My burger was lukewarm at best, cheese curds were only okay, and my frozen custard wasn't full and barely had any of the cookie dough or brownie pieces I asked for. Someone is always yelling while I'm there. Like, all the time. It's super loud and really disruptive. i just wanna enjoy a meal with my family. it was our first time there too. really disappointing. it wasn't just once he did it a variety of times throughout our stay. I have a dairy allergy. It always is a concern when I eat out anywhere. Last night, I ordered a mango lemon ice cooler, and my family ordered meals and custard. I made it clear many times to the woman in the drive thru that I have a dairy allergy and that it needed to be a cooler. We paid, and I told the woman again in the drive thru window that I have a dairy allergy to please make sure it's a cooler. When the runner brought it to our car, sure enough they made a smoothie instead of a cooler and added custard. I told the runner, I'm allergic to dairy and I cannot have the custard. She said she would make a new one. She went inside as we waited and brought another back out. It looked like it still possibly had custard in it. She told me that she made this one herself and it does not have custard. So we drove off with it. A few minutes down the road I tried it... one bite and knew it had custard. That one bite flared up my allergy. I had to take two Benadryl and have to have may have my epi pen on the ready. When you tell a restaurant that you have a allergy to a food, I really wish they took it seriously. I had a really bad night, next time their laziness and carelessness could kill me... or anyone with a food allergy. We will never ever go back to that location again. Next time they may kill someone. not handicapped friendly if in a wheeled chair! pushing my wife in a wheeled chair from parking main parking lot on west side of store. beware there is a 2 inch gap between pavement and sidewalk with side walk bring higher. it catches the front wheels and stops the chair suddenly. it would have thrown my wife to the ground if i did not grab her jacket. ask for the manager and i got a late teen or early 20s sumthing. i told the"manager" and he sid he would take care of it. no sorry. walkers and wheel chairs beware! read more

Brought a sourdough melt home today. The burger was literally no more than 1/8 inch thick (not even a solid 1/8 inch piece of meat), charred and crunchy! The bun was just greasy and very slightly toasted. They were busy so I'll forgive the less than toasted bread, but the burger - seriously? Also an $8 salad was missed with my drive thru order a few month ago. Called and they wouldn't credit my card. Still waiting for my free salad coupon in the mail. Please improve! She did a meticulous job AND she was so nice and friendly Everyone behind the counter was also nice (I'm sorry I didn't get name of my ordered; it was Tuesday around 2:30-3pm). What we have here is a failure to manage. Okay, I know it's 9 pm and you close in an hour. Is that a reason for the cashier to treat me like a bother because she has other stuff to do before they close? Don't you realize that if I don't come in at 9, you can close an hour earlier? But I don't think you make money when you're closed. And thank you for the gross fries that have obviously been under the heat lamp for a long time. So, if my burger is made to order and I have to wait for it, what makes you think I'm not willing to wait for fresh fries? But I particularly admire that you're non thinking drones. While you're moving chairs and wiping tables, the drink station has soda spilled all over it. Wouldn't that be the place to start looking for cleaning up? I and other customers weren't impressed. The garbage cans didn't really need emptying and the few tables didn't really need to be wiped BUT every customer sees the mess at the drink station. But you need to get the chairs straightened and garbage emptied so you can leave at 10. After all, it's about your system not about customers. Come on Culver's. You're better than this! If I want bad service, mediocre food and a messy restaurant, I can go to McDonald's. read more

Writing the review on ice cream and service only. Stopped in for a hot fudge sundae. They were somewhat busy. The cashier asked a new guy to make the sundae for her. She told him how. Simple enough. He prepared the sundae. I was "robbed"! It looked like the hot fudge dispenser "spit" hot fudge in the sundae. Where's the fudge? Due to the eagle eye of the cashier she caught it before he gave it to me. She made a new one with just the right amount of fudge. Bless you! You made my day. read more

Literally our entire drive through order was wrong. We ordered a double mushroom and Swiss burger basket, two concrete mixers, and a shrimp basket with cocktail sauce. What we got was a single Swiss burger (no mushroom), shrimp with tartar sauce, 6 boxes of ketchup, a single order of fries, and the absolute wrong toppings on one concrete mixer (the other concrete mixer was nowhere to be found). While staff were friendly when I went back in to get our orders fixed, the "fixed" orders were still inaccurate! We ended up spending 30 minutes getting a drive-through order sorted out -- not exactly why you choose the drive-through :) read more

I love Culver's usually and my favorite is the limited time pub burger which I think they need to put on the menu full time because I would frequent ALOT more, that being said, me and a friend went and got two burgers the other night double bacon cheeseburgers (cheddar) with the works! After we left we opened the boxes to find two burgers with cheddar but no bacon!!! No bacon on either of them and nothing else but cheddar cheese! I went because I knew what I was craving.. it's not the cheapest place to get a burger! At least mc Donald's would've given me what I asked for.. I think they need to start checking!!! Culvers has the best chicken strips EVER. They are so freaking perfect. Tonight I went through the drive thru- the usual "Please pull forward we will bring your food out to you." So I did just that. I LOVE Culvers! The burgers are always delicious, the fries are good, rootbeer is the BEST, and the concrete mixers are the best.

Had one of the salads for lunch. OK but I've had better. Will stick to the custard and skip the greens in the future.
