Came in, got seated per our request in our usual spot, as we approached our spot with the host, the waitress that was in that section rolled her eyes, turned around and walked off. Through out our entire service she was rude, impatient, etc. We were paying with 3 cards originally to give her a tip on the 3rd card but as we were giving her our cards she started getting huffy puffy and crossed her arms?? Ultimately decided not to give her a tip because of her attitude. Her name is Hannah btw. read more

The host was the only employee other than a server from another section that actually was good. Our server was quite slow. We sat down, waited a good 10 minutes for be waited on, then waited for nearly 30 minutes for our food to arrive. When our food finally got to the table it not only was wrong, but it was cold. The server never once tried to apologize for the wait or the incorrect food. We have eaten at this location in the past and it was pretty decent. After this time, we will no longer order from here. read more

Just like most Bdubs. Order in and your food will never be warm regardless of how busy they are. Order togo and it will never be on time. Every single time. read more

I love BWW but this was the worst experiences I've had. The waitress didn't come for 10 minutes, the beer took forever to come, the kitchen got the order wrong and the runner person didn't bring the salad we ordered. Food was good as usual, just the service was terrible. I won't be back to this location. read more

alr bro, I spent $5.00 on iTunes on some bangers. I'm talking herbie Hancock, John coltrane, Dave Brubeck quartet. straight heat, and they turned the music off. I asked a waiter if they could turn it back on or if I could get a refund, and they just laughed. To be honest I feel this is an infringement of my constitutional rights, and an attack on the jazz community. I hereby vow never to dine at this establishment again. food was fire tho, but whoever was on aux you will forever be my foe. read more

This was an awful experience. This location has gotten worse each time we have been there. Called ahead for a table of 7. When we got there was told we couldn't be seated until shift change was complete, even though there were tons of open tables. After about 10 minutes and watching another party of 5 or 6 get seated I asked again. She said the table was not put together yet. So after waiting 15+ minutes (which is usually not unreasonable but this place was almost empty!) we got seated. Our server was rude at times and would just disappear. Beer cheese on apps were cold and started to solidify by the time it made it to the table. Drinks sat empty most of the time, after over an hour we finally got our main food order and everyone's food was Luke warm at best. Couldn't find server to even get the check as we just wanted to leave. I was able to talk to a manager at the bar but even waited to get that conversation. They did take an appetizer off the bill and discounted our meal. read more

Bruce wants wings, Bruce has wings. I stopped in with a hunger for wings and I left with my hunger satisfied. Well cared for by my waitress, Baleigh. Drinks refilled, order taken, check delivered and taken. She was efficient and experienced. Wings were good. Half and half with some flats and some drums. Buffalo hot actually had some "go" to them and I was glad to have plenty of blue cheese to help cool it down. All the sports on TV, a free wifi that worked okay and a power outlet under the table. Overall decent/ ok for the value. Simple things could have made my experience a lot better. Server told me they had fresh jalapeños but came back with canned. Her reasoning was the kitchen didn't do the prep work correctly. Don't know who missed but don't really care I would have ordered something else had I known. My quesadillas did not come with salsa or a knife resulting in unnecessary waiting and cooling of my food. See picture of what was received. read more

Went in 20 minutes after they opened. There were only 2 tables with customers. 5 employees standing at the bar just laughing and having a good time. A server came and helped the table next to the hostess podium. She looked directly at me and didn't say a word. Gave them their silverware and walked away. My family and I and another group behind us are waiting to just be acknowledged and possibly seated. No one did squat after 10 minutes. So, we all walked over to Applebee's across the hall and were immediately seated. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but cannot stand bad service like this. This has happened to us a few times in the last 6 months. I hate leaving a bad review, but the owners and staff need to be made aware they are hurting their paychecks for this kind of slacking. read more

Called in for a beer and wings at about 4p the place was dead. The sign said seat yourself so we did. We sat/waited for about 10-15 minutes while MULTIPLE staff walked past us. Not one of them made eye contact or acknowledged we were there. The bartender looked over and appeared to gesture to someone that we were seated in the restaurant area but no one came. Someone went up to the host desk. Took some notes and walked RIGHT PAST us. Did I mention the place was dead? Applebees across the hall was slammed. I guess it's because they were serving all the people who walked out of BWW. So many options in BC. Won't be surprised if this place packs up. read more

Came here with the family a coup days after re-opening and they had no wait for a family of 5. This was to celebrate my daughter turning 15. We ordered some chips and salsa to hold us over. The chips were made their, you could tell. Crispy and salty the way we like it ! The salsa was LEGIT, house made? Tasted so good! I couldn't stop! I ordered the 5 piece tender and fry meal as did my husband. I got medium Buffalo sauce and my husband got the teriyaki sauce and sweet bbq. My oldest got 10 boneless wings in sweet bbq with fries. My middle boy got 10 boneless wings in medium sauce and fries! And my daughter got 3 tenders and fries lol. We loved the food, the tenders were SO DELICIOUS, crispy and amazing! Hot, juicy and omg I can't stop thinking of them. The coating was the best. The crunch was the BEST! The waitress was amazing, sweet, funny, personable. I loved her chit chat. She was great at her job!!! Such a warm welcome, never a dry cup! Will definitely be back! read more

Called ahead was told about a 15 minute wait turned into a 30 minutes wait for a very small order.

This was our second time at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Battle Creek location. Our food arrived and the wings and the onion rings were great, but the loaded french fries were cold and hard when we got them, my husband had to saw through them with a knife to divide them up, there was no way they would just pull apart. When we told the waiter about them, he said nothing except to tell us to order the queso cheese over the fries next time. We then received our bill, wrong bill, informed the waiter, 20 minutes later he said that his manager had to use the incorrect bill because our bill was already cashed out, but deducted money to make it the right price for our meal. Well this will be the last time at Buffalo Wild Wings nasty loaded fries and not even our bill, I hope they had the right price because I could not see our bill just the incorrect bill with money taken off the total. read more

We were here on opening day, and I was not disippointed. Normaly you would think that opening day would gave a bunch if flaws, but not today. I ordered the grilled Chicken Buffalitos, and an order of 6 traditional wings with hot garlic sauce. The Buffalitos were great, and so were the wings. My wife ordered the black bean burger, and commented on it being one of the best she had ever had. Even though they were packed in the first day, the waitress was able to take care of my table of 5 without many issues. Overall, we had a very good experience at BW3's, and we will be back. Oh, and they have an outdoor patio and tons of TV's for sports. read more

Unfortunately it was the worst night ever for us here. We waited for an hour to get 2 appetizers that came out cold pretzels, cheese crusted over and not worth eating. So sent back to get new 15 more minutes later. Still was the worst cheese and pretzels we ever received from there. 30 minutes later our food finally arrived. I am sorry but almost 2 hours to get meal while trying to keep 3 kids entertained was not fun at all. It was extremely frustrating. We went before dinner rush and the place only had 1/4 tables filled. No manager ever came to apologize. Waitress ended up getting super snarky and snippy with us. When we got our food we asked for bill and boxes. From our experience with kids that have been there that long we usually just have to pack n go. She said we were eating and didn't need our boxes yet. Bills come after eating. I said well with as long as everything took we were trying to get end process done so we didn't have to wait any longer. Should have been handled differently. We thought it would be a quicker place to eat as it usually is and we didn't plan on being out so long trying to get food. read more

We came to this BWW location over the weekend to watch the UFC fight. We got there a little bit before the fight and ordered food and drinks. However, it seemed as if the wait staff were taking turns trying to change the music (even mid-song) and its volume as a joke to themselves, or a joke on us. The music kept getting louder and louder with more and more obscene music until finally enough people started making comments to their waitresses to have it stop. It got to a point where we couldn't even hear ourselves talk. I don't think I'll ever be back after that. There was obviously no one in charge that night. read more

Buffalo wild wings has always been known for their wings, and with good reason. Their sauces are excellent. I've bought bottles of the Garlic Parmesan sauce from the front many times, and I've just found how great the Caribbean jerk sauce is. Unfortunately, when they stray from that successful formula, things aren't so great. You'd think that the Chicken Caesar salad would be good, since my favorite sauce is so similar to Caesar dressing, and there is chicken, after all. Apparently the sauce part of the kitchen doesn't talk to the dressing part of the kitchen. The dressing has a weird acridness to it, and the chicken is bland. At least the lettuce was good. The Po Boy shows how some places repackage ingredients they already have, and try to pass it off as a new menu item. The shrimp in the sandwich was OK, but not crispy the way true Po Boy shrimp would be. Rather than a remoulade, the sauce was basically just an orange mayo. The shoestring fries that came with it, however, were good and plentiful. The service we received was good, and the food came out pretty quickly. But, next time, I think I'll just go pick up my Garlic Parmesan sauce from the front and skip the meal. read more

I was scared to go here because of the reviews but my experience was great. Sat at the bar and had my beer in front of me and food order taken within a few minutes. My appetizer came out quickly and was delicious and my wings were fresh, hot, and had plenty of sauce. Would go back if I'm in the area again. read more

Great place to watch the big game! The Good: * Our server was kind, polite and respectful. * Plenty of TVs to watch the big game! * The location - easy access to I94 and surrounding areas! * The wings were delicious! The Needs Improvement: * The food is not mind blowing. My steak wrap was extra greasy and the celery sticks looked like and tasted like they had been out all day. * You all know I like to drink so I was disappointed when I got my 7&7. After the fist sip I said "Looks like they're trying to cut costs by skimping on alcohol". Totally disappointed. Overall: A solid 3 stars and I have no interest in returning. read more

I am extremely upset with the service and food i received at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. I am in at 10 o'clock and ordered right away, i didn't get my food until 11:30. When i did get my food the fries were cold and my wrap was falling apart completely. The service was rude and unaccommodating. Didn't get sauce with my chicken tenders. Cool. So now I can starve or try to choke down this dry barely seasoned meat. It's too late and I'm too tired to go back out. I got chips and salsa as a side. Their salsa is basically puréed tomatoes. There are plenty of better options in town. read more

I just tried to get bdubs for dinner. I ordered it and it was supposed to be ready at 6:10 I got there at 6:15 and waited until 650 because their computers were down. Our food was sitting right on the counter in front of me along with about 10 other people and we couldn't pay. So after 25 min I asked if he would cancel my order and he asked for my name on my order he wrote cancel on the ticket and kept the food. So they were just gonna throw it away. So after my food sitting on the counter for 25 minutes if the computers would've come back up they would've given me my food cold. James, the manager was no help and had no empathy for me or the several other people waiting. Wouldn't even give food to the people who paid online. Very disappointing. There are many options for bar food in Battle Creek. It'll be awhile before I consider this place again. read more

Usually, this place rocks but the service has gone downhill... This evening my wife, son and I came in for dinner and literally 5 servers walked past us after being seated.... The restaurant was far from busy and the only saving grace was a busboy/host: Benny & server Jasmuhn who actually wasn't supposed to be our server who acknowledged us and got our drinks. The excuse was they were short staffed, for the number of staff that walked past us I felt that had more than enough staff to at least attempt to take our order... Miss the old B-Dubs and the great customer service they once had. I usually am a great ripper but feel that 15% is more than generous for what we received for what used to be amazing service! read more

Semi regulars here. The wings were good. Decided to take the evening to try some new flavors. Bourbon honey mustard was very good so was the Honey BBQ. Let down in the trivia. The tablet I received was broken and required me to exit and reenter Countdown before every single question for it to count my entry. Waitress dissappeared after the food was dropped off so I could not switch it out. Trivia is the reason we drive here for wings. Very disappointing let down. UNIT# RF2F403AEVX read more

Have not eaten at this BWW in over 3 years because of the poor service and decided to give it a try today to see if things had changed. Well, I can tell you that the service there is still terrible. A return trip it seems it has settled to routine B DUBS style. Though on this trip our waiter was clearly under trained. Not his fault but on the management of this franchise. Food came out as expected and waiter was polite. As far b dubs are considered this is a much smaller venue average amount of TVs but enough to be adequate. Average "smaller" B dubs. read more

It's hard to overstate how much I love this place. I consider myself to have a pretty Refined palate, and I've eaten at some of the best restaurants in the Country - and this fine establishment matches or exceeds any of those meals. Let me explain along Five Key dimensions: Décor We all know that a Fancy food is only worth it when you can tell you're in a nice restaurant. BW3 has it all. Nothing says fancy like a real Flatscreen Television, and this place has more than I've ever seen! I'm a very Big fan of sports so I love being able to watch them and play them at B dubs, where they have the fancy kind (Big buck hunter and that basketball one where I always lose to the 20-somethings). Chairs are made of REAL WOOD (!!!) and metal and crafted Ergonomically to get me sitting STRAIGHT upright. I always leave standing a little taller (and I'm very tall (and handsome) to begin with). Atmosphere Walking in that door to Hear that "Welcome to B Dubs!" or "You again..." or "(whispered) it's that Mormon guy that doesn't drink" is like coming Home. I LOVE sports, but I am also classy. B dubs really has both and you can feel it. And the staff just gets it. This place inhales Class and exhales Sports; it's beautiful. Food To call what is served here 'food' doesn't do Justice to actual food. What Buffalo Wild Wings serves is Something More, Something Better. The number of ways that Frozen Chicken can be bathed in 'partially hydrogenated corn oil'-based sauces is simply astonishing. The Methods that BWW's Classically Trained Chefs' use to play with temperature, taste and mouthfeel pushes the boundaries of what a 'Buffalo Wing' really is. In a true testament to their skills, no two meals are the same - even if you order the same dish! Service A test I often use to gauge the level of service at a restaurant is to place a complicated drink order. My preferred order is a 'Seltzer with a splash of Cranberry Juice'. It is a more complicated drink that it's two ingredients make it seem, and the staff here gets it right Every Time! The staff's deep knowledge of the menu, helpful suggestions and unflinching professionalism when I order multiple rounds of Corn Dogs and Fried Cheese is truly exceptional. Company If there is one weak Point with BW3 it is the company I am forced to come here with. The fact that I still give 5-Stars this restaurant despite this is a true testament to how AMAZING this place really is. Also - this is a brothel. read more
