I ordered thru the drive-through which only took about 30 seconds to order. Waited at the window for over five minutes to get a bagel that's sitting on a shelf! I'm thinking that Panera bread can be taken off my list as of places to visit. I'm truly disappointed!

How these fast food chain locations have handled COVID19 has implications for when there isn't a viral pandemic, in normal times you would just find out their lack of careful cleanliness with a case of gastrointestinal discomfort. I think if they've taken the time during this time to at least look like they are being clean and safe (gloves and masks, minimal contact) for drive through, maybe this will carry on into the future.
