooting straight, I think Qdoba gives the most value and taste for your dollar. FREE queso FREE guacamole, they have chips and salsa, they have Mexican Coke, they have a mini bowl for five bucks (this is where they take the crown from the other three in my opinion because it's still a lot of food for just over 5 bucks) Obviously I like this place, really like the Nacho Libre-esque luchador theme on the app too. My dad and I decided to try Qdoba, for the 1st time, since he is normally a Chipotle fan. He said the burrito tasted like a taco, not happy with it. I ordered the tortilla soup, but was advised that they were out of chicken and that it would be awhile before any was ready. I went ahead and got steak, even though that's not what I really wanted. After I sat down, I saw them chopping up the chicken that had just finished cooking. I would have waited if I would have known that it was fixing to be done but instead they told me it would take a while. They were scrapping the bottom of every pan, just to get my order ready. Would not recommend for catering in the evening. They majorly messed up my order. They provided us with the basics, chicken, tortilla, ridiculous amount of chips, and a tiny portion of rice. We paid extra for additional sauces and toppings, because we were feeding picky children and the adults prefer a made up taco or burrito bowl. Upon pickup I could tell it was nearing the end of the day and the employees were all migrated toward the front waiting and socializing. I asked before I left if everything was there or if I needed to double check. They assured me it was all there. I drove 25 minutes back home to open the bags and realize 90% of the toppings weren't there. Now had I not specifically asked and given them the opportunity to double check I would likely have brushed it off, but this was not the case. It was near closing time so I called the next morning. The Manager answered and apologized about the missing items. He had already seen our items in the fridge that morning. Now I wasn't expecting anything huge, but all I was offered was an explanation that the evening catering isn't on point and often misses items and he refunded me the amount for the missing toppings, which of course wasn't a lot. I thought it was a joke at first. We were given an incomplete meal and they more than likely used the untouched toppings in the store that next day. So they didn't miss out on any business or revenue, but my friends and family had to eat a bland incomplete meal, because of their error and a common error at that. He told me he'd send a meal voucher or 2 in the mail, which partially made me feel like they were trying to make things right. This was a month ago and nothing has come. I am frustrated at the lack of true customer service and concern and the deception with the vouchers. I will no longer be using them in the future for any events. read more

I order along with a few of the other ladies in my office every week or two. They have yet to have our orders ready on time, even though we order in advance and leave the office a bit early. Today it was 13 minutes after 12, even though we ordered for noon. I had 2 separate people ask what I was waiting for. Walk in service never paused, even though there was more than 1 person waiting for pickups that were late. Something happened in the website and it cleared my order out completely to something that I would not touch. There were 3 of us that ordered today, one of the other ladies also had her order made incorrectly. Got my last $11 and change. It will not happen again. I will not be going back. read more

I was so disappointed to find when I moved here to see that Qdoba's competitor (shhhhhh...) did not have a restaurant here, so on the hunt for a Mexican grill I went and Qdoba is what I found. So similar with some minor differences. I usually always get the same thing so I can't speak to most of their food but my veggie bowl with fajitas is always consistently good but they do skimp on the fajitas quite a bit which is always a bummer and they somewhat frown on you asking for a few more...ok. Ironically enough, they're always out of fajitas as well, so I usually have to wait for my order. I've also found that their rice isn't quite as flavorful as the "other place". My daughter, on the other hand, loves her steak bowls and has not one complaint. As for customer service, they're usually always very sweet and the restaurant and drink/condiment area is always immaculate which is a plus! Unfortunate for Qdoba, thier competitor is finally coming to town!! Yay for me! read more

Pretty good burrito place. It's very similar to a Moe's or a Chipotle, but also has quite a few unique options that their competitors don't have like different sauces and unique types of burritos. I really like the Ancho Chile Burrito, but be warned that it has a strange zing to it that isn't at all like a normal burrito. The staff here has always been very friendly and the store is always very clean and has a very new look to it even though they have been open for years. One thing that I prefer about Moe's is that they give you free chips with your meal and I think that it's kind of ridiculous that you pay over 2 dollars for a handful of tortilla chips here. Also Qudoba is a bit limited for spice lovers. At least I haven't found anything here that tastes good while also being spicy. read more

This is my favorite fresh Mexican restaraunt!! The food is more reasonably priced than their competitors. You get more chips and they taste better. They aren't as greasy. The staff is always very friendly. The place is very clean. I also just read a review that said they didn't have anything spicy or hot. If you like spicy then try the haberno salsa or the queso Diablo dip. Both have a lot of heat and great flavor. The chicken is my favorite meat. I've tried chipotle a few times and every time I go I say a wont go back. Just not as good as qdoba and more expensive. Ate at Moes last week and threw half of it in the trash. As a frequent consumer of Chipotle, I found this restaurant to be a step above. I ordered the pick two, a burrito bowl and the nachos. I was very pleased with all of the options, and unlike at Chipotle, I found no traces of fat in my chicken. Overall great fresh food, made in a very efficient way. They also had a "fancy" coke machine with a variety of drink options. Would highly recommend! read more

I've been to Qdoba, Moe's and Chipotle's, and Qdoba has been the best burrito spot in general since we got to Evansville a couple of months ago. The service at this particular location is really good too and the staff will do anything asked with close attention to detail and a very friendly, contented demeanor. 4 stars in my book read more
