I can go to Great Clips for non-shampoo cut, for alot less money. For me this is a deal breaker and i won't return. I originally booked with Rachel in March and placed a deposit in person at Salon 501, where she recommended coming in closer to the wedding date for trials. I had two trials for both looks, but neither was done neatly. I reached out to Rachel to express that I was still unhappy with the trials and wanted to try again. She responded by saying, "Also, please be aware that even if you were to absolutely love your hair at the next trial appointment, it will not be the exact same on the wedding day." Then she mentioned that she didn't feel she was the best stylist for my wedding. She did not show me her portfolio or recommend any styles that she specializes in. A neighbor had recommended the owner at Salon 501, but she was unavailable and suggested Rachel instead.
