Worst of all most men in town don't demand anything more because they fear that this might label as "metrosexual." Stop Searching & Stop Settling... Bar none Brian is the best barber I have found in St. Cloud! For years, before Brittany, I would ask for crazy colors or several different colors of blond highlights and stylists would just do what they wanted to do or or what seemed to be easier rather than executing the style I wanted. I felt no one was actually listening to me and I have a great eye for unique style so they should listen to me ;). When I finally found Brittany I was so delighted because she actually listens to what I want done to my hair. And the results have been beautiful. She listens and also gives sound advice. For example, one time I wanted to go platinum blonde with my long long hair and she advised against it and told me how risky it was to my hair's health to go that light in one treatment. So she steered me in a better, healthier direction and the results were gorgeous. Furthermore, the best part is that I look forward to seeing Brittany because she is just so fun to talk to.

Walking in for my appointment I didn't feel welcomed, there wasn't even a receptionist. Another stylist checked me in. She then took her client back, so I had no one to ask where the bathroom was. Then the owner, who was my stylist that day, came and was talking to another person in the lobby, it just all seemed very unprofessional. As nice as Linda was, I don't feel her technique was up to date. I asked for a balayage and I feel like I got chunky highlights from the 90s. Also, she pulled another client's card that had similar hair to mine to figure out what colors to use for the dye, I just felt like that was cheating rather than personalizing for my hair. I think Linda tried to listen to what I wanted, but then result didn't match up with the vision she had described to me. Then when I did finally get to use the bathroom it wasn't very clean and there was a huge booger on the wall next to the toilet. The whole experience just left me sad and disappointed. The professionalism lacked and the prices there are just way too expensive for the services and atmosphere they provide.
