The food is good for sure. Majority of staff friendly,…read moreoutgoing and helpful. A few things that if addressed would be great....prices are a bit steep, almost to dark in the room (VERY difficult to see/read menu), put lighting on tables if going to keep that dark / and charging for ranch dressing for dipping sauce for already pricey pizza and offered by wait staff ??? Crazy and greedy imo $$$. Be great if tall and short size cocktails be offered $5/$10, especially in Bloody Mary's...and in the bloody Mary's olives, small tomato, and a dill gherkins, get rid of the dill pickle skin is too tough too even bite through and ditch the big ol' pepper (a waste as most people don't like them). All menu items about 10% overpriced, good food but then you also expect your patrons to add a 20-25% gratuity on top of the already inflated check total Can definitely recommend the food, but a few issues addressed would make the place a 5 star rating imo.

Having recently had a heart attack I'm very selective on entrées but found a nice salmon and spinach wrap that fit the bill, wasn't a ton of flavor, but I doctored it up and it was fine. With my diet lately I'm depending on spices, but this was plenty of food and well worth the price point. My colleague had the sirloin steak and veggies. He seemed to whip through it pretty quick, steak looked perfectly done for a thinner, lunch cut, and we both just drink water since we're traveling and had more appointments. I'd love to get this place another try and go for more of the pizza or other dishes that we're standing out and certainly take advantage of the bar. Big place, clean, good service. Highly recommend.

The service was friendly, but the food seemed to take a really long time and people liked their meals but not like we would go out of our way to come here again. I took half of my order home.

0/5 Stars - Absolutely Terrible Experience…read more One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was unbelievably slow, the food came out cold, and multiple orders were completely wrong. To make matters worse, when 4 people ordered their meals we were told we "ordered a lot of food." Apparently, ordering food at a restaurant is now an inconvenience to the staff. But the icing on the cake was finding out we had been "water bombed," as they called it. Apparently, this means randomly adding bottled water and sparkling water to someone's bill that they never ordered. How is that even acceptable? Customers shouldn't have to inspect their receipts to make sure they're not being charged for random items. Between the painfully slow service, cold food, incorrect orders, ridiculous excuses, and questionable billing practices, this place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you can't handle customers ordering food, getting their orders right, serving it hot, and charging them correctly, maybe running a restaurant isn't for you. Save your time, money, and patience. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

We sat at the bar both days and were lucky to have Cassandra, who was super sweet, friendly, and made the experience even better. The first day I got the Whiskey Burger, and the next day I tried the Bourbon Steak. Both were good, but that Bourbon steak with mashed potatoes was my favorite. The drinks, on the other hand, weren't great. Not strong at all, but for $5-$6 a drink, I can't say I expected much. Definitely worth skipping the cocktails.
