The picture didn't show whipped cream on the menu board, but it came with whipped cream so I asked him to take it back. It's Chick-Fil-A, you can't ever have a bad experience here. I've never heard a bad thing about them. The food is always A-1, the service is top notch and it's literally the best fast food you can get. I'm out of town for work and I didn't expect any different but geesh! They have a total of 30 curbside pick up spots, a VIP spot and spots for the interviewees! It's so organized and just a sight to see. I ordered a 30ct nugget and a milkshake. I would leave a zero review if I could. I placed an order that included a breakfast item but also included a non breakfast item. THe app told me that breakfast ended at 10:30 so I was cutting it short but I assumed (mistake on my part) that the 10:30 cut off for breakfast was for ORDERING. In the back of my mind I also thought that since the app knows how far away I am, it wouldn't allow me to order a breakfast item if I wasn't going o be able to pick it up by 10:30. Wrong again. The app let me place my order not indicating that there was any issue. I drove the 20 mins to the curbside pickup where the app proceeded to tell me that breakfast was over and my entire order was canceled. I can somewhat understand that the breakfast item was canceled but not the non breakfast item. Will not be going back. read more

Mobile ordering is a joke. Still had to go through the drive thru because curbside was not available. Sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Why offer order ahead if you still have to be face to face to a person in order to make sure your order is correct. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Great customer service and great food, which is standard for Chick-fil-A. Only complaint is that there almost needs to be a second location next door to handle the amount of traffic this location sees, especially at peak times. Always plenty of people working though, so it goes as quick as it can with the number of people. Great location right off the interstate and the Lloyd for those stopping through on longer trips. Has a nice little play area for the little ones, though our son is a bit too young for that just yet. If you're really in a hurry, use the CFA One app to help speed up the process. read more

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food and we don't have a ton of them in Washington state. The sandwiches are great and a nice change from burgers. The spicy chicken is my personal favorite. The employees are nice and well mannered and the restaurant was clean (including bathrooms). We frequented this restaurant a few times since my gramma was at the Heart Hospital up the road. I loved that Chick-Fil-A left cards for some free meals in the waiting room. My family and I appreciated a gesture that helped ease our food bill and get us some thing not far from gramma. read more

The only reason I give it a four star is because I went there for breakfast on my way to work while out of town and it took a while. 5 stars for fast food you ask? You better believe it. I have been here off and on when in the area for business. Not a regular by any means. Here's my experience. I'm staying at a hotel close by. I went out for my evening walk. About the time I got close to Chic-Fil-A my ice in my water bottle was gone and the water was getting warm. I walk into the restaurant, hot, sweaty, bandana on my head adn I'm greeted with a smile. I ask the cashier and a woman that appeared to be the manager if they could top my water bottle off with ice. They smiled and said no problem. After topping my bottle off with ice and some pleasant conversation they smiled and thank me. So, total cost $0. Total value, priceless. If you're in the area of Lloyd and Burkhardt do not go anyplace else for a quick good meal. read more

Big fan! I bet I eat here 5 or 6 times a month. This is the best fast-food chicken around. The milkshakes are great too. I think what I love most though is the Chick-Fil-A culture. This location (and really all of their locations I've been to) are exceptionally clean and the service is clearly friendlier than your average fast-food place. It's really difficult for me to consider giving a fast food joint more than three stars. It just is. And Chick-Fil-A, generally, no matter the location, is always very close to four. Even despite their particular politics, their chicken is simply that good. Always juicy, always tasty with that distinct lightly crispy, honey crust, it's hard to resist. Once in a blue moon, I simply get a craving, and while back in the day I could go to a mall and circle around a few times for several bite-size samples of Chick-FIl-A chicken, now I have to settle for the drive-thru. I love Chick-fil-A, but I just don't go here anymore. They are way too busy, and their parking lot is unsafe. Their drive-thru wraps around their building. Everytime I time I go to this place is packed to the brink. They need a larger location and a better drive-thru. If you decide to brave this busy location, make sure you don't park where your vehicle can be blocked in by the drive-thru. read more

Good food as always. The service at the location was great. The young lady standing out side the drive through opened the door for my family and I. They had a full crew operating the counters. Although there was lines at 1pm for the lunch rush, they moved quickly. They young lady taking the order, Alexis, was polite. There were two managers with dress shirts and ties managing the flow and employees behind the counter. When my food was complete one of the managers walked my food tray to our table. For Evansville fast food the restaurant is clean. With the exception of a little food and trash on the floor from, I am guessing, the 12pm lunch rush. I did not use the restrooms. In another review someone complained about parking, we did not have an issue with parking. We found a spot with ease and left just as easily. Great place if choosing fast food. read more
