Great portions on the burrito. I was very pleased with Qdoba today. Thank you Qdoba. I

" Neat TD Garden Location " QDOBA The parking , at this location is difficult. They have a parking garage but it's a bit pricey . The staff at this location is super friendly. Indoor seating only but the y open the windows doors ( as in the picture below ). And it feels like you're outside if you sit near the window doors . The staff is super friendly. The food is good for the quality ,freshness , and portion size . I got a chicken burrito bowl it was really good . read more

Had a party coming up and was stressed about feeding 10-12 people, but then I remembered that Qdoba does a really decent job at catering. And on top of that, one of guests has Celiacs so everything had to be gluten free. Qdoba really deliciously delivered, and they made sure to prepare everything separate because of the gluten allergy I had specified. The only things they can't 100% guarantee GF according to their nutrition facts are the corn taco shells and tortilla chips ( the flour tortillas obviously are not gluten free). I just bought separate gluten free certified chips for that guest. I had issues using my freshly made reward account to order the food, so I suggest you make your rewards account first, and then wait a couple days before ordering catering. Since I was out of time I had to order as a guest and probably missed out on a ton of points. I got the steak and chicken hot bar for 10 people, plus 2x flour tortillas, and 1x corn tortillas, and the +$15 queso tray. With tip and tax spent about $175. I did not get delivery, I picked it up myself, but still tipped in cash when I got there. The food was really good, although the rice a little dry and they did set me up with the Sternos and trays but they only gave me 2 fuel cans when i needed two per tray so would have benefitted from 4 but that's ok. I did not buy the veggie tray for $15 and just made my own instead. I don't think my party missed the veggies. They gave me all the things I needed to serve including serving utensils for all parts and spoons for the salsas and guac. Enough bowls and forks too with napkins. Although it was a bit of money, it was so worth it to me. Didn't have to stress about cooking and cleaning for a dinner party murder mystery and all of my guests were happy. And on top of that, it was a crowd pleasing gluten free meal that didn't make you miss the gluten. The staff were very very helpful in loading up my cart with the catering order and triple checked I had everything I needed and all the components I ordered. I came 20 minutes prior to when the order would be ready and it was just getting finished and ready to go. I had my hot food fresh and a little early. People need to stop sleeping on Qdoba, it's really good and everyone was so happy - including me as a host. Oh and btw I didn't need all of those taco shells, the chips were so ample and we hardly made a dent in the bag read more

Best Mexican place I have ever been. Better than Chipotle! The ground beef is perfect and the queso with it just makes the burrito even better read more

Good solid QDOBA location right off the north station stop. No complaints from me , generous portion and good service

I recently went to QDOBA for the first time and I can't believe what I've been missing out on. Their ingredients taste fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I also have to mention you don't have to pay extra for guac. I've been here 3 days in a row and currently trying to ween myself off. Highly recommend! read more

very good and very filling. great after gym meal that I recommend everyone especially those who are bulking

A normal qdoba. A bit on the slower side, but many restaurants close early here so I appreciated that they were even open. There's no seating. But the food was fresh and there were many drink options. read more

worked there and there racist!!! I got fired for something that wasn't my fault during training!!! and it was training once a week!!! the food they serve is also terrible no one wears hair nets bad place needs to get closed down immediately! read more

Ordered delivery for a group. Used Qdoba's own app. Paid ridiculous delivery fee and tipped well, which, whatever, it's fine. They left out a kid's meal completely. Called the store. They wouldn't bring it to us, trying to say it's the driver's fault and they have no control over the third-party delivery service. Eventually did acknowledge that it's them who puts the food in the (sealed) bag and who didn't include one of the ordered items. Would only refund and not provide a new one. Said we would have to reorder, paying fees again and waiting another hour. Didn't seem to understand that people order food in order to feed people. read more

Lunch today at QDOBA and that was a burrito prepared along their assembly line. Quick and efficient service, they seem to have it well under control here for the lunch rush and even if there is a bit of a queue, it will move quickly. My grilled chicken burrito had a good scoop of brown rice, black beans, spicy queso, spicy salsa, corn salsa and chicken. Tasty and filling and zzzzz in the afternoon. This store has a Coke Freestyle machine and it worked very well. The condiments bar was in good shape. Tables were clear and the trash was not filled. Floor was clean as well. Most of the restaurant is "indoors" but they have a small area in the front that has a separate glass window that can be opened on nicer days. It's almost a private room, except that it's a fishbowl. read more

Great Service. Manager Juan is 100% professional and makes the customers feel at home, welcomed all the time. The food is always fresh, and the restaurant is very clean. Alejandro, Felipe, Martha and Elsa are amazing too. Recommend going here to eat for wonderful service. read more

Got food poisoning here back in March before a concert at Big Night Live. Worst experience of my life. Won't be back.

This is review for Qdoba Grubhub order. We stayed in Boston with kids and ordered on Grubhub from this restaurant. First of all the driver delivered food 20 mins late and then it was missing 5 out of 8 orders. When I checked the deliver guy asked me to check with the restaurant. I called. First they denied that they were missing any orders. Then they requested to talk to the delivery guy and yelled at him for not checking the order thoroughly. WHAT!! The driver's job is to deliver. He should never be checking what's on the order! I reported to Grubhub and they refunded me the money for the food that wasn't delivered. Never going to use food delivery for this restaurant. read more

I stopped here for a quick dinner to go while working in Boston. There was no line & the service was quick. Maybe not the friendliest though if I'm being honest. I ordered a chicken burrito - I found the food to be good, but my chicken tasted burnt on more than one bite. The salsas were fresh and so were the veggies & guac. I would say this is your standard QDOBA run & wasn't outstanding, but wasn't awful. The food was consistent other than the burnt meat taste I encountered. read more

I am impressed, QDOBA Mexican Eats was truly remarkable. This is a great place and location with the nicest staff and over the top for value for the money. I could not decided what to order, but I am so happy that I bought Tacos, it was absolutely amazing. The workers is really a highlight of this place because they are always fast, courteous, and provide service with a smile! QDOBA Mexican Eats gets it right over and over again. read more

This joint still rips hard. Just as amazing as I remember. The staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and my burrito was expertly made. This is the best fast casual burrito hands down. I really miss living near a Qdoba and this experience matched my tremendously high expectations; will be coming back before I leave town. read more

Me and my Girlfriend literally were screamed at in Spanish from the workers. My girlfriend ordered a simple cheese quesadilla, and then started to mock her in Spanish. They must have known we didn't speak Spanish, which is very rude. People be hating on Americans because we're racist? Get a reality check Qdoba on causeway street. Can I suggest something? I'm all for the Spanish working, but hire people who are respectful and understand us too. Also I think it's important to mention, as I'm writing this review.... your manager and employees are dancing behind the counters to this shitty Mexican music like we're at a party. What a great way to ruin my first ever bruins game. read more

This is the only dependable place near the Garden where you can decent food AND a beer if you are waiting for a late train. Sullivan's doesn't serve food, the bar in the station and Half-Time* have wonky hours, and all other options are slow food! *Yelp says they are open every day but I've been there at 8PM with nobody in sight read more

Amazing customer service! The shift manager was incredibly personable but what made it a memorable visit was the fact that after my wife mistakenly ordered the wrong burrito the staff went out of their way to cook veggie filling for her at no charge! Such a blessing. Also the nachos are light and crispy. read more

Hmmmm.....how to explain Qdoba.....think Chipotle but not quite as good. Fast food mexican, with a southwest american flair (aka not real mexican). It's alright. Worth a quick lunchtime meal if you're close by. Not worth going out of yer way. I can't hate too much (well I could...but I won't), it's just a fast food wannabe mex joint afterall, as advertised. I got the veggie fajita burrito, big, somewhat tasty (besides the dry flavorless rice), with guac (crazy overpriced for a dollop of green stuff...but delicious). Can't imagine this food is very healthy despite what you really really want to believe.... Like I said, lunchtime, yeah maybe....eehhhh probably not. Walking 5 miles in the snow to get some.....definitely not. read more

Some of the worst service I've ever received. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that their grilled chicken is so darn good! Anyway, I walked in here on a whim to grab lunch and the gal behind the counter was extremely rude. Did not listen to a word I said (I had to repeat myself like 3 times that I didn't want too much rice), and when I went to the counter to pay she literally threw my burrito in a bag. I mean, it actually slammed into the counter. It was pretty rough. Yikes. Pretty disappointing considering the burrito itself was really not bad at all! read more

Here's what I just wrote on the Qdoba online survey thing ... "I've been to this Qdoba about eight times since its opened. It is a welcome addition to the number of vegetarian lunchtime options available in the area around North Station. One staff person in particular, Leonaira, has been frequently excellent in her customer service and gentle reminders to bring my Qdoba card whenever I forget it. I've also experienced above average customer service with other employees there and the lunchtime manager." Then in the bit where they asked what I'd change, I requested further vegetarian options. I mean, they get stars for giving me four or five things to choose from and the lovely staff, but I'm greedy. I want more. Especially tamales. Please give me tamales. Its still a chain, and not as good as any number of other Mexican fast food joints, but it really is an important new establishment on the North Station lunch circuit for those of us too lazy to walk to Viva Burrito. read more

Tortillas with meat, cheese, and/or vegetables. You choose your combination! They're fast, they're friendly (I've only been during non-peak hours), they're yummy enough for fast-Mex, and.... I live way too close to Qdoba for my own good. Therefore, I will keep going back. I've been once when it was slow and asked how spicy their queso diablo is and the man behind the register offered me a small sample to try with a couple of chips. This was super nice and I appreciated it. I opted for the diablo over the regular queso and it was delicious. Just a heads up though, the spice does build on itself after a few bites in a row. Their steak is kind of dry, but their shredded beef (barbacoa) hasn't let me down since I switched. The combination of high calories, high convenience, and low price make my waistline really sad. Oh Qdoba... why must I like you as much as I do? See you again, much sooner than I should. read more

$6 special for healthcare employees when you show your ID badge. Hypocritical? As I order the Queso burrito... perhaps. Guacamole is extra. I order mine with chicken, medium salsa, pico, and guac. No sour or cheese. I absolutely adore Qdoba and burritos in general, but the sodium at Qdoba in particular rivals that of the ocean, and makes me feel less than buoyant. It's clean, and drink refills are free. All in all, a monster meal for $7 and change. read more

I am a fan of the chips and queso. Thanks for giving them to me for free every time I check in. That being said. I went two Saturdays in a row and on my second Saturday the manager asked to see the date on my code. Please note. I checked in in front of him and showed him that I was selecting the option to use rhe code now. Then once I select use now he questions me about the date. Like hello, I just checked in and got the code. And why ask me of I know thay I can only use it once rather than just pushing the mark as used button? Then when I point this out tell me he is just trying to provide good service. Good service includes reading. Did I mention that I am a fan of chips and queso? I get them with a burrito bowl which I appreciate because it is made to order. Being a semi picky eater I like to customize my food lol. Anyways I can't say much for eating at this location as I usually get what I want and continue my trek home to eat and watch a movie. That and me being aggravated my questions led to 3 stars. read more

Great food and a good price! We had gone here for dinner one night. Wanting something simple and Mexican! It is a lot like Moe's! The service here is great. The guys making our food where both fun and great at answering any questions you had about the food! Very friendly and they don't just rush you a long. The menu is a good size! They have everything from tacos to burritos and Mexican salads! each meal came with a BUNCH of food. Be sure to be hungry and be ready to eat! we had some soft tacos and one burrito. Lets just say ONE of the meals would have been enough for me and the girlfriend! The prices are more than fair! With 2 meals and 2 sodas we spent a whole $21.00 total. Like I said they come with a TON of food. over all 4/5. Friendly staff and great prices is what makes this place awesome. read more

A weekly lunch spot for my boyfriend and I. We've came here a million times within the last couple months. After being at a few other Qdobas, this one is the most inviting. I've never gotten the names of the employees, but they are always welcoming us as if we've came here for years. read more

Well we ordered a large order from Chipotle, to be delivered by DoorDash for a holiday team lunch. We never received our order, they would not re-deliver the order. Fast forward through disappointment, and a hungry team, I called Qdoba which is across the street from our office. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! So accommodating, threw together 23 burritos in 15 minutes, chips, guac., queso. We were all sooo happy, and well fed. I will not order from Chipotle again. Thank you Qdoba. You ROCK!!! read more

There was a miscommunication when ordering my food. As I was being rung up, I was scared I was going to have to pay more than I anticipated due to the miscommunication or that they were going to toss the food to make what I had actually ordered.
