I've ordered from here twice this week-both times delivery via UberEats. The first time, my impossible burrito bowl had no impossible "meat" in it. So I paid an extra $2.50 for a veggie based burrito bowl. Totally not okay! Decided to give them another chance. My mistake!! Ordered an impossible burrito bowl (this was correct this time) with an order of chips & queso. NO queso in the bag with the chips (see photo). Like seriously?! I love Qdoba, but I cannot recommend the location in Columbus, Indiana. Service is lack luster, compared to other locations they skimp on serving sizes. Today I ordered a protein bowl, asked for everything except the beans on it and asked to add shredded cheese and cilantro... was told that if I added shredded cheese and cilantro they would have to charge me the bowl's original price plus the extra protein cost. I declined and stayed with the original bowl. Then when I went to check out, they were going to charge me extra for the double chicken. It wasn't a kind of insulting that according to all signage all toppings are included in the price.... And every other Qudoba location adds toppings to protein bowls without question with no up charge. I have tried to give the Columbus location several tries, but think this is my last time. Poor customer service, skimpy portions, over charging for items that are marketed as included. read more

Tried Qdoba for the first time tonight. It was superb! They helped me figure out what to get since I didn't know what my options were. So many options! It's amazing! I made a taco salad with rice, beans, ground beef, guac, queso, sour cream, etc. Too many too name! Price is decent. Was $16 for my husband and I. It was so good, their Guac is fantastic! And my taco salad concoction was eaten up in no time :) very clean dining space and everyone is very friendly! Wonderful ambiance! You need to stop by if you are in love with Mexican food as much as I am!!! & I personally eat Mexican food once a week :) 5 stars!!! read more

Qdoba was starting to be my go-to place for a good burrito. I have mixed feelings about this place. I do like how clean it's kept and I like how fresh the food is. I was so disgusted with Chipotle that I stopped going there and came here. I am, however, mixed on my feelings with Qdoba. For one, the flavors were good, BUT the rice was very undercooked!! It totally killed the burrito, and it made me sick after eating that undercooked rice. I loved the buffalo bacon queso and hope you don't get rid of it, but please make sure that your rice is FULLY cooked!! While I was eating my burrito, I kept crunching on something. When I reached in my mouth to look at what it was, it was the rice. I was taking bits of the rice and trying it just by itself and that's definitely what it was. People can get sick from eating uncooked pasta and that's what happened to be. I had horrible stomach pain after eating it. I would have given Qdoba about 4 stars and maybe 5, but paying 10 bucks for a burrito that wasn't even edible was an appetite killer. Please be consistent about the quality of your food if you want this place to continue to be successful! read more

Bad experience with this place. I ordered a burrito bowl and what I got was a folded up, shoved in a bowl flour tortilla with very little filling. Do they not know that a bowl is without the tortilla? Also ordered chips and queso but got no chips. I have been coming to this location for years. The food is always so good! Staff and management are always a pleasure to see and deal with. I visit here atleast 1-2 times a day. My only concern is that the glass partition for the food is very ineffective. The customers still ignore" do not reach over the glass" sign and get their hands extremely close to the food others will be eating. Huge health concerns still during this current pandemic. Corporate should absolutely have already come to address this and place a bigger ,better designed partition to keep customers away from the food. read more

This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. Lazy staff if they are even there. We have been there multiple time when the place is empty yet all the tables are dirty and the trays are stacked high by the trash. Waiting patiently by the counter for 5 minutes and still no one comes out from the back to wait on us. We left and went down the road to the better option in town where it's clean and everyone is happy to serve us. read more

We got a large carry out order from this location on Sunday and they neglected to give us the tortillas, as well as the chips. We called and were told we would receive a call back on Monday which didn't happen. Very disappointed, and very difficult to have tacos without the tortillas. read more

Bowl has been filled in miserly to about 3/4th of its capacity. I could see the man was nervously filling in the bare minimum of each item. Not worth the $9 I paid for it. Visited here today. Very unimpressed by the lazy employees and the crappy food. I frequent many Qdoba locations and this one was very unsatisfactory today. The tables were dirty, the utensil area was dirt and lacked supplies, and worst of all the food was disgusting. I got my food to go and I'm sorry that I did since I live over 15 miles away. Generally I enjoy coming here. The service is usually fast, the food has always been good, and that's made dealing with the usually rude staff worth it. However, it is currently 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon. I work on an ambulance and haven't stopped all day. I finally have been able to make my way to Qdoba, which I've been looking forward to for hours now (this is my lunch). I have order requests to take back to the nurses as well. As I arrived, standing in the back door are several employees smoking cigarettes. I approach the front door to find it locked. People are inside eating, and one of them comes and lets us in. My partner and I figured the door accidentally locked, no biggie. We go to the counter and there is warm food prepared. After standing there for several minutes, one of the employees comes up from the back and says "um, we are closed because of management, we had the doors locked! Sorry!" And he turns around and walks off. I've dealt with rude service here before, but hopefully this will help upper management know what's going on here. This is no way to run a business, and I won't be back. If anyone from Moe's Southwest Grill is reading this, you could make a lot of money here in Columbus IN near this QDOBA. With just a little customer service, you'd be chosen by anyone 100% of the time over this poorly run Qdoba, at least that's what I think. read more

I am highly disappointed with this store. I work on an ambulance and stopped here to eat. We were met with locked doors. A customer who was inside eating let us in. No signs on the door or anything stating that they were closed. My partner and i stood inside for 5 mins before any "worker" came to the front stating they were closed. When we pulled in 2 employees were standing directly at the back door smoking. Again no signs were on the door. While waiting for service, a gentleman came around from back stating that they were closed because of no management and that the doors were all locked. There were still customers Inside at this time as well. All of the food was also still sitting up on the bar. Again no signs or clarification that the store had been closed. We then proceeded out to our truck and noticed one of the employees carrying around a bag and food as if she had just made it. read more

I've been Qdoba-ing since I could remember, from high school, to post-beer-pong losses, to the big city life. I'm a bit of a Qdoba connoisseur.... but let's be realistic: so is most of my generation. Food was good, but the place was a mess. No hard shells, trash everywhere and the chairs were still on the tables at 12:15.

About a year ago the Manager failed to properly train employees how to fill out a free entree card when we bought a $30 gift card. When I went to use the the card the manager unprofessionally denied the card because the employee didn't fill it out correctly and accused me of fraud in front of the other customers. I decided not to return until three days ago and it gave me food poisoning. This is the first food review I've ever done. I just want to warn you of this poorly led business, their lack of knowledge of proper food handing, and poor employee training. read more
