Food flavor: 4/5 Mens restroom: 3/5 Serving speed: 3/5 Serving accuracy: 3/5 Dining area cleanliness: 3/5 Food portion amount: 2/5 Drink selection: 2/5 Food was on par with what I expected from Qdoba restaurants. Paper towel out in restroom, but it was in a cabinet in the restroom so not a complete fail. Trashcan quite full. Restroom fixtures were just dirty enough to be uncomfortable but. not disgusting. The line was to the door when we walked in, it was still to the door when we paid. Oh and we were in line for a minute shy of ten minutes. With three workers on the line and a dedicated cashier, the slow flow of people should nit have been a problem. Numerous accounts of asking people to repeat themselves is proof that there is a large scale acoustic problem. Music is too loud and over takes any attempt to have polite conversation. The complete failure to use sound absorbing materials makes it about as welcoming as staring into a spotlight. Perhaps step 1, turn down the music to lower conversation volumes and then your patrons will stop yelling to talk and your workers will. not need to ask us to repeat our orders at every station. As for the dinning area, there was even a floating employee that was about that did little more than rub a rag over the tables and push the debris onto the sheats and floor. At every station the portion size was consistently less than at other Qdoba restaurants. I had to ask for more chips with my nachos... not even a full scoop of chips... for nachos...????? As a restaurant, if you are going to offer a mix your own drink machine, it really need to be important to put the little bit of effort into keeping it stocked. It is just bad form to have half of the options grayed out. read more

Food is good if and ONLY IF you go in and stare at them and make sure they put what you ask. I ordered a bowl online doordash. Whoever made my bowl must have used tweezers to pick up my rice and put it into my bowl because there was one bite of rice. I really had to make it count. Half of the things that were supposed to be in it, were not. They put a sticker on my bowl that had these ingredients listed. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to include them. As for the brownie I ordered, I'm sure they just ended up eating it themselves because it wasn't in my SEALED bag. Will they make it right? Most definitely not. Will they still beg for a tip? Certainly (I called them and they were not out of anything I had asked for. They just don't care) read more

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED today. Ordered the steak bowl. The steak tasted burnt, there was very little cheese and the nachos no longer come with it. Nachos cost an extra $2.12. My question to Qdoba is, how do you expect me to eat it without chips???? This will be another restaurant that we no longer patronize. read more

If I could give this a 0 star I would!!! Manager was very horrible and this is the only reason I would give it such a bad review. She had been caught giving dirty looks to customers behind their back. Not kind at all when we interacted with her. read more

We ordered for pick up and had the WORST food. I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband's burrito was completely wrong and had almost nothing in it that we requested (no queso, no jalapenos, missing almost all meat). They put JALAPENOS in my son's kids meal. My toddler's entire face turned red and he burst into tears due to the bite he got full of jalapenos. It was inedible for him. Who in their right mind puts jalapenos in a kids taco? The 3-cheese nacho was a watery mess/ slop. The last meal had almost zero meat as well. This was the worst meal I've ever had from any qdoba. For the price of that meal, it's not worth it. I don't think we will be going to this location ever again. read more

Please please please pull your hair completely up and wear a hair net. This young ladies hair was hanging down all in her face. She was wearing gloves, but kept touching her hair with them and then touching food. I have a hard time believing her hair didn't end up in a lot of customers food. This is really unexpected and gross to say the least. she looks cute and all, but not appropriate for the circumstances at all. Yuck! read more

DON'T GO HERE. I love Qdoba, but this location should be avoided. It was very understaffed. A twenty minute wait at 7pm should just not happen. -1 Star Next on the series of unfortunate events- I ordered the fajita quesadilla, and they were out of the fajita veggies. That was the whole reason I ordered the fajita. But I decided to roll with it. -1 Star Next, they piled on a mountain of cheese, before I could ask for light cheese. Being lactose interact is hard enough by itself. So I had to ask them to remove most the cheese they threw on. -1 Star Again, as I was finishing creating my order, another mountain of cheese was added on top of my quesadilla. I was in disbelief at this point. It just happened so fast. I wasn't aware the Quesadilla's here have a POUND of cheese in them. My bad, my mistake. Or is it? The first employee should've at least mentioned to the only other employee making food that there was an order coming through with light cheese. At this point I just decided I'd remove the cheese myself, mostly because I didn't want to ask a second time to remove all the cheese they added. -1 Star To almost finish my review, the cashier girl didn't even know which order was ours, or how to ring up my item in the system. (She was very nice however.) -1 Star Finally, the lobby in this restaurant was FREEZING. It's not 90 degrees outside anymore, turn the AC down a smidge. Don't use the bathroom here either. I felt like I walked into a beer freezer at a gas station. The motion detection faucet barely worked either. -2 Stars On a positive note, I'd say all the employees were polite through this almost fatal experience. And after I scraped off most of the cheese, the food tasted fine. But the fault falls on management. Stay on top your ingredient quantities, train the workers better, have more of them, have a better ambiance inside the restaurant, and keep up on maintaining your bathrooms! -7 Stars. Oh wait that's not an option. read more

Wow, this is a pretty nice QDOBA. It seems to have been relatively recently remodeled, and it looks sharp. Also, the staff are nice, and the service was quick (in and out in 6 minutes). If we're back on this side of town again, we would definitely come back to this location. read more

All around disappointment when ordering from here almost every time. Small servings, bad attitudes, and half the time the meat is all overcooked and charred. Would not go here expecting much. read more

manager was rude to me and my door dasher. food was alright but id rather go to somewhere with better management that isnt rude.

The cashier was handling food and money. She did not wash her hands nor wear gloves. Her shirt was stained and she wiped her hands on her shirt while handling our food and pulling it off the grill behind the register. Some better sanitary practices might help this place read more

This is a great and hardworking team! Always friendly and helpful! It is a little messy but for this being the only Qdoba in Battle Creek I can understand why maintaining can be a bit tricky :) the food is always very tasty and fresh! I love the nachos read more

We thought we would try a new Mexican place. When we walked in, we walked up to the counter and stood there for a couple minutes. Finally a guy came up just to tell us we were at the wrong end of the line! We told him this was our first time, and he said they were like a "Mexican Subway shop". We went to the other side of the line. We stood there for 3 or 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally, a lady said she would be with us in a moment. After standing there for longer than a handicapped person wants to stand, we finally just left the restaurant and went somewhere to eat! Comparing this place to the Subway sandwich shop is an insult to Subway! After the customer service there, we didn't want to try the food! read more

This is the second time I've been to this particular franchise and they were out of the main thing I was craving. Last time I was given a coupon for a meal as a way to tempt us back. This time was the last time for me. There was not enough people working to handle the demand and after a 15 wait to even get acknowledged we were told there were no chips for the chips and queso. Kind of unbelievable. I'm never going back. Too bad zero stars is not an option. read more

The restaurant is filthy including the vestibule, dining room, sneeze guard, drink center and trash cans.

The food...typical Qdoba. It was what I was wanting for lunch. The service...not typical Qdoba. Generally I find the staff fairly friendly and welcoming. At this location it seemed like every bit of veggie I asked for was such an inconvenience for the lady making my food. He store could be a 4 star if they had better staff! read more

I don't make it a habit of Yelping about national chain businesses, but after tonight, I can't let this one go. I've been to many different QDOBA restaurants and have always enjoyed the food. The staff is typically polite, and the place is relatively clean. However this location is the exception. I live within a mile of this place, so I've stopped in on various days at various times. It's fairly new so you would think they have their sh*t together. They don't. The staff acts like they couldn't care less. Half of the ingredients are gone, and what is there didn't look fresh. It looked like there was a food fight behind the counter. In plain sight! The floor behind the counter looked like it hadn't been swept all day. Most of the tables were dirty or there was food in the seats. You would think if you order beef tacos, and make them all the same, that they would taste the same. They didn't. I stopped eating them because I was afraid to get sick. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, hahahaha. If the food counter looked like it did, why wouldn't the bathroom be that way too. $20 bucks wasted. I could have spent half that at Taco Bell, and felt better about it. Not coming back. Sorry for venting and trashing this place but its all to save others from the abdominal agony I'm probably gonna have soon. read more

This place is garbage. Do not waste your time here. They did not have half of the items needed for a burrito. And did not even bother to apologize, nor say how long it would take to get them. Waited 5 minutes at the front of line while I saw 7 employees wandering around. Save your time and go elsewhere. Also they do not care for sanitation either. read more

We like Qdoba and almost didn't go to this location due to prior reviewers' comments, but I'm glad we did. The counter staff were super friendly, the toppings bar was fully stocked, and the place seemed to be as clean and nice as a typical Qdoba to me! My son has celiac disease (no gluten or cross-contact) and as soon as we told them, they washed hands, put on fresh gloves, and were very knowledgeable and helpful about which menu options would be safe for him! read more

This q doba is the only only q doba in town, so I really don't have a choice if I'm craving a burrito bowl. I've gotta say though, this is probably the worst QDOBA location I've been to. Almost every single time I've been there I've had problems. I use the mobile app a lot to order pick up food and they get the orders wrong 9/10 times. I've experienced horrible situations where they put SALT instead of SUGAR in their sweet tea; I ended up taking a big gulp of salt water which ruined my appetite for the whole day !!! read more

Customer service was good. Food was good as usual, but the brown rice was not in stock when I arrived. Overall decent.

This was my dinner. I have to say that the online ordering was simple. I only ask that portion sizes be more available. We did have to call yo get some things cleared up on portion sizes. When we got the food the chips and quaso, the chips tasted like the paper bag they came in. The taco bowl was good. All ingredients we're good. Over all it wasn't my favorite but the queso did taste good. read more

It's a nice addition to the restaurants in battle creek. The restaurant was clean. The staff were all nice and worked hard. The line did move slow, but it's mainly from how the process to make the food is. The food itself was alright, I would prefer to go to a authentic mexican restaurant though. It's a possibility I will go back. read more

They ran out of ingredients, the line moved very slowly, and the tables were dirty. I wouldn't come back here.

With orders from the governor I expected to walk in and see at least employees with masks on. Nope, only one of the four staff had masks on and that person only had it sort of covering their mouth. The gal who made the bowls I ordered online actually reached into the cilantro lime rice with a gloved hand and grabbed rice to literally toss in the bowl. I'd already paid for the order online so I seriously just took the bag and threw it out. Sadly we spent a few hundred dollars here in the last couple of months between my family and my folks. Absolutely disgusted with this place now. read more

I work across the street from the Qdoba in Battle Creek, MI so I thought I would run over to grab a mini bowl for lunch. I drove around back to park on the west side of the building and saw 3 employees outside talking. I walked inside to find 2 employees behind the line (one of which seemed to be new) and 7 people in line. I started my car by remote when I got out of it so it would be warm when I returned. I stood in line so long (and never got waited on) to the point that my car shut off before I got back outside....without any food. If it was break time, 11:45 (lunchtime) is not a good time to take one...need to coordinate that one a little better!!!!!!! read more

This is a PIG STYE not a restaurant! Had to wait several minutes before anyone came out of the back to take my order. 5 of the food ingredients had empty containers. How can you assemble a burrito or ANYTHING on the menu with that much missing product? The food assembly area was DISGUSTING. Food was all over the counter and on the floor. The employees looked even more disgusting. 3 of the 3 workers I saw had aprons smeared in food, one person did not even have her apron tied. No hair nets on ANYONE I saw. This was a very unclean restaurant. Can't believe it has only been in business a few months and is already this dirty. DON'T EAT HERE. If the PUBLIC areas and the EMPLOYEES look this bad I shudder to think what it looks like in the back where the public can't see. THIS PLACE IS A PIG STYE!!!! Seriously small burritos....they skimp on fillings so bad. So not with $8. They need to be consistent with their serving sizes... I've come in at another time and somebody made me a killer burrito that was stuffed and it was wonderful. the past two times I've come in I've gotten seriously small burritos that are about half the size as they should be needless to say I'm not coming back. Food is an okay option for a wholesome, calorie rich meal while on the go. But is pricy for beans and meat. Would be nice if they remembered to put utensils in the bag whenever I order door dash. I know they keep chicken and other meats on the hot table past 2 hours sometimes, however they have gotten better about it and I don't see it as often . Production team should maybe be a little more staffed or well prepared during lunch and dinner hours, as the wait can sometimes be upwards of 15 minutes. Overall one of my favorite places to eat in BC. read more

I really like qdoba. I know what I am going to get but this location is the pits. They have one person working during a weekday lunch on the line and the other three are doing online orders...those people know the inside is the pits, my bad. Now you lost all your stars, i didnt want to give u just one star but you have no right to delete my google reviews, it was not vulgar or anything of the sort! Food is great, dm and some of the staff are horrid though. Location recently tried to charge me for ordering my usual amount of pico on the side because i wanted my chips in the bowl and they take up alot of room so i didnt want everything to be overflowing or getting crushed under the to go lid. Companys dm responded with some b/s of all inclusive pricing, so if you get 3 cheese nachos make sure to order your chips on the side so that all of your meat and toppings stay in your nacho bowl and so that you actually get what you are paying for! read more

I love the eating fresh food that's not caked in grease. Qdoba can be good when they actually have the food that you go there for. Today I went there to order 4 meals to go. I order and they tell me they are out of beans for the next two hours !?!?! I proceed to order 2 chicken burritos, a chicken bowl and and chicken nachos. Then of course they are out of chicken . So I wait the people behind me in line are annoyed as well. I finally get my food. They did not put the chips in the bag for the nachos and half of my chicken was charged again. To the point it was crunchy. Same thing happened last time. They were out of something the last several times I have been there. I guess I see now why they have 2 stars. Ridiculous! read more

This establishment really needs to hire some better employees. They have a handful of decent ones. Today I visited this Qdoba and this isn't the first time with this same particular employee.. around 1:30. The male cashier was rude, forgot my sides as I had asked twice. When I had to come back in to get them he didn't even say anything besides " do you need something? " no apology no nothing just slid the already cupped sides.. Also I visit this place regularly usually always with my boyfriend and either one or two of my roommates we easily spend 35+$ and get a bag of chips the size they serve at Taco Bell.. yikes at this point Taco Bell might be cheaper and have better customer service.. what a joke. read more
