If you got a drink, you have to scan it next to the drink machine to get a cup released. Once your food is ready, they call out your name and you can grab ketchup, napkins, etc on the way back to your seat. We ordered fries- they are pretty thin but tasty! I was a little worried the beef tallow they cook the fries in would be strong, but thankfully it wasn't. We also got the kitkat shake, which was delicious.

It was around 11:30 on a Friday morning. It was great, no lines. We placed our orders, got our drinks and got seated. Our food was brought to us by a very friendly staff member and asked if we needed anything else or was there anything he could do to make our experience more enjoyable. Kind of rare for a fast food establishment, huh? Needless to say, Culver's has become my first choice if we have to do fast food. I concur with the other reviews before mine on that point. The art of good costumer service has been lost but anyone needing lessons need to look no further than this local Arbys. The lady taking our order was so nice and funny. She did seem to really enjoy her job which you typically don't see in the fast food industry. I asked for a recommendation on a sandwich and quickly pointing me to one saying if I don't like it, just leave it somewhere and she'd sneak and eat it. Lol.
