Culver's has become one of my favorites when left with fast food options. We were on a road trip from NW Ohio to the Western coastal area of Michigan for the weekend, and we decided to get a bite to eat, but did not want to take the time for a sit down restaurant experience. I wanted to stop at Firekeepers Casino, but again we did not have a few hours available - maybe on our way home. A couple exits past the Casino, we went to Culver's on Beckly Rd. It was around 11:30 on a Friday morning. It was great, no lines. We placed our orders, got our drinks and got seated. Our food was brought to us by a very friendly staff member and asked if we needed anything else or was there anything he could do to make our experience more enjoyable. Kind of rare for a fast food establishment, huh? Needless to say, Culver's has become my first choice if we have to do fast food. This location is very clean, staff seems to work well with one another, and they are efficient. read more

Culver's - Strawberry Fields Salad - Burgers Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

Hot and fresh food; quality Culver's! Fish dinner was good and the fish didn't have too much breading. Cheese sauce is yummy too! Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Happening place on Friday night, but service was fast and friendly! Very impressed with this Culver's. Alana took our order and was so sweet! read more

Got the fish dinner. The fish was so small and not very crunchy. I was so disappointed. The cole slaw was good but the onion rings were ok. I've watched lots of influencer videos but I was so disappointed. read more

Great food and fast. You can get some delicious fresh tasting food or just go for the dessert. They have a plethora of ice cream combination choices. read more

Frozen custard, butter burgers, and super friendly staff! The burgers were fresh and delicious, and the fries were excellent too. Great experience all around! read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

Burger was super thin and not very tasty. Maybe next time (if I go back) I'll try the walleye. I hear it's good, we'll see.

Fresh menu options and our favs are fish or shrimp. Delicious tasting dinners and burgers too. The chocolate frozen custard is a tasty treat. We like it plain. Service and staff are always delightful! Inside dining is great too. Clean and spacious booths and tables. read more

Originally, the Fresco Garden salad was made with heritage lettuce or mixed greens as I call it. I loved this salad! Today, I went through the drive-thru and got a salad. When I got home, I thought they gave me the wrong salad so I called. Apparently, Culver's has lowered their standards (and not their prices!), and all salads are now made with junk food iceberg lettuce. On their online menu, the picture still shows the good lettuce, so I kind of felt like I got a "bait and switch" deal. Yout website pictures should be a true representation of your food! read more

Culver's has always been a go to for if we are feeling like getting fast food! The food as well as the service here is fantastic and efficient. Ever since Covid they've really worked hard to make sure people get their food quickly. I've never had issues with this Culver's so i definitely recommend! read more

Normally, I almost never have issues with this location: good food that is fairly fresh and very friendly staff. This time was beyond the pale of a disappointing visit. I ordered via the app a Double Cheeseburger with ketchup only and fries. What I got were not fully cooked fries and a burger that had pickles, lettuce and mayo. Essentially the opposite of what I ordered. When I called the restaurant the person on the phone was very brusque and not a single apology was given, just the offer to send some coupons to my address. Incredibly disappointing when I know that they can do (and have done) so much better. read more

Great cod sandwich First time ever at Culver's, we loved their custard too. Drive thru line was long but moved quickly. Was asked to move forward but food came out quickly. Employees very nice too! read more

What a delightful place this is! I ordered the walleye diner and it was delicious! Shout out to Samantha who took my order! read more

A local fast food chain with lots of great food options and great custard ice cream. The Butter Burger is the staple here as is the mix in custards. read more

Food is consistently good and the service is the same. This location is always busy, but the wait times are reasonable considering the food is made to order. read more

I have been here a few times, and most of the time the food was great! Some items I feel like they are over charging, like the chili cheese fries- they barely give you any. The best part here is the sweets maybe I would like to re-review this place again soon read more

Stopped in here for the first time on our way home from Chicago. Good food. Clean restaurant. A little busy. But this review is mostly about the service. WOW. What a very pleasant experience. I failed to get the cashier name but she gave us the best greeting we have ever gotten when walking into a Culvers. Upbeat, smiling from ear to ear, and extremely pleasant. This caught me completely by surprise but it was a nice surprise in the middle of a long drive home. Definitely a go to place in my book. read more

Ya love this place. Whenever we can we stop at a Culver's at least twice a summer anyway. Tonite is double chz burger basket for me. I love love love Kringkle fries!!!! Bf had a bacon double basket. Food is good and custard is great. Most of all, it was fully staffed and their team of younger people were great. Very personable, kind, and engaging. I definitely recommend this location. Reminded me a lot like Chick Fila. read more

The manager there was great, Fred. The seating there was good you could sit outside or inside. Over all food was good and had a good experience. read more

I just ate at the Battle Creek Culver''s. The food was the same excellent quality they are known for. This particular Culver's stood out because of one of their employees, Fred, ran things like a fine restaurant. He asked if there was anything he could do to make my experience better, offered drink refills and cleared tables making sure everything was clean and ready for the next customer. read more

Culvers! What an awesome place to eat! Quality is obviously a priority at this location. Butterburgers, chicken sandwiches, cheese curds and fries? Hardly ever will they be cold or substandard. Culvers may be the best commercial fast food place in battle creek. I'd say the only draw back is they are usually busy, so you may have to wait a little longer but it's worth it. read more

Second time coming to a Culver's and I'm a fan, you can taste the difference in their burgers, when I'm around another one you better believe I'll be eating there. read more

Everytime im in Michigan or Wisconsin i have to hit a Culvers Love the burgers chili cheese fries and the custard is outstanding read more

Oh my.... excellent, excellent customer service. Very clean. Good food... what more can you ask. One of the guys (Fred) even refilled my pop like it was a normal thing here. And brought me my ice cream when I was done with my salad. I only thought I wanted a strawberry cheesecake concrete custard but ended up getting cheese curds and an amazingly fresh, flavorful salad with grilled chicken. I'm driving home to Ferndale from Warren Dunes State Park and asked Google for "ice cream on my route" (love that feature ) and was directed here to the best Culver's I've ever been to. Good break in the drive as well. read more

Culvers really screwed our order, left toppings off of hamburger. Our custard order was totally hosed!!

Went through the drive through and ordered three double cheeseburger meals with two large sprites and 1 large root beer and when I got to the window they only had it as 1 large sprint and 1 large root beer. The thing that is disappointing for me is they charged me the full $2.75 for an extra drink seperately instead of the $.50 extra that it costs when you have the drink included with a meal, or just comping me the large sprite since they messed up my order anyway. Whatever. I know now to never come back here again. read more

Good food and atmosphere. The manager is Very customer focused. He was very concerned that our order was not exactly right and we as willing to remake the burgers. Highly recommend anyone driving along 94 to stop at this location. read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

Order was messed up, and the employee actually came back to the window, asked for the wrong order back that they gave us, and then proceeded to throw it away. What a waste and bad customer service. One of the worst Culver's experiences to date. Not impressed with the management of Emily, Sam and Sadie. read more

First time at This place. I ordered the chicken avocado salad and it was amazing. Everything was fresh. They give you the proper amount of dressing on the side. I even tried the potato salad as a side, I like to try potato salad everywhere I go but I was not that impressed. It was sweet. But that was the only set back. The place was clean. The people were polite. read more

Worst experience, had to wait 10 mins to get some ice cream, when it came out to my car it was half way melted. When I started eating it I found broken plastic from a cup in tiny pieces in only a few bites I found 2 different pieces. Won't be going back ever. read more

I love this place. Food fast and the burgers are good! Frys are not my favorite but the green beans are awesome! They have gluten free buns and there custard ice cream is awesome! Staff is super friendly. read more

The strawberry salad was amazing. Lots of bright strawberries on the salad. The chicken was cooked right, not to burnt and yet it was crisp enough. The place was clean. It wasn't super quiet, but I didn't go for it to be quiet I went for a burger. But changed my mind when I seen the picture of the salad. It was delicious read more

One of the best fast food places in town. I tend to visit this location several times a month. Not one time have I been dissatisfied with my visit. The food is fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. Although during one of my visits my order was incorrect, the manager made it right and gave us a free custard coupon. Great place to eat! read more

Steven at the cash register had the friendliest smile and tone. Don't think I've received service like that before.. wow.

It was my first time at a Culver's and I was not disappointed. Service was friendly and speedy something that I never get to say in Michigan. Food was good. I wouldn't call it a step up from traditional fast food restaurants. However it is a quality alternative nonetheless. read more

I had the Roast Beef dinner tonight and it was fantastic. My wife had the Taco Salad and it was also very good, but is only available on Tuesdays, the beef is on the menu everyday. We've had the burgers and they are very good. The Ice Cream and other sweets looked delicious. I would have given them 5 stars but it still is fast food and you eat with plastic-ware and plastic plates. The staff was very eager to help. I have to say if I owned a Resturant; I wouldn't try to have every item possible on the menu - but the things I did have would be refined to a point that it would be the best food possible for the money. And this is what I believe that Culver's has done. read more

Had the Cashew Chicken salad and it was great. The service has always been good but the truly amazing thing about the place is the variety of food that is available -- then on top of that they rotate even more dishes throughout the week. Good stuff read more

Food awesome. Terrica was working drive through. Friendly by too friendly with her words. Used HONEY & SWEETY waaaaay too much. In today's society this is def. a non-no. read more

I was very disappointed in my visit. I went through the drive thru and ordered a concrete mixer. And when I came home and sat down I began getting covered in ice cream. I had to race to the kitchen and in the process got ice cream all over my carpet. Once in the kitchen I emptied the ice cream into a dish and then found that the cup had split down the whole side. There are many other ice cream businesses in town to choose from. I don't plan on coming back here for ice cream any time soon. read more

I love Culver's food, and theme I did not disappoint. This location, however, was not clean. The women's rest room badly needed attention and the lobby of the restaurant smelled just terrible. None of the tables were clean. Do they expect that everyone drives through? Perhaps that's the solution in the future. I'll give it one more try, because their burgers and salads are amazing. read more
