This is one of my favorite lunch places to go when it's cold or rainy out. I order the Mexican gumbo, which is something of a misnomer because it's nothing like gumbo. They take their tortilla soup and ladle it over beans and rice. I find their tortilla soup much too spicy, so the beans and rice tame it down. You can add meat or veg, but I like it with just a spoonful of salsa. It's warm, filling and good for you. I also like their "naked" salads (no tortilla shell). The burritos are huge (almost to the point of being gross). Chips have a hint of lime and are NOT too salty and in fact, I would ask for extra salt if I could. Maybe the problem is that the salt is unevenly distributed? Chipotle is comparable in flavors but it goes through you faster, if you get my drift. There isn't often a line at Qdoba, but if so, it moves fast. If you go frequently, ask about the Qdoba card that gives you points for your purchases that can be used for future purchases. I don't know if they are still doing it but Tuesdays used to be double points, hence the line. read more

Initially, I didn't hear good things about this place, but was very happily surprised when I tried them out! The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and they prepped the food 100% the way that I asked and were very helpful with any questions I may have had. The location is nicely kept, clean, open, and comfortable; and giving you the feeling that you belong - not designed in a way for heavy customer turnover. read more

I haven't been able to get here for a little while, and am not sure whether the restaurant has changed gands. My visit today was just bad. Two young ladies that seemed as though they don't want to be here. They didn't listen to the order when it was given, asked questions that had already been answered, and practically slapped the food onto the plate and slid it across thw counter. This is one of my favorute places but I will think twice before coming in again if this is the new standard. The girls were very unpleasant. My favorite place to go when my wife and I have to make a trip to NJ. Great taco bowls and even the queso of the month we tried....the queso Diablo, was fresh and had a bold kick. Definitely worth the trip. When we want Qdoba we go here, despite the fact that there is gas and tolls involved. Just that the Qdobas in Philly are horrible. This one is definitely my regular go to place and the refried beans and guac are amazing and always fresh. They even are helpful with double wrapping burritos when my wife and I get overzealous and overdo it on toppings. Comes with family. Foods are same like Chipotle but less taste and more expensive. Sitting area is nice and clean but employees are not friendly. Meals portion are smaller then Chipotle. After we finished our meal, my kids still hungry and they want to eat somewhere else. read more

Stopped by this eatery to grab a quick lunch. They are vegetarian friendly, which keeps me coming back. On this trip, I opted for the veggie nachos. I haven't been here for over a year but something was definitely more appealing this time. Normally, they fill your bowl with chips and put whatever toppings you request, I'm top. This is ok, but if you don't plan on eating your entire meal in one sitting, reheating them tends to destroy the meal. I was very impressed to find out, they now fill your bowl with your desired toppings and your chips are on the side, in a different bag. This works perfectly, so you can enjoy the meal several times without having soggy chips. I don't stop by often but when I do, they never disappoint. read more

Having Qdoba cater my wedding yesterday was the best decision I've ever made. We had placed an order with the company, which designated the Voorhees store to accommodate our catering order. Less than a week before the wedding, that location closed, and our order was switched to Cherry Hill. I was a little worried about this snag, but Cherry Hill hooked us up! The delivery was exactly on time, and the delivery person immediately got to work setting everything up. It looked beautiful, stayed warm all night, and everything was provided, including utensils. Mexican for a wedding was a HUGE hit. We got a burrito bar for dinner, as well as a salsa bar for happy hour. There was MORE than enough food for everyone. I had read reviews about the many different Mexican chains, and as far as catering is concerned, Qdoba had the best. I now see why, and I am SO GLAD we decided to use them for our special day. Just not a fan. I felt like the ingredients weren't fresh and it is lacking variety. The meats all looked dried out and like they've been sitting for hours. I had a burrito, which I couldn't finish because I just didn't like it. The flavors were off. It's quite pricey for what you get. The queso was good though! I love qdoba but this franchise changed their queso and management. I was rushed during the line and the staff that was serving me was not friendly. I tried to order on the phone so I can just pick up the food when I get there, but the lady said I could not do that and had to come in the store. That was a first. Don't laugh because I'm reviewing a Mexican fast food joint. When you're hungry and tired and poor, this is what you eat. So I order a chicken burrito with black beans, some kind of flavored cilantro-rice (supposedly), cheese, sour cream, salsa verde and grilled chicken. A side of chips with guacamole and an iced tea to round it out. Sounds like there should be some flavor action going on right? Wrong. It was like eating nondescript bulk filler. The only thing that tasted good was the guacamole. Thank God for that. Oh and the tortilla my burrito was wrapped with was sticky and rubbery and reminiscent of Chinese spring roll wrappers. Not what you want when you order Mexican. It was so bad that it stuck to my teeth with every bite. I was scrapping it off with my plastic fork in between chews. The girl who was taking our orders acted annoyed and had absolutely no patience or time to answer any questions even though we told her it was the first time we'd eaten there. This Qdoba is at a strip mall at one of the major intersections in Cherry Hill. Parking seemed more than adequate on the night when I was there. I thought service was quite good and the staff seemed in good spirits once I started talking to them. However, I could not shake the impression that I wasn't getting terribly good value for money because portion sizes didn't justify the prices and the food itself was merely average. read more

Simple veggie bowl, brown rice which had some hard and crunchy grains which I think we're scraped up from the bottom of the pan, but all else was fine. Grilled veggies I chose over the gauc this time. I normally get gauc whenever I can. I had all the veggie fixins, and sour cream and cheese on top. I ate what I could and was stuffed when done. I like the food here. Problem is the service is terrible. This isn't just a one off thing either but this has happened to me repeatedly at this store. Don't waste you're time with the curbside delivery. This is by far the worst curbside service I have ever experienced. You'll call and get attitude. Last time I went (and it will be the last time) I told them I was there and ready to pick up my food I was told in a nasty tone, "We're still making it." Ok, so I wait another 15 minutes and still no one brings it out. Finally I go in and it is sitting on the take out rack getting cold. I brought it home and they put stuff on it that I didn't request. The problem I see at this particular store is that there is no adult supervision. Most of the employees there look and act like they are still in high school, which is fine but you need at least one grown up to be in charge. Go to Chipotle or Taco Bell instead. Have been here twice now. Have to admit and agree this is fast food that does not move fast and they don't always get things right or pay attention too well. However it sure beats the fast feeders I grew up with- Mickey D's etc. Some interesting options not enough on the vegetarian side in my opinion, but minor flares to old classics and I have yet to be able to completely explore the menu, that many things look good. The chips are WAY to SALTY and cost extra which I am NOT a fan of, but I like the fact that their habanero fiery salsa tries to be fiery and the many entree choices....which is why this is fast becoming my first choice when it comes to fast food. read more

I normally go to chipotle but for some reason I never googled them and found myself ordering this place. I live in Florida but working in the Jersey area. I have to say there guacamole is so good and chips remained fresh even the following day and that would never ever happen with chipotle ever. I have only gone here sparingly since COVID, but my experiences have been solid. Got a steak quesadilla and chips and queso on my last trip and didn't have the experience of old/cold food others have complained about. Prices are a little high, but not awful. I ordered a steak bowl but after I opened it up when I got home, more than half of the toppings are missing!!! All there is in my bowl are rice, steak, beans, and the quest. I forgot 2 post but if u luv Mexican def u must try this place. It's been a couple weeks ago but they have a nice menu . I luv the fact that it's bright and the booths are roomy and the tortillas and burritos are yummy. They can put them in a bowl if u like. I tried the beef and cheese and chicken . I could not finish. They have free refills which is always a plus. I luv the new machines where u have a zillion options of drinks and ice . We used to enjoy eating here on a weekly basis (usually take out as we live right down the street), but we officially gave it up after tonight. Portions have been cut nearly in half and there was not even enough guac (or chicken) to justify an extra charge for it. Not to mention it was ice cold and we live two minutes away tops. Either they don't like to fulfill online orders or the server was completely racist towards Asian. Told me they were backed up and it ll be a 20 minute wait with a grumpy attitude and I didn't complain. I had half mind to cancel my order and walk out at which time he throws the bag at my face. I remind him I ordered sour cream on side, the server turns grumpy again and crumbles my sour cream cup before throwing it to my face again.
