The property was clean, modern and comfortable. We found out they are connected to Texas Roadhouse ownership, though the burgers are nothing like a Texas Roadhouse; good in its own way. Overall the food was pretty good. Service was fast in 22 and the prices are very comparable to most restaurants it has a casual ambience. I got a chicken sandwich with a side of she string french fries to go. The sandwich had a decent size piece of chicken. I could've use a little bit of extra sauce for my taste. 1st time to a Jaggers; have been wanting to try; so close to it on trip home; we stopped. Ordering was easy; ordered green chile burger combo meal. Service was fairly quick; a little wait with no cars in front or behind. Asked for an ice cream, didn't have, so added a vanilla shake while waiting for meal. Staff were really nice and courteous. Had a coupon for a free upgrade from a single entree to a combo and got a chicken salad with berries. It was better than I would have guessed. The burgers here are also pretty fantastic, especially for "fast" food. I highly recommend the steamed and salted edamame as a side. It's so delicious. I love that they have Coke Zero instead of just Diet Coke. We will be back! Staff checked on us while we waited. You don't get that at most burger chains! read more

The chicken is tender and juicy overall. We tried a little of everything. We try to eat a little healthy. The tenders were okay but the grilled chicken stood on its own. The salad was good and a great option for a fast food meal that's not bad for you. The fried tenders weren't worth it to me. The fries were very thin and crispy. Those were a good option. I saw a lady dipping her fries in a milkshake, is that the new thing? Maybe I'll have to try it. The restaurant was clean and the tables were getting cleaned as people left. When we got here the line was to the door, not surprising for 3:30 on a Saturday. The line moves very fast and we got our food quick. The salad deserved one star, the chicken was salty, nothing about it was good BUT we ordered a salad at a fast food place... if we got two burgers probably would have got 4 stars. While the service is quick there is not a lot of indoor seating especially for a busy Saturday afternoon. read more

I got the BBQ Cheddar Burger meal and added a side of Mac & Cheese. I enjoy their French fries as they are seasoned nicely and pretty crunchy (in a good way). I wouldn't necessarily recommend the burger I got (it needs like onion straws or slivers) but I have had plenty of great burgers and chicken sandwiches from this place. The Mac & Cheese was decent, not spectacular or anything. I think they should use a different noodle, but it's not bad. The restaurant is nice inside, but I have went before and couldn't get a seat because there weren't enough seats compared to the amount of people during lunchtime. The service is fast. read more

I happened to be in Columbus for my sons competition that lasted until 6 pm. So to celebrate the victory and I was also extremely hungry I decided to hit Jagers on my way out of town for a great to go dinner. I pulled up and quickly glanced at the drive trough menu and went with the burger with bacon and avocado on it with a large diet coke and large fries. I didn't have a very long wait with two cars in front of me and my food was ready when I pulled up. Everything was correct and my burger was one of the best tasting drive trough burgers. Bun fresh and tasted great. Good beef flavor that was moist excellent real cooked bacon too. Fries tasted fresh and were well seasoned. Hard to mess up a diet coke but I have had many that tasted off and this wasn't one of them. Easy to eat on the run and I must have finished it all halfway back to Indy. Hope they bring more of these to Hendricks county somewhere soon. read more

Holy moly! Since this was my first time at a Jaggers, I hope today's experience was not standard practice and they were just having a really bad day... I pulled up to the drive thru which looks like it has active speakers, but a friendly young lady came out and took my order and payment. I then proceeded to sit there for 20 MINUTES in line! Not even over-exaggerating, folks. There were about 12 cars in front of me, one left behind me, and an employee came outside to deliver one random car's order that was in the middle of the line leaving numerous cars in front of her without their food even though they were there first. No one came out to tell us what was wrong. When I got up to the window, no one mentioned them having any problems or apologized for the wait. The next time that happens, comp a drink, offer a coupon for free fries during the next visit, or at least tell me I look pretty today. Goodness! And the big pain about it was that they took my order and payment almost as soon as I got there so I couldn't just leave the drive thru. I don't really care how good someone's food is, a lengthy wait like that tends to ruin a dining experience and if you're strapped for time on your lunch break, you probably wouldn't have a chance to even enjoy your order as you would have to scarf it down to avoid being late back to work. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of food and the service. This location has only been open for 2 or 3 months so I waited until now to try them out I had their signature Crazy Good Cheeseburger and fries and my wife had the Bleu Burger Salad. Both were excellent. We were there at a peak time, 12 noon, The drive thru was full of vehicles the whole time we were there and the dining room was completely full except for two booths. In spite of that we received our food in less than 10 minutes from ordering. Plus they bring your order to your table. I highly recommend. A cut above the other Burger chains. read more

We were traveling through Columbus so thought we'd try something new. I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger. It was the best burger I've had in a long time... possibly ever. My husband ordered the crispy chicken deluxe. He was equally impressed. We used the drive through. Service was super quick, but my sandwich tasted nothing like fast food. It was completely delicious. I went drive thru at noon without any delays or problems. I had the green chili burger with edamame and a strawberry shake. The edamame had a slightly salty spice (I assume something like Tony's or Slap Your Mama). It was really good though. The green chili burger was really good too. It had a full green chili with what seemed like a white queso sauce along with the garlic aioli. The bun was nice and fluffy. I'm not a big meat eater, so two patties was too much, but that's me not most people. The patties were meh- seemed like regular patties, nothing special. The strawberry shake had good flavor and was frozen (I've had some that weren't frozen enough). I gave it a 5 because overall, it is much better than most burger places (and cost was pretty reasonable). read more

me and my mom went to jaggers at about 12:15, so it was pretty busy. the service was amazing. the girl who took our order was super nice and helped my mom decide what to get. even though it was super busy, our food was out in less than five minutes. the food was so good as well. my mom got a sunrise burger; it was huge and she loved it. i got a crispy chicken; the breading was perfectly crispy and well seasoned. the fries were also amazing. i would happily recommend and will come back! read more
