We even went back in after an hour, only to be told our food still wasn't ready, but were offered a tiny spoon of water ice as if that somehow made up for it. Then, after waiting even longer, we were finally told they were out of beef bacon, the main ingredient in both of our sandwiches, and asked if we wanted a substitute. At that point, absolutely not. We canceled the order. To make matters worse, instead of issuing a proper refund, we were told to "monitor our bank account" and come back if the charge doesn't fall off. That's unacceptable.
