I did specify design when I made my appointment. But they argued with me and said I didn't. Then double checked and saw I was right. I had two designs picked out, hoping one of them would work. When I sat down and showed it, she said she could do it. And I had 3 colors picked out. Then once she has my prior powder dip off this guy comes over and says they don't do 3 color ombré and hands me some 2 color ombres they can do. So I picked something they could do and he sits down and takes over. I put my phone down in front of him showing the original picture. And he gets an attitude saying I just told you I can't do that. I said I just wanted to ask about the glitter on top... to see if you have something similar. He said ok fine... what glitter you want? And someone hands him one and he says you can do this one. So incredibly condescending the whole time. They didn't allot enough time to include a design. They said you can't do a design with ombré. Which is something they should have said when I made the appointment or at least when I got there and showed the picture. He was rushing and not doing a very good job. If they would have said when I made the appointment or even when I got there and showed both pictures, that it wasn't possible then I would have just left. But getting more and more frustrated by your own inadequacies and your own scheduling errors... I wouldn't waste your time or money on this location. I recommend avoiding at all costs. Ps, the design I had picked out I have had done before successfully elsewhere. First pic is what I wanted. Second pic is end results.
