When Qdoba first opened I went in several times and each time I was disappointed. My big caveat was the itsy bitsy spoons they used to portion out the ingredients along the line. And asking for just a touch more got you a stink eye from the line preparers. I just went in on Monday as I got a coupon in the mail. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food I got. Gone were the glares when I asked for a touch more. Only thing I can recommend it that the line staff speak up so they can be heard. My chicken burrito was delicious. The chicken juicy and flavorful. And it's nice they don't charge extra for the guacamole. One thing was needed. The tables really needed to be bused and cleaned. Despite there were maybe 6 people in there debris was left on several tables and the garbage can desperately needed emptying. As for the beverage areas wipe down was in order! And please take 5 minutes removing the pits from the lemons. No one wants to suck down and choke on pits. Keep up the good work with a little more tweaking here and there this place will garner better ratings and more patrons! read more

The pricing seems arbitrary depending on who is working. I haven't paid the same price for my order (which has remained the same) in over 6 months. You want queso on your bowl? Some days it's free, other days it's $3 extra. The appeal of Qdoba was that you could build a bowl without getting nickel and dimed to death, but with the wild inconsistency and rudeness of the staff, I'll be going to Chipotle from now on. So I stopped by this Q'doba after leaving Hobby Lobby. I was disappointed to say the least. I usually go to the Q'doba in Short Pump or by Chesterfield Towne Center but I decided to give this one a try. The staff was extremely nice but the portion was extremely low. The chicken seemed really rubbery to me, almost as if it was not cooked all the way through. I also thought it tastes very salty(the chicken and the steak). It was mostly guacamole that was in my bowl. I didn't complain because the guy was nice. Though, I didn't get every single ingredient, I have been to Q'doba numerous(more than I should lol) times to understand the proper portion. Hopefully this was just a bad night I went. read more

After swearing I would never go back to this location because of the portions of protein and the cost, my daughter convinced me to go. I was shocked by the portion of steak I got on my tacos. They loaded them up! There wasn't much room left for toppings. I'm not complaining, that is how I like my steak tacos! I have always thought the staff at this QDOBA is friendly. There have been times in my past visits that I thought the dining area was in need of a cleaning, but not on this visit. The dining area was spotless! I was actually impressed on this visit. First let me say that I had never been to this chain before. I usually go to Chipolte. This place is new and I wanted to show my support so I took my family there for dinner. The burrito I ordered was WAY over full of rice and beans. Upon the first bite, the bottom exploded and everything came out. I tried to fix it but it was just a mess. So I went to the counter, had to get the manager...forgot his name.. Young male.... He told me that he could remake it BUT I must go to the back of the line....about 10 people deep. I couldn't believe it. I waited in line again for about 5 minutes then gave up.... Telling myself... jUST GO BACK TO CHIPOLTE. They at least have amazing customer service. When I came in she looked at me, walked straight to a box of chips and literally started to just break them apart?? Then when she decided she was ready to help me she mumbled a greeting. They have alot of queso and sauces, but thats what they use to 'fill' your plate. Both times, after I ate the actual food, i was left with soup! I got a burrito and the total was 12.00!!!!! absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line if you say you close at 9, then you should have something edible at 8:30. What is the point of advertising closing at 9 when this location has no food prior to 9? I work in the food industry and I completely understand running out of items, but to not have ANYTHING prior to your closing time is ridiculous. On top of not having food to sell, the young man did not even greet me. I walked into the store and the first thing that came out of his mouth was "we don't have cheese, chicken, chips, etc...". No hey how are you or even offering alternatives. It got very crowded at once. 2 people up front working as fast as they could while rude manager was in the back slamming things walking around with a face on. Similar in style and taste as "Chipolte" and about the same cost for items. Though I did pick up online order the staff that greeted me were very polite and professional and the place looked "trendy" for the kids on their cellular devices with the latte coffee and their laptops. I honestly really like Qdoba, however THIS location is the worst! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm over that. The workers are rude and play behind the counter way too much. The trash has been running all 3 times I have been there and it was hard to find a clean table. The workers have used their gloves to make my food and take money two out of 3 visits. Today was my third visit and I'm honestly a little surprised at the extremely low rating. With each visit the service has been friendly, and the restaurant has been clean. Admittedly, the first time I went my burrito did not leave me extremely full. When I mentioned it my second visit, the girl behind the counter suggested I get a bowl instead. Same price but a lot more of the stuffing. I've ended up bringing home leftovers each time. When I visited today I had my dog with me, which they let me bring onto the patio. As soon as I started eating an employee came out asking if I would like water for my dog, which I thought was very nice. There are some things that Chipotle does better, but there are also some things that Qdoba does better. It's all about personal preference. read more

Big disappointment!! Was so excited to have a Qdoba opening nearby and couldn't wait to go. I still love Qdoba, but NOT this location! Ordered a large chicken quesadilla and after server put a tiny scoop (literally about 10 small pieces of chicken) on the tortilla, I asked for more meat. She stated she could only put on 1 scoop and if I wanted more, it was an additional $2.00 for extra meat. For reference, the "regular" quesadilla is $7.80. I asked for the manager who eventually came out and agreed to put on some more chicken at no additional charge. Small portions were the norm for the rest of our order (chicken burrito and bowl)......very small amounts of rice, beans, and especially meat. I can't overemphasize how paltry the portions were.....I've visited other Qdoba locations and similar restaurants (Chipotle, Moe's) and I was genuinely stunned here. They were more generous with the less expensive toppings....queso, sour cream, and salsa. Also stunned that this location, which only opened last week, is more concerned with cost cutting and reducing portion sizes than building customer satisfaction at a new location. Not planning to return....I will drive the extra 2 miles to Chipotle. read more

My fiancé and i have come to QDOBA multiple times and something always ends up going wrong. We barely even get a good portion, they charged us for our chips when originally it comes with them, and not to mention we found a hair in the food. kinda like an ARMY mess hall ... rude workers that move at frenzied speed and are ready to SLAP YOUR HAND for reaching over the glass to point to what your trying to convey with words ... either LABEL the items or COLOR-CODE the items so you can say " let me try that Queso with the Blue Label " or "let me try that Bacon-Queso in the middle rack" ...
