Good location. Rarely have mistakes on our orders. Owner doesn't give as many deals as others

One star because I just watched an employee at this facility use the urinal and went directly from the urinal past me at the sink and walk directly into the kitchen. There's no excuse. read more

This location has amazing customer service and food! We go here quite often and are always satisfied with the quality and taste. Additionally all the representatives are incredibly friendly and polite. You can tell they take customer service seriously and I really appreciate that. My only complaint is that sometimes the fries aren't hot enough. But this is still my fast food restaurant of choice in Columbus. read more

If you are new to chick-fil-a, it's a fried chicken restaurant where you can have mainly sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets. I personally have always had a good experience here. The staff is kind and are constantly moving to service customers, and the place is clean. If first time trying, get the chick-fil-a sauce! read more

Only giving three stars because I had a not so great experience. I ordered what I would consider a somewhat complicated order but have ordered many times with no issues . Gluten free grilled chicken sandwich meal . The guy who took my order was nice . No issues with that . I got a BREADED chicken sandwich meal . No gluten free anything . I blame the kitchen , they need to learn how to read. It'll be awhile before I come back . read more

We had dinner at Chick-fil-A and were helped by a sweet young woman named Ragan who took our order. When our food was brought to the table, we noticed that one chicken sandwich was missing, even though the receipt showed we had paid for it. We let one of the employees know, but with the rush of a sports team arriving, the sandwich was accidentally overlooked. When we went back to the counter and spoke with Ragan again, she immediately took care of the issue...even though it wasn't her fault. She was so kind and apologetic, and not only brought us the missing sandwich promptly but also added a brownie and a cookie to our bag, along with a card for a free chicken sandwich in the future. Ragan treated us with genuine kindness. She's the kind of employee every business should be proud to have! My parents and I were so impressed that we made sure to let the manager know what a wonderful job she did too. Thank you Ragan, we hope to see you again! :) read more

I took some clients in for lunch today and the place was hopping! Everyone on team who I spoke to was super helpful, courteous and happy. It's nice to be somewhere where service means something. The food was delicious as always. I've never had a bad meal here. And as busy as it was at lunch, we found a table right away, didn't wait long to order or have our food delivered, and be waited on by multiple staff throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! read more

Twice in two weeks they forgot to put half of my order in the bag after taking 10 minutes of standing at the mobile order pickup. Got two sets of fries and one entree and it said on the bag both times exactly what should have been in there. read more

Don't go inside, this location is drive-thru focused. Indoor customers are not the priority.

I have had good cookies in the past but Every time I order a cookie lately it's been stale!

So I try to post nice reviews-especially when the restaurant is typically fantastic. But today, Chick-Fil-A in Columbus just sucked. I ordered 2 Large caffeine free Diet Cokes with no ice. Ordered at 11:37, parked in the spot and waited. And waited. And waited. Watching cars just park and get their order ASAP. Now, I didn't order food, but seriously-it's two drinks. Not difficult to do. Especially when I saw the people bringing multiple food orders out at a time. I waited 20 minutes. Then called. She told me they'd be right out. So some kid brought my drinks out with 2 other orders, but only after I called them. Not happy with the service I received today Typically chick-fil-a has the best service, but today they really dropped the ball read more

Can never go wrong with Chick fil A, whether you're dining inside or going thru the drive thru, staff is always very friendly, service is very quick, the food is always good no matter you order, and it's always a great atmosphere to be in! read more

Forst time dining in at the chick-fil-A at the columbus location. Had the chicken spicy deluxe and frozen coffee. Frozen coffee is new addition to the menu and a must try for all the coffee lovers. I have always been a big fan of how chick-fil-As are operated. They have only improved post covid. There is a lot of parking space outside the store. read more

Wonderful service, wonderfully predictable food, wonderful location! Only complaints as with any Chick-fil-A... lines get long at peak & they aren't open Sundays! Pro-Tip: If you're bored with the usual menu items, the soup is pretty good! read more

Terrible customer service. Wrong food order twice. Zero quality control. Pick a different location, it's not their pleasure here.

Guy named Thomas in drive thru was very rude and smelled bad too. He didn't even say my pleasure. However the second time I went through a guy named joey was very kind and gave me everything I needed give this man a raise. read more

Friendly, family oriented environment. Very busy restaurant, but extremely organized and moves quickly. Always a favorite

Chick Fil A in Columbus was my food spot of choice for lunch today. I ordered from their app and pulled into Curb Side Delivery spot #23. They brought me piping hot lunch, and greeted me by name! Smooth, easy, delicious! I've never had a bad experience here. I order food every time I'm in Columbus. I highly recommend!!! read more

I love this place! It's clean and the service is excellent. I've had great experiences both inside and by drive thru. I usually order the Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch. I love their waffle fries, chicken wraps and mac n cheese as well. I've even had them cater to work and everyone is always pleased with the food. They have really good lemonade and their cookies are quite good. It's a must! read more

Nope. No need for anything other than chicken, ya'll can keep all the rest and now the chicken too. Not returning, ever.

Place has great food and might have to wait a bit but worth it. Pretty clean. Better to do curbside in my opinion.

Like most Chick Fil A the place was packed. I ordered the number 2 Spivey chicken with the fixens, added a fry, Coke Zero to drink. This is a Military friendly location loaded with family friendly people. They even went table to table asking if we needed refill or anything else. read more

Came here today hoping to eat inside but after seeing the crowds I realized it wasn't going to happen. However, they have a great system going. Arrival: I parked in a curbside spot with numbers. There are signs for food delivery company pickup, curbside delivery and drive thru waiting so it's important to park in the right one. Order: The app is pretty user friendly. Order, pay and enter your parking space sign number. I even entered my cars make and color. Wait: I waited a little over 5 minutes and someone brought the food out. Everything was correct. Although you may not be able to eat in due to reduced seating capacity, the parking lot can be busy and other customers need the curbside spaces so it's best to drive somewhere less crowded and eat as to ease congestion in the parking lot. read more

They forgot my ketchup. No one should go without a dipping sauce. That is sooo unprofessional.

Outstanding customer service - always pleasant and they keep the lines moving like a well oiled machine

I usually stop here a couple times a month. The employee's were helpful and friendly as always and we had our order within 5 minutes at most. My only complaint with today's visit is that the items my mother and I ordered was warm at best. Yes this is fast food but it should always be hot. Regardless of time of day you visit. read more

Chick-fil-A Columbus catered our work outing this past weekend- it was phenomenal! The great service continues outside of the 'four walls'. Highly recommend for any catering needs! read more

Best thing on the menu is the lemon aid. The original chicken sandwich is the only thing I get there. Still it's way way over priced.

Went during grand opening, man super packed & super busy! But the crew did a great job! Can't wait to go again! Also kids eat free on Tuesdays & they are closed on Sundays. A little expensive, but definitely worth it. You can taste the good quality. If you go during lunch time, be prepared to wait awhile. One of the local high schools are close by & it seems to be a fav of the teenages hang spot for lunch as well. They have an indoor playground for the little ones & keep them pretty clean. I am so glad we finally got one open in Columbus! read more

This place never fails to amaze me! Their new Mac & Cheese is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

I only come here for breakfast due to the overwhelming number of people who eat here for lunch and dinner. Last 2 times I have come for breakfast I have had to wait 15+ minutes. First time was in the drive through and I drove right up to the speaker to order. This morning when I walked in to order breakfast I was led up right to the register. 20 mins later I got my food. By then the lobby was jammed packed. They ran out of biscuits and had to wait for more to bake. This place is obviously run by idiots. Food is decent but not worth the wait. This will be my last time at the Columbus Indiana Chic Fila. read more

This is a great Chick-fil-a. Service and food are consistently better than most fast food places in Columbus. When I'm in a hurry, I'm a big fan of the online ordering app. It's easy to use, saves my previous orders, and gets me awesome rewards (i.e. free food). read more

Typically really pleased with the drive-through experience at our local Chick-fil-A... tonight? Not so much. Instead of the 12-pc. nugget meal I ordered, I got a 4-pc. strip meal. I've never had an order messed up here before, to their credit, but I was disappointed to get home and not have as much food as I expected/ordered (I had intended to share the nugget meal with my kids). read more

My initial review was crass and just down right rude. It being a new store, they were bound to have issues at first. Having gone back a few more times I must say, they've made great improvements.
