Whoever made my bowl must have used tweezers to pick up my rice and put it into my bowl because there was one bite of rice. I really had to make it count. Half of the things that were supposed to be in it, were not. They put a sticker on my bowl that had these ingredients listed. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to include them. We ordered for pick up and had the WORST food. I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband's burrito was completely wrong and had almost nothing in it that we requested (no queso, no jalapenos, missing almost all meat). They put JALAPENOS in my son's kids meal. My toddler's entire face turned red and he burst into tears due to the bite he got full of jalapenos. It was inedible for him. Who in their right mind puts jalapenos in a kids taco? Please please please pull your hair completely up and wear a hair net. This young ladies hair was hanging down all in her face. She was wearing gloves, but kept touching her hair with them and then touching food. I have a hard time believing her hair didn't end up in a lot of customers food. That was the whole reason I ordered the fajita. But I decided to roll with it. -1 Star Next, they piled on a mountain of cheese, before I could ask for light cheese. Being lactose interact is hard enough by itself. So I had to ask them to remove most the cheese they threw on. -1 Star Again, as I was finishing creating my order, another mountain of cheese was added on top of my quesadilla. We thought we would try a new Mexican place. When we walked in, we walked up to the counter and stood there for a couple minutes. Finally a guy came up just to tell us we were at the wrong end of the line! We told him this was our first time, and he said they were like a "Mexican Subway shop". I don't make it a habit of Yelping about national chain businesses, but after tonight, I can't let this one go. I've been to many different QDOBA restaurants and have always enjoyed the food. The staff is typically polite, and the place is relatively clean. However this location is the exception. I live within a mile of this place, so I've stopped in on various days at various times. It's fairly new so you would think they have their sh*t together. They don't. The staff acts like they couldn't care less. Half of the ingredients are gone, and what is there didn't look fresh. It looked like there was a food fight behind the counter. In plain sight! The floor behind the counter looked like it hadn't been swept all day. Most of the tables were dirty or there was food in the seats. You would think if you order beef tacos, and make them all the same, that they would taste the same. They didn't. I stopped eating them because I was afraid to get sick. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, hahahaha. If the food counter looked like it did, why wouldn't the bathroom be that way too. $20 bucks wasted. I could have spent half that at Taco Bell, and felt better about it. Not coming back. Sorry for venting and trashing this place but its all to save others from the abdominal agony I'm probably gonna have soon. read more

The line was to the door when we walked in, it was still to the door when we paid. Oh and we were in line for a minute shy of ten minutes. With three workers on the line and a dedicated cashier, the slow flow of people should nit have been a problem. Numerous accounts of asking people to repeat themselves is proof that there is a large scale acoustic problem. Music is too loud and over takes any attempt to have polite conversation. The complete failure to use sound absorbing materials makes it about as welcoming as staring into a spotlight. Perhaps step 1, turn down the music to lower conversation volumes and then your patrons will stop yelling to talk and your workers will. not need to ask us to repeat our orders at every station. As for the dinning area, there was even a floating employee that was about that did little more than rub a rag over the tables and push the debris onto the sheats and floor. At every station the portion size was consistently less than at other Qdoba restaurants. I had to ask for more chips with my nachos... not even a full scoop of chips... for nachos...????? As a restaurant, if you are going to offer a mix your own drink machine, it really need to be important to put the little bit of effort into keeping it stocked. We like Qdoba and almost didn't go to this location due to prior reviewers' comments, but I'm glad we did. The counter staff were super friendly, the toppings bar was fully stocked, and the place seemed to be as clean and nice as a typical Qdoba to me! My son has celiac disease (no gluten or cross-contact) and as soon as we told them, they washed hands, put on fresh gloves, and were very knowledgeable and helpful about which menu options would be safe for him! read more

I drove around back to park on the west side of the building and saw 3 employees outside talking. I walked inside to find 2 employees behind the line (one of which seemed to be new) and 7 people in line. I started my car by remote when I got out of it so it would be warm when I returned. I stood in line so long (and never got waited on) to the point that my car shut off before I got back outside....without any food. The employees looked even more disgusting. 3 of the 3 workers I saw had aprons smeared in food, one person did not even have her apron tied. No hair nets on ANYONE I saw. Food is an okay option for a wholesome, calorie rich meal while on the go. But is pricy for beans and meat. Would be nice if they remembered to put utensils in the bag whenever I order door dash. I know they keep chicken and other meats on the hot table past 2 hours sometimes, however they have gotten better about it and I don't see it as often . Production team should maybe be a little more staffed or well prepared during lunch and dinner hours, as the wait can sometimes be upwards of 15 minutes. I love the eating fresh food that's not caked in grease. Qdoba can be good when they actually have the food that you go there for. Today I went there to order 4 meals to go. I order and they tell me they are out of beans for the next two hours !?!?! I proceed to order 2 chicken burritos, a chicken bowl and and chicken nachos. Then of course they are out of chicken . So I wait the people behind me in line are annoyed as well. I finally get my food. They did not put the chips in the bag for the nachos and half of my chicken was charged again. Today I visited this Qdoba and this isn't the first time with this same particular employee.. around 1:30. The male cashier was rude, forgot my sides as I had asked twice. When I had to come back in to get them he didn't even say anything besides " do you need something? " no apology no nothing just slid the already cupped sides.. Also I visit this place regularly usually always with my boyfriend and either one or two of my roommates we easily spend 35+$ and get a bag of chips the size they serve at Taco Bell.. yikes at this point Taco Bell might be cheaper and have better customer service.. what a joke. read more
