My bf got us door dash form here. And I got the gluten free chicken pesto. When our food came his was perfect. Still steaming and good. Mine on the other hand literally just didn't have any pesto. I called the store and was told it's not there issue bc when door dash picks up the food it becomes door dashes food. Witch is straight bs. As a person who also works in the food industry I have had to fix door dashes. I get it people mess up witch is fine. I was extremely nice over the phone to just get told it wasn't the business fault for the food mess up. Anyways door dash only gave us $4.19 back. When the whole meal was $13. In 20 years, Fazolis has come a long way with an expanded menu. The drive through is fast, and the food is HOT when it gets home. I love that everything is baked in foil, especially the lasagna so it isn't runny. Cheesecake is great for dessert. read more

It's been 10 years since I been here. Because the food was great when it first opened. After a few years it just got bland to me. Well we decided to give them a try again. They did not disappoint. Maybe not as awesome as Olive Garden, but the food was pretty good. The lasagna I did not care for. I love lasagna but it just tasted dry and over cooked. The gnocchi soup was damn delicious. I loved it. Awesome job. My wife got the Ultimate Chicken Fettuccini and my daughter got Fettuccine, they both loved it. But, I guess the workers no longer bring you breadsticks, we had to go get them. The breadsticks were awesome. Not sure if it was the food, but we were all fighting for the restroom shortly after. Just ate at Fazoli's and was very disappointed. The restaurant was very dirty. The carpeting in the front of the restaurant desperately needs to be cleaned. There was a lot of water in the area going back to the kitchen therefore where we ordered the floor was wet. The counter where the napkins, etc are was really dirty. There was no ice in the machine which was frustrating. The glass windows in the doors were very dirty. Don't know when the last time was they were cleaned. Aren't we still concerned about Covid? I'm giving this a two star because my husband liked his baked spaghetti. read more

STAY AWAY! Prepare yourself for mediocre food, lousy atmosphere, warm (not hot) food. On top of that the first few times eating there the tables where dirty. The place seems dirty in general. I did enjoy the breadsticks and the alfredo.. which kept me coming back once in awhile. The last time eating at Fazoli's I saw something go under a loose baseboard molding on my way to the bathroom. I thought it looked like a roach.. it was! I kicked the molding and a bunch of his roach buddies went scattering (good times were had by all). That was literally the last time even considering fazoli's. If there are that many roaches in the hallway. I cringe to think how many roach relatives are in the kitchen! read more

Placed an online order and come through the drive-through to pick it up. There's six cars parked in the parking lot for customers who are eating in and there was absolutely nobody in the drive-through. Had me sit there for eight minutes until they could ask me what I needed. There was NO ONE in the drive through. Why did I have to wait so long. Terrible customer service. I ordered three meals for pick-up yesterday. The Fazoli website acknowledged my order, took my payment, and instructed me: "Thank you for placing your order. Once you arrive at your restaurant, please park in one of the designated Curbside parking spots to have your order brought to your vehicle." That sounded good. So, I parked in Pick-up Spot #1, waited ten minutes (in full view of the drive-through window) and received neither food nor attention. So, I called the number on the sign. Actually, I called it three times. Each time, a recorded prompt asked for a "code number," which I was never given and could not guess. So, after ten more minutes of telephone diddling, I drove over to the drive-through line, waited the line, and finally inquired about my order over the speaker phone. The order-taker brusquely said I should come inside and get it. Oh, so why isn't someone bringing it out? "We don't do that." Really? So why does the website give the already quoted instruction. And why do the signs at the two order pick-up spots suggest that curb-side delivery should be expected? I wondered all this to myself as I parked and moved my limited-mobility body into the building. I asked for the manager, explained the situation, and picked up my meals off the pick-up shelf. Nothing else was there, only my stuff. In other words, the restaurant had one car to watch for, and didn't do it, because, "We don't do that." Unacceptable! The manager said (with dubious sincerity), "I'm sorry; I apologize." So, I was yanked around, lied to, and mistreated, for which I received only four words of lukewarm regret... and not even half a cold bread stick for tangible recompense. Here's my opinion. I really don't care if the Battle Creek Fazoli's offers no curb-side pick-up. But if that service is not provided, then the company website should not lie about it. The website should truthfully indicate no curb-side delivery is available. Driving through for pick-up would be tolerable. But the company website and local signage should accurately reflect reality, not deceive and annoy customers. After 25 minutes of hassle trying to get my food, I will say it still tasted OK. It was warm, but no longer hot. But Hell itself will freeze over before I again put up with such terrible service and discourtesy. That's just my opinion. I think Mr. and Mrs. Fazoli should provide their managers with better training; they should take the non-working numbers off their local signage; and they should purge all the dishonesty from their website. read more

I've been here before when they ran out of bread sticks. Seriously! That's the only reason I come here! The last time I came here, a friend and I both got the pick two. He had two slices of pizza, and I decided to have the ravioli with a slice of pizza. The pizza is what you would expect it to be for that price. Not bad, but not great. The service was horrendous! Stood at the counter over 5 minutes, during which time one employee passed through the kitchen area, open to the counter, made eye contact with both of us, didn't say a word, no, greeting, no, we'll be right with you, and disappeareing into the back. We were about to leave, when my partner Bryan, called out Hello for the 5th time, finally bringing the manager out, she did apologize, took our order. The wait for our items was short, but when the employee who wouldn't acknowledge us to begin with, handed us our order. She didn't say a word, just handed it to me, so I said Thank you, and she reluctantly so very softly said "no problem" in a tone that clearly showed me, it was an imposition to do her job. It was still 45 minutes from closing, hours clearly posted on their website, but that should not diminish customer service levels. The food was good, for fast Italian. Ordered something simple, spaghetti with meat sauce. After 30 minutes and numerous people that arrived after me getting their food, I took my receipt up to the counter. My order wasn't on the screen so it wasn't waiting to be prepared. Someone behind the counter looked at my receipt and said they'd bring my food out. Was delivered in about 2 minutes but with no breadsticks. The young lady that delivered it asked if I needed anything and I told her that since I hadn't gotten any breadaticks, that would be nice. She said she'd get some for me. 10 minutes go by and nothing. Another young lady stops and asks if she can get me anything and again I say since I hadn't yet gotten any breadsticks, those would be nice. Another 10 minutes goes by and the manager comes out with breadaticks. I figure maybe she's going to apologize for my issues, but that wasn't the case. So I tell her I didn't think it was appropriate for it to take 30 minutes to get my food. She launches into a long list of excuses which were just that. When I told her that at least two parties that came after me had their food and when I went to the counter my order was not on the screen showing what was in process, she turned around and while walking away said, "fine we screwed up, I'm sorry". I usually love Fazoli's...usually. But I was not pleased with the Fazoli's off Beckley Rd in Battle Creek. I ordered the spaghetti combo meal & found the spaghetti sauce to be extremely salty and that the salad was partially wilted brown. Ended up throwing the meal away after a few bites. :( read more
