Restaurant was clean. Food was average for Qdoba. However, as soon as we went to pay the first thing, the gentleman behind the counter said was you only get one refill. My total was 1503. It's basically a spicier version of Taco Bell or Taco Johns. I order via Door dash 3 crispy tacos with ground beef and some chips and queso for a mere $30. Chips and queso are good, no doubting that. The tacos... Tasted a bit like burnt beef. Taco shell seemed stale, very sparse lettuce but plenty of beef and cheese. It was good, don't get me wrong, it just wasn't great. The lady at the counter didn't say 1 word to me just stood there looking at me so I ordered my burrito and this is how it looks. Having not been to this location in quite some time, we were very unimpressed with the new staff. There were definite language barriers that made ordering quite the hassle. Some of the staff became frustrated because they couldn't understand what we were ordering, as they did not speak English. If you're a fluent Spanish speaker your experience may improve. Many of the food items were quite scarce from the meat to the toppings. The restaurant was very clean though. read more

It seems no matter which location I visit ( Indiana,Illinois and Wisconsin) the street tacos (3) are cold. My last visit unfortunately to this chain. I ordered the tacos here and the tortillas (corn) were cold...like biting into a raw tortilla. The main ingredient chicken was luke warm. I actually had them make it again after just one bite...unfortunately I got the same result. As a chain I feel the warming of the tortillas has to be revisited. I honestly think much more time is needed...to were you see steam coming off them. And calibration or food temp tested every hour or so. I went to the Beloit store on an average Thursday over the lunch hour to pick up a mobile order. I watched and waited while they helped every person that came in the store. Some people that had come into the store after me, ordered their food, ate their food, and left the store while I still stood there. Obviously their policy is to handle in person orders before even attempting mobile orders, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering online ahead of time. The staff was completely indifferent to my wait time. Avoid this store at all costs. read more

New to Beloit and a definite welcome addition. The service is usually very quick except at the peak lunch hour. They also added a drive through which is new. As far as qdoba is concerned for people that don't know....it is a custom burrito place that is just like Chipotle but with better ingredients. They don't have all the veg options that some of the qdoba'a in cities have like the tofu option. They prepare each persons burrito or burrito bowl individually but the prep area is relatively clean compared to other places I have been. There is also a coke freestyle machine which is nice. Overall decent place for the Beloit area that has plenty of seating and quick takeout. Just a warning, if you are looking for real Mexican food, head next door to Little Mexico read more

Almost gave a one star but the young man making the food was great! Problem was the food, absolutely terrible, not to mention they were out of 4 or 5 items that I wanted on my bowl. What they did have was not very tasty. I have lived here 6 years, been here one other time because I want impressed the first time. They obviously have not done anything to make things better. I'll check back in a few years if it's still here. Save your money... make these franchises work for it. We moved to Beloit in December of 2020. I have been craving GOOD Mexican food. We haved tried a few places and have been continually disappointed. Tried QDOBA last night. I have been trying to find good ground beef tacos and seen that they had them on the online menu. SOOO Disappointed. The rice was plain white or brown, where's the Mexican rice? I made an order onlineand called to just ask for a litter extra Pico and cheese and a lady answered who was really rude.(@5:53pm on 2/22/22) She told me I would be charged extra and I told her that they have done it before. she huffed in the phone and asked extremely rudely what my name was I told her and before I could finish she's said. "To late its made" with a horrible attitude. I told her I had just placed it literally a minute ago so I know it wouldn't be made yet. She told me "well It's made" and hung up. We ordered a steak bowl, some chips and queso, and 2 chocolate chip cookies, we were going to share a late dinner. Uber delivery. Delivery was fantastic. Food was horrible. We didn't receive our cookies at all. The rice in the bowl was hard, like it was undercooked. We didn't order guac, but there was guac in our bowl. Threw the bowl away, ate the chips and queso. Ordered pickup that said it would be ready in 11 minutes. Showed up on time and waited 20+ minutes. They didn't seem to understand how to read the online order printouts. Finally got my food and brought it home, only to discover that they made my order wrong. Didn't want to go through the whole arduous process again, but wanted to make sure Qdoba knows. read more

Tried Qdoba for the first time today. Must say I do like it better than Chipotle as it doesn't taste and go down heavy. Great alternative for those who can not stomach the heaviness. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Upon entering we were kindly greeted. Our server asked if we have ever been there before and proceeded to inform us of all they have. I went with the bowl option and had the brown rice, grilled chicken, pinto beans, their signature queso, added shredded cheese, guacamole and sour cream. The combination of each ingredient was very delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. The best part of our visit was the customer service. The reason I state this is because you don't see this kind of service much anymore and it was greatly appreciated. Dropped by here on the way to Chicago. Despite the long line the manager took the time to acknowledge and welcome customers as they came up to the line. Despite being swamped, the service was great, with generous portions and making sure we were happy. Also, when the line calmed down, the manager (I'm assuming) came around and made sure all the customers were happy. We really appreciated that. We'll stop by here again next time we're coming through town! read more
