It was flavorful without being too spicy, so the taste of the carnitas could shine through. Then there were the salsas. The green one had the perfect kick, and the red one was one of those sauces you end up putting on everything because it's that good. I've eaten Mexican food all over, and I even lived in Spanish Harlem in NYC where there are incredible Mexican spots. I can honestly say this was the best Mexican food I've ever had.
