I saw families of four getting their food equally fast. The staff here is really efficient. I give her 5 stars. 3 for the food mainly due to temperature, so overall I rate them as a 4. Suggestion for management is to have the carhops carry change and condiments (if only ketchup) with them so Customers don't have to wait the extra minute or so for them to return to the car.
